• Steven (10/5): Very comfortable stay and perfect for longer stays - Large spacious living room/kitchen area, then door into bedroom and large bathroom. Our room had a tub and shower, as well as an all-in-one washer/dryer. There was also a nice balcony with table and chairs. We had trouble accessing WIFI using "motel guest" as SSID, however, when asked the staff said "resort guest" was also theirs and it worked great. We struggled using washer/dryer until we noticed they provided the instruction manual in the closet.

Clean and Tidy with good restaurant and Bar. - Food at the restaurant was excellent ( i thought a bit pricey - but quickly realised that all eateries on the WA coast are the same - i guess the price for such a remote location. Easy parking. Easy to find in Cervantes. A minor problem but something you get used to is having Mixer Taps.

• norhaida (7/5): Satisfied. - For family it is connecting room. Room is spacious & very clean. Location is very near to Lobster shack & to The Pinnacles is only 20 mins. It is on the first floor. Perhaps those wants to be on the ground floor need to mention during the booking.

The entrance to the room is obstructed by the stairs to upper level and trolleys of the cleaning staff made it awkward to access our room on our arrival.

• Lynn (8/5): As above, great hosts and staff. - Room was basic but clean and as described in information. Location was great. Facilities on site were good and the hosts were excellent. We're going to book again for next year. Room was basic but we were last minute bookers and I did see some other rooms that looked better and we're going to book early next year to get one of those.

The staff were very attentive and helped wi - The location was very good and the facilities good for accommodating large crowds if need to be The only thing that bothers me is the laundry which is pretty much outsourced idea say I can’t abide with smelly towels that haven’t been dried properly and stains on the sheet but I appreciate this is a large volume and quick turnover place

• Fiona (1/5): Horrifying motel, not a resort, unsavoury stay, left a terrible impression and ruined first night of a family holiday - Absolutely nothing! Rooms not as described. Over priced, broken spa baths, terrible odour, dirty dishes with dried food on them in cupboard. Lightbulbs burnt out in outdoor area. Booked two bedroom apartment and got connecting motel room so very unsafe for children sleeping in apartment alone. Undesirable people roaming around at night. Left 5am as felt unsafe. Asked to change rooms but told none available, place was near empty! Asked for refund and still in conversations on this three days later Do not book here. Run down dark dingy place not as advertised. It is not a resort it’s an outdated dirty expensive motel with rude arrogant staff who know nothing about customer service! Appealing toxic place Rude Staff Dirty dishes Broken spa No outdoor lighting No towels eventually went to reception to get some and offered rags I wouldn’t use on my dogs Dirty stained linen Overall unit dirty and smelled very bad

• SHEILA (6/5): - The room has everything you would need for a long stay. The room was not very clean. Everything needs to see some bleach. Mould in all grout. Cupboards are very musty spelling. I would not recommend using the spa jets. In my opinion they need to be sanitised. After dark huge cockroaches appeared inside. Turned back the bed covers to a massive dark stain on the bottom sheet. Certainly will complain at the cost of $280 per night.

Check in was smooth, staff were nice. - The location was in a good area, a few restaurants nearby and close to Pinnacles and other scenary and beaches. Noticed one of the towel/blanket sheet inside the wardrobe was dirty and has dirty stains on it.

• George (5/5): Basic facilities a far cry from the advertised resort title suggested. - Functional with basic facilities location of allocated room was under the stairs with small windows facing the car park. When we approached the staff for any potential change of room, The rooms with better outlooks were allocated to visitors who booked directly with the property. As we faced the car pak, early departure of guests working on the mines meant disruptive start to each day.
