Crystal (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again! - The location worked for us this trip although we weren’t aware it was a ‘gated community’! Apartment #262 was dirty, aged and had various issues for us!
Jaiden (5/5): good value for money, nice beds and overall nice stay. - the view was amazing, the staff i interacted with were wonderful and they had a lovely sheet with all the info including info about how to let delivery drivers in as it’s a closed estate. the room was a bit dirty, significant marks on all all the glass and most walls. balcony lights and aircons didn’t work properly

Multiple items not cleaned well, including kitchen bench, floor near lounges, kitchen table and under sink smelt like mould. Had the facilities to clean ourselves, however not a good first impression.

Christine (7/5): Great location, but some of the issues need to be looked at for the price that was paid. - Great location, comfortable beds, secure facility, great to have washing machine and dryer. Hot water issues with shower, hit and miss but usually cold even when had tap on full hot mode. Handles in kitchen and bathrooms need a decent clean and tv in bedroom was intermittent and working when it felt like it. Also apartment has 2 split systems in the unit, but no remotes to operate them. Because of this, needed more bedding blankets as got chilly at night and no way to warm room up and no other blankets supplied to assist with this, except for a small bar heater that was left in the apartment. Because of all of this, felt price paid was bit expensive as what was advertised was not what you could actually use.

Sheryl (4/5): Extrememly hot! - The property is lovely, good position, beautiful view of the golf course. The airconditioning did not work, the apartment was 28 degrees overnight and we did not sleep, management bought in 2 fans for our 2nd night however that just moved hot air around. Our apartment was over the garage and whenever vehicles used the internal access to enter the carpark the garage doors screeched and rolled slowly interrupting the few bits of sleep we had.

The rooms were nice and unique where a touch of personality added which was cool. Quiet and roomy with heaps of facilities for cooking and plates for making food platters, the kitchen was well equipped. the barhrooms were clean and well stocked.
Jonathan (10/5): Beautiful place to stay - Check-in instructions were very easy to follow, very comfortable beds all with a ceiling fan and a stunning view off the balcony where you can watch some golf and enjoy the scenery. Check out was very easy, overall a great experience.

Good walking paths through the golf course. There are no shops within walking distance. Gym is small. Car park for our apartment was tricky to get into with our large SUV but we managed.

The staff were welcoming and it was easy to communicate and parking great with one car park provided and easy to get a park with our second car out front. We took Uber's to surfers paradise which was about $20, very reasonable for 4 adults. All-in-all a great stay!

Jenelle (9/5): A very comfortable stay, would happily stay again. - The location was great, especially if playing golf and close to many areas of interest by car. The unit had all the amenities needed, was great having two bathrooms. The unit was spacious and very comfortable with great view of the course and skyline over to the coast. The pool was also a great size and temperature. Friendly and helpful greeting from Courtney upon checking in. Our carpark having a concrete pillar within the space, made it for a tight squeeze if the next car was too close to the line. The aircon low speed seemed still to blast at you as well as a humming sound in the wall. The bed was on wheels and went for a roll if someone turned over heavily in the night

Clean and today. The toilet setup in the main bedroom ensuite was a bit strange. The second bedroom had no ceiling fan or aircon.

Daniel (10/5): - Courtney was very welcoming- stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Very clean and suited us perfectly, used the kitchen for breakfast only. Heaps of storage and the washer/dryer got well used. Location is handy, 20 mins and you are at Broadbeach or 10 to Robina Town Centre. Definitely will stay again if back on the coast.

There was no plug to fit the bath, my wife was looking forward to Radox bath on Sunday night, but we were unable to find a plug to fit the bath. Both plugs we found did not fit the bath. Maybe for a two night stay a little more milk thanks.

Ella (6/5): Have stayed here a few times as it’s a good location for Carrara Sports and Leisure Centre but will likely not stay agai - Great location, super friendly staff! The bed was like sleeping in a body bag on a morgue table, hard as a rock and sheets were like plastic. Air conditioning in master required a degree in engineering to operate, had no back on the remote so batteries kept falling out. Limited cutlery and crockery requiring numerous washing up efforts.
