Verified traveler (4/5): - Have stayed at the Town house hotel before so thought the apartments would be similar. Unfortunately not. Property was clean, however beds were hard as a rock and we didn't see anyone for the week we stayed to come clean or change towels etc. There wasn't even a vacumn or broom to clean with, so fairly disappointed. Hotel is fantastic but won't have staff staying at the Apartments ever again.

Stevie (6/5): - Place was nice and clean but this was the only upside. Check in was 2 blocks from the actual rooms. Paid for a room with a queen bed but actually just got a double bed. Beds were the hardest I’ve ever slept on and cooling was cheap portable water coolers. Definitely wouldn’t stay again

Ange (10/5): A second home - I stayed here with my aging mother for 3 nights. It is all flat terrain and really easy for her to walk from car to apartment and around the apartment. These have all the creature comfort of home (mum likes places that have good size wine glasses and tissues!) . A spacious lounge area and lovely courtyard where we could have guests come over for a cuppa. very central to the main street for lovely eating out. Rooms were so so quiet and great for sleeping.

Lucy (8/5): Ok for short stay - Went to wagga to stay with daughter for her residential school at csu. Pros: Apartment centrally located, 10 min drive to csu, self catering , all thats needed for a few days stay and secure Cons: bathroom door broken and did not close properly, cobwebs and dust on celing fans, mold in shower, outdoor area was filthy, barbecue dirty and not really useable, was not serviced ( had to buy own toilet paper). In fairness I did not ask for these things to be fixed while we were there.
Katy (10/5): 50 charactersTHE APARTMENT WAS VERY CENTRAL TO O - We were in Wagga Wagga to attend a funeral. The apartment was central to all the places we needed to visit. Plus having two bedrooms made it easier for our son and my husband and myself to dress for the service. We also found the rest of the areas to be very comfortable and well equipped.

Louise (10/5): Pity it was only one night... - While located separately and away from the hotel, the apartments have the advantage of a quiet street frontage and secure off street parking. Facilities were excellent, well equipped and a spacious living area.

Lisa (10/5): Perfect! - Stayed overnight in Wagga for a 21st. Checked in at the hotel and front desk service was fantastic with directions to the apartments a couple of minutes away. Apartments don't look anything much from outside but what an awesome surprise when we opened the door! It was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean! Location was perfect, very central but very quiet on a Saturday night. My 20 year old son and his friend partied in town and walked the 5 minutes back to the apartment. So happy I booked Apartments by Townhouse - money well spent!
Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing place to stay - The rooms were amazing, so much space and really clean and well looked after. The court yard out the front was great for our 2 year old as it meant he could run around with fear of him getting out! the fact that they are only a 2 min walk from the main street was also great. we will definitely be staying there when we come to Wagga from now on!

Kel (6/5): Great location. Room facilities need work. - My family and I spent two nights in a two bedroom apartment and I must say I was quite disappointed. The location was really good being walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the queen size beds felt pretty similar to sleeping on a park bench. I have slept on hard beds before but this one was extremely uncomfortable. We also came across the smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling and not even activated. There were spider webs hanging off one of the main room walls, and one coffee table leg broken and just hanging. Such a shame when the apartment has so much potential.

Was a bit hard to find again as the map provided didnt have the actual address. Apartment was lovely, clean, well appointed. There are motion sensor lights down the walkway to apartment but the staff turn them off.

A couple of maintenance issues needed attention but the friendly staff responded quickly to these. Close to the main street (though not at the same address as the motel which the says in the hotels.com description)
Ellie (10/5): Great Apartments - Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment whilst in Wagga. The apartments are off site from the main motel. The apartments do not look like much from outside but have been renovated to a great standard inside and have all the conveniences you need. The only thing I would recommend is a remote for the car gate and a trimming of the trees down the back path. We had a baby staying with us and the trees made it difficult to manoeuver too and from the apartment, especially with a pram.
Jules (8/5): Comfortable and well presented apartment - My family stayed in Wagga for a close friends birthday celebrations, and found these apartments to be beautifully presented and comfortable. The secure off street parking is a big plus (we had lots of bags piled into the back of our dual cab ute). Not on a main road either, so nice and quiet with no traffic noise.

John (10/5): Close to everything .... - The apartment was very spacious, have all services and amenities available and even had a private courtyard equipped with a bbq. It's a very short distance from the CBD, close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

Sandmarie (6/5): Not necessarily a hotel... - We booked a room for two adults at the hotel but when we checked in were advised that we were down the road in a Townhouse. I was looking forward to room service, a hot breakfast and being on the main street. Instead we had no cleaning services over the two nights, were a couple of blocks away from the main road, had tenants in adjoining townhouses and the room smelled of old sewage pipes. When I checked out the woman (who was having her breakfast in the kitchen) was still chewing her food and was rude.
Ken (8/5): Nice apartment - Nice apartment with good facilities. Outdoor eating and BBQ area is secure (with a key entry) but not private i.e. open to people walking along and road traffic passing by. Outdoor table was dirty but as it was winter we did not need to used it.
Chris (8/5): Great stopover hotel for families and friends - We stayed in a 2-BR Apartment for 1 night as a stopover between Sydney and Melbourne. The check-in was done at the reception of Townhouse Hotel about 2 blocks away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even though we checked in very late at night. We were happy enough with the apartment that we stayed again on our return from Melbourne.
