Reti (10/5): Clean, fresh and comfortable - From checkin, everything was fabulous. Amazing Customer Service and absolutely clean rooms that smelt fresh and like disinfectant. The pool area was great, and the parking space provided was ample. Also had the bonus of a walk across the road to Club Dubbo for dinner, drinks, etc. Only downfall was no sink to wash dishes (had to use bathroom sink) and no hot plate or hob to cook anything. Also the spa bath is disconnected so waste of space having this still in room.

Location - very noisy from trucks on main road Smell - rooms were clean but there’s a very pungent smell (deodoriser possibly) in the rooms Decor - needs a freshen up, particularly the bedding Issue - hot water tap broke late at night and we needed to move rooms. Whilst this was done quickly and nothing extra staff could have done in the moment, it did seem that the issue should have been detected earlier by staff (difficult to turn tap off so water wasn’t running and then tap broke when my teen tried to turn it off after her shower)

The room was spacious and the right amount of furniture for making yourself comfortable. The bed was quiet good also, I could nearly say, it was as good as my bed at home. Even the Pillows were comfortable and that can be rare anywhere. We booked a Spa room although we couldn't use it due to being in a Rural area and water restrictions were in place for using the spa. So I wasn't overly impressed with that but it was fully understandable.
