Staff was rude, they would not refund us our many as we could not stay in such a disgusting room. We were fortunate to find a last minute emergency air bnb at 8:30 pm at night.

- Dreamer59885834278 (10/5): Best place to stay in Hāwera - This spot was recommended to me a couple of years ago and once discovered, I won't stay anywhere else. It's impeccably clean, warm and comfortable. There's plenty of parking in pretty grounds and it's very quiet, so you can get your work done. Best of all is the warmest welcome you get at reception and unhurried transition to your room. There's everything you need to eat in, or you're close to some great eateries. Love it here!
