Sowohl die Einkaufsstraße als auch der Strand sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu jedem Appartement gehört ein eigener Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Von diesem aus, gibt es einen direkten Treppenaufgang zum Appartement. Der Pool ist beheizt. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte insbesondere in den Schränken und Kommoden sorgfältiger vom Staub befreit werden. Sonst für eine Ferienwohnung in Ordnung.

We liked the location, the apartment and the pool. We loved that we were so close to the beach and shops. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be going back.

Food shopping, beach front, restaurants a plenty. Main bus terminal just around the corner, which gets you into Brisbane or up to the North Coast. The stay was excellent value, quiet and relaxing, The staff were very helpfull, whilst respcting our privacy,

PERFECT location, clean apartment, excellent views, 2 min walk to the beach cant get much better than that! The queen bed was a little too soft for my liking I ended up with a bad lower back and went into the kids room and slept much better.

- Robert (10/5): Just nice, all the way just nice. - location was great, view was excellent from the apartment we got. Seating, tables, kitchen, shower were confortable, fresh. Beds were in good condition (not sagging) and linen, pillows, towels ect also clean, newish and good quality. Didn't hear any neighbour noises, sayed warm at night inside, so appts well separated / insulated and bathroom/toilet clean and worked well, even the washing machine was pretty quiet. Location: slow walk only 3 mins to beach and opposite direction 3 mins to town. Parking was a bit tight (had a larger car) and bit of a climb to the apartment, then again top - 3rd - floor was best view. Neither mentioned were reasons to look elsewhere, would definitely stay there again.

Walk the other direction to find the beach and more takeaways/restaurants. Wish the bedrooms had aircon because on really hot days the main aircon does not work that well.

- Leone (7/5): Great family place to stay and close to the beach and main street of Caloundra. - The location to the main street and shops, including IGA, was within walking distance. The beach was not far either, and when we walked out of our apartment, you could see it at the end of the street. The rooms were very big, plus the lounge and dining area for a family is a really good size, and the parking space underneath was excellent. The only air conditioner was in the lounge, but the fans in the bedrooms helped to circulate the cool air. The place is a bit old so it may need to be updated and the gardens need a bit of TLC.

- Lawrence (8/5): - The location was perfect so close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The kids loved the pool. Although I have mentioned some small improvements required, it was still good value for money. The place needs a deep clean, blinds, walls, skirtings, and bathrooms especially. The duvets need washing they were marked and did not look like they had been washed for some time. The sheets however were very fresh and clean. For a weeks stay it would have been good to supply more toilet paper, some laundry powder would have been good as only 4 towels for the week, more dishwashing liquid and powder or tablets for the dishwasher as there was only enough for one wash. There were no rubbish bags. We ended up buying these day to day things but could not get in small amounts so it adds up when having to purchase a full box of laundry powder, dishwashing liquid bottle, dishwasher tablets, roll of rubbish bags and toilet paper, when just supplying a few extras in the house to keep it clean and maintained also for your benefit would be helpful for both guests and owners alike. The 49 stairs up to the top floor were unexpected, I assumed there was a lift so that was a real hindrance with luggage and back and forth with little kids.

- Gavin (3/5): After our initial disappointment and doing some cleaning we did relax and make the most of it. - The location was good, the beach and restaurants, bars and shops were very close. When we entered the apartment is smelt like vomit. It was also very stuffy. When we looked through we found hair and also pubic hair in the shower. Mould was also present. All indicating the room wasn't cleaned. There was also crumbs under the lounges. The bedding looked old and the curtains had rips so the light shown through. No block out blinds so very bright early in the morning. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The pool was uninviting with mould present all over the bottom and stairs.
We bought glen 20 and sprayed everything, including the shower. Very disappointing as our first impression was not good.
It may be budget priced but cleanliness and hygiene should not ever be compromised.
The actual apartment was quite nice. with some thorough cleaning and some fresh bedding and new block out blinds in the bedroom it would make it so much better.
Maybe having the air conditioner on would be welcoming.

It had a pleasant view towards Bulcock Beach. Pool was semi heated, but warm enough to swim. Manager was very pleasant & accommodating of our needs. Beds were a little to hard for me.

Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die 2 Badezimmer toll für uns 4 und auch die Betten waren bequem. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir hatten auch die Waschmaschine und Trockner, was hilfreich war. Der Besitzer war hilfsbereit und freundlich, hat alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Auto steht sicher in der Parkgarage. Sehr schön ist auch der kleine beheizte Pool. Zu Fuß sind es 2min zum Strand bzw. zur Promenade. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
