- Karina (8/5): was clean and comfortable however dissapointing not having ground floor - room are always very clean When I booked room i requested a ground floor room as my my is elderley 2 days before i arrived i range ang checked that wwe had a ground floor room and upon arrival my room was upstairs and couldn't be changed. Really disappointing as my mum was on a very long flight and was hard to get her up and down the stairs to the room.
