Towel were not changed the whole time we were there, we had to wash them ourselves in the washing machine. Room not serviced at all, Villa very run down cracks in the walls, water marks & mould spots from leaks. Pub music very noisy at night due to being so close to the beer garden, also very average pub meals.

- H7997JXdavidr (8/5): WEEKEND RETREAT - We always stayed at the Margaret River Resort for years ! Its location is A1 & great value for money ! We recently spent a weekend away at the resort. Our room (#18) was clean, but several issues came to light for us. Firstly, the security chain for the front door was completely missing which meant any of the resort staff could of entered our room if we were still in the room ?? Also, the bedroom area was absolutely frezzing. There was no air conditioner in the room, not even a floor heater ?? We'll still be coming back to the resort when we visit Margaret River again. A complete maintenance audit on all rooms needs to be done to pick up item that need to be repaired

- Robin (5/5): Spa bath was very dirty, towels not replaced, no responses on mail/messages, wifi slow - the location is amazing, and the whole park looks very cute. the restaurant has a very nice vibe as well. - we got a spa room, but the spa jets in the bath were very dirty and blasting flakes and debri through our bath, very disgusting. The spa jet button even had a "sanitized" seal on it, but i guess that doesn't mean they actually cleaned it. I let the staff know, but they didn't offer any compensation, they just said they'd make a note of it. - the towels would only be replaced every 3 days, which was not enough since we only got 1 towel and 1 face towel each but no separate floor towel. - i tried contacting the accommodation in several ways about receiving an invoice of my stay, but the respond nowhere. - the maps location we got from booking.com is not guiding you to the reception but the villa park next to this accommodation. we spent 20 minutes looking around the villa park for a reception only to find out we actually had to be at the street address next to where we were guided. -the wifi was very slow, couldn't really do anything on it apart from sending messages.

- Annie (6/5): Cannot recommend - It was a very disappointing experience for the following reasons: Considering we booked the room/apartment eight months ago, it was disappointing to be given a unit on the second floor. The carpet was old, stained, and appeared dirty, although it may not have been. There was only an overhead light in the sitting area. There was no heater in the bedroom, so it was a very chilly night's sleep, even with an extra blanket. There were too few outlets. A sign saying guests would be charged $50 for not washing dishes seemed excessive. Likewise, a huge charge for an additional roll of toilet paper was ridiculous. Not supplying any shampoo seemed cheap given the unit's price.

- Dee (7/5): Great spot, comfy, clean, would stay again :) the room had everything you need for a short stay, toaster, kettle, fridge - The room was a good size and great location of course, everything was really clean too and felt nice and safe there The only issue was the balcony on room 7 backed directly onto the kitchen below, so the room constantly smelt of old cooking oil and food which was really off putting but of course there’s nothing that can be done to fix that

We stayed in a spa suite with shower over the bath - I found it a bit of a struggle getting in and out and it was almost impossible to stop the floor getting very wet. We would definitely stay again.

Towels were not changed during our stay and we were there for four nights. The bathroom requires updating and getting in and out of the spa bath via a step was hazadous and had to take care. Also outside lighting is poor when walking from restaurant to rooms down hill.

- CJMPIN (6/5): CHARMING - BUT... - The online booking and checkin was good and reception friendly and attentive. The rear spa suite, consisting of loungeroom and bedroom was spacious. Dining and was casual with better than most cuisine. What did let our experience down was evidence of previous apparent flooding that caused considerable delamination of the bathroom door, severe discolouration on the interior bathroom door handle and a chipped corner to the lounge table. If you are a light sleeper like me, I suggest you take and use ear plugs if you want to sleep in (quite intrusive traffic noise from the closely adjacent road. Replacement of previously damaged fittings would give a less tired and more cared for impression.

Gardens along the back road need a bit of a tidy up, quite scruffy looking out our back veranda.

The was lots of parking and was a great base for exploring the region. The room was dated and not cleaned daily. If I could do it over again, I would have booked a room with out door seating. It would have been nice to sit outside to and enjoy a bottle of wine we purchased during the day rather than choose between relaxing in the room, or sitting outside at the pub. (There are several room options available - I wish that I was more mindful of the room that I chose.)

- janebI2316OG (8/5): Great place to stay in WA! - We had a wonderful trip to Margaret River and WA with our stay here. Had their basic room above the bar but there was not noise that bothered us at all. Room is very clean albeit dated. Bear in mind there is no daily housekeeping and you get only 2 bath towels and 1 handtowel. Said we could have gotten more but “may be a charge”. We survived, haha! No lift either if you have lots of luggage. Staff is fantastic though!! We would stay again.
