• Vicki (10/5): As usual a lovely place to stay. - We always stay at the Echuca Moama Holiday Villas when we visit Moama. Although a little old fashioned the units are really comfortable. It is always clean. There is a lot of hot water which we appreciate. Terry, one of the owners is always so friendly and ready for a chat. So close to the Moama Bowling Club and a short drive to the RSL. Loved everything.

• Di (3/5): A very disappointing stay - It was close to the river Murray and Rich River Golf Course and an easy walk to the CBD of the small town. The bed was comfortable. It appears the complex is an old block of units and is for sale. Based on that I would have thought the property would be in tip top condition and presented at it's best, but if the current presentation is that, then I don't expect it will sell easily. The carpets were torn and dirty. The sofas were dirty and stained. Doors did not close properly and some of the fixtures, particularly in the bathroom needed to be repaired or replaced. The door from the laundry was not able to be opened and had overgrown bushes in front of it. We had no contact with the managers who I presume were staying in the caravan on site. There was a locked room next to our villa that had an airconditioner going constantly which was very annoying with noise and as a consequence we could not leave the door open to the carport. I cannot recommend these villas at all.

• Judy and Graham (8/5): A quiet haven - The apartment was very large with 3 couch's and a dining area with a full sized table and six chairs. It had 3 bedrooms and reverse cycle air conditioning. The kitchen was really well equipped with all glasses, dinner set, platters, foil, salt and pepper, full sized fridge/freezer. It had a full laundry and outdoor table and chairs at the back and was right beside the pool with more outdoor seating. We were given an upgrade which was much appreciated and made it better value. The garden and surrounds were really nice. The beds were all comfy. The property was in the suberb of Moama and the clubs all have buses to pick you up as well as supermarkets and coffee shops. There was no road noise and the neighbours were quiet.there were lots of pillows to choose from and spare blankets if cold. It was a bit dated and only had the one bathroom. The shower needed a good scrub with bleach.

• W (10/5): Amazing Place, honest review - The space and set up were amazing. We ended up extended our stay! My 3.5 year old loves to swim and we were in the pool almost every day possibly everyday even (can't 100% remember). It's a very intimate stay, only a handful of villas so it's not really noisy or busy. We'll definitely be back in the future. And 100% worth the money in my honest opinion. They provided things like washing powder (the room has a washing machine), there is body wash in the shower, fly spray etc etc. My only criticism would be that it could use a bit of a deep clean. I wouldn't class it as dirty by any means and the few things I personally noticed don't make it unenjoyable nor do they make it any less worthy. The owners are a lovely older couple (and I mean no offense by saying older) so the few things that need attention may be a bit out of their capability or in need of family members help or hired help etc. But as I said it's nothing that would make us not come back. We loved it. It's little things like the inside rim of the pool needs a bit of a scrub down, and under the beds don't seem to be cleaned as much but the rest do. And as I've stated I think these couple of things would be to do with it being run by an older couple and it's something I can definitely look past. I can't think of any other criticism by any means. I hope this has not been nasty it's not my intention at all :)
• Megan (8/5): My daughter thought this "was the best place ever!" - The holiday villa had plenty of room for my family and I. The villa was very clean and located in a quiet area of Moama. My daughters loved the pool and wanted to go in it each day! It would have been nice to have a television in the main bedroom - but that is a nice to have, not a necessity.

Stress less stay. - Very comfortable 2 bedroom unit with everything we needed including a washing machine and cooking facilities. Owner was friendly and helpful. Thank you. A bit dusty smell when we first entered the unit. Then got used to it. But the unit was clean and comfortable.

The location is quiet and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Despite the overall cleanliness, the stained carpet gives an undeserved impression of shabbiness.

The couches also needed to be cleaned , large marks on the arms.The filters in the air conditioner were filthy actually were a health issue. Didn’t use the a/c due to the state of the filters.The security door adjacent to car port could not be locked as the catch was broken. No instructions for TV.
