The Ocean Restaurant was a great place to eat. It was a short walk to the main St via the beach. Nothing was an issue for reception staff. They were welcoming and very helpful.

But unfortunately where it lost me was the bed was very hard and I don't mind a firmer mattress. Maybe it is just our room and others are better but I couldn't sleep on that bed for more then 1 night. Get better mattresses and I would definately come again.

Check-in was easy, low-key place but stunning inside and what a spot. Our room on the first floor looked like we had the entire ocean to ourselves. Beautiful big spa bath with louvered windows. Restaurant downstairs was closed because it was Sunday night but the menu looked amazing. Away from the busy part of the Entrance but still walking distance. A bus stop just up behind the hotel. Walking to the beach takes one minute! In the morning I got up and walked down to the ocean for a swim which was only a couple of minutes walk. Beaches and ocean baths were wonderful, room style and cleanliness was excellent. Large private veranda was great. Shannon at check-in was lovely to deal with and David in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, extra blankets and delightful to go to sleep and wake up to waves outside. We will definitely come back and hopefully have dinner at that lovely restaurant! Only faults - doors closing in other rooms woke us a few times and a young lady at the restaurant was not so friendly - she'd obviously had a long day. But overall I highly recommend this place and look forward to another visit.

- Valerian (8/5): - Great boutique hotel in a perfect ocean front location with stunning views. Only negative is no breakfast onsite and parking spaces are not numbered per room. Was a struggle leaving for breakie or dinner and finding parking.

- Tony (2/5): - False and misleading advertising! Room had been modified! It had a key reason for us booking this room( an open view from the internal spa bath all the way to the ocean) glassed off with frosted glass that you could not see through. Upon questioning the glass, was told ours was the only one glassed off due to water leakage. Was told they had no more rooms with spa available, and I had the option to cancel the booking with a full refund of $240 and find another Hotel. Was offered $30 discount at check out .I refused offer and walked away.

- Robyn (10/5): - This property has fabulous views of the ocean and sea facing balconies in all rooms. It is quiet, peaceful and beautifully scenic. There are rocks and a mini beach at the foot of the small hill that the hotel rests upon and a public ocean baths about 50 metres down the road. Its a pleasant walk down to the town where there are lots of eating options. A great location and very comfortable, clean rooms. Hard to beat.

- Anthony (8/5): - Property is in a terrific location right on the coast with a 50 metre rockpool 5 minutes walk away. Views are sensational. Probably need to drive to central Entrance for coffee and meals. There is a very good restaurant on site.

- GARY (8/5): - The location is terrific ....you literary look over the Ocean from your balcony ...we had an out door spa on the balcony so you could relax with a champers in hand amid the spectacular view ....highly recommend this type of room .... There is also a classy restaurant on the lower level serving high quality sea food again with the magic view ...for those who like a swim there is a 50 m sea pool just 50metres from the Motel .... Rooms were clean and tidy ...and staff very polite and helpful ....over all a 4.5 star rating ...
- Jennifer (8/5): - Quick overnight stay. Our room was fine for one night. No view at all . More if you wanted that. Bed comfortable and shower good. Lovely ocean view restaurant at front of place which was shut on Sundays. Great walk into town on the ocean front. Only took 15mins.
