• Verified traveler (2/5): - Μείναμε δύο φορές στο ξενοδοχείο στη διάρκεια ενός ταξιδιού είκοσι ημερών στη νότια Γαλλία. Ήταν από τα ακριβότερα και με καλές κριτικές ξενοδοχείο. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί εμείς βρήκαμε το δωμάτιο χάλια. Δεν υπήρχαν κομοδίνα, μύριζαν οι μοκέτες, υπήρχε μια πρίζα μόνο στο ένα κρεβάτι, στο άλλο όχι, μία καρέκλα, είχαμε κλείσει twin, μια μικρή ντουλάπα ανοιχτή, όχι σεσουάρ μαλλιών. 80 ευρώ για ένα δωμάτιο μικρό βρώμικο με υποτυπώδεις παροχές. Η περιοχή δεν είναι κεντρική αλλά αυτό το επιλέξαμε, όχι όμως ένα τόσο μικρό και μίζερο χώρο

L'accueil sympathique, il n'y a pas de bagagerie mais ils ont accepté de garder ma valise quelques heures. Petit déjeuner classique B&B. Je suis étonnée que le tarif soit moins élevé sur hôtel.com que sur l'application B&B.

• Nadia (4/5): Décevant - Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a malheureusement été décevant. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai constaté un manque flagrant de propreté : le sol était collant et portait des traces de mégots, ce qui est inadmissible. La poignée des toilettes était également collante, ce qui laisse à penser que l’entretien laisse à désirer. Pire encore, j’ai retrouvé un mégot de cigarette à l’intérieur d’un gobelet, alors que la chambre était censée être non-fumeur. Le seul point positif de mon séjour a été la literie, qui était de bonne qualité et m’a permis de passer une nuit relativement confortable. Cependant, cela ne compense pas le manque d'hygiène évident de la chambre. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement à ceux qui recherchent un minimum de propreté et de rigueur dans l’entretien des chambres.

• Jean François (10/5): Très bon séjour à Marseille - Arrivé ici après un trajet a pied très bien accueilli par Léna et son collègue. On a eu une très belle chambre . Des conseils de très bonnes qualités de Léna et le réveil parfait avec un petit déjeuner au top servi par une femme souriante aimable qui nous a embellit notre matinée. Je reviendrai merci à vous PS message pour Léna attention aux araignées d'halloween 😂

Die Gegend ist nicht sicher für Touristen, das kann man leider auf diversen Seiten nachlesen - und es sind dort überall aufgebrochene Autos und eingeschlagene Autoscheiben gewesen. Ich werde dort nie mehr buchen und rate allen ab dieses Hotel zu buchen! Mir hat der Anblick von der Umgebung des Hotels gereicht und die Warnungen im Internet!

• Jean Claude (8/5): - Rien à redire sur la propreté et le confort de la chambre. Hotel bien insonorisé. Par contre nous avons eu un problème pour sortir du parking le 1er soir. Nous avons sonné plusieurs fois pour qu'on nous ouvre la porte sans succès. Ma femme est revenu à pieds à l'accueil pour signaler que j'attendais que l'on m'ouvre la porte . L'agent d'accueil lui a dit que c'était bon, qu'il avait ouvert la porte mais je suis reste bloqué près d'une demi-heure dans le parking et c'est un particulier qui voulait sortir également et qui avait une télécommande qui m'a ouvert la porte. Pendant ce temps ma femme m'attendait devant l'hôtel sans comprendre pourquoi j'étais aussi long à arriver puisque l'agent d'accueil lui avait affirmé qu'il mavait bien ouvert la porte.

• HAYATE (4/5): Passable - Hôtel vraiment uniquement pour dormir. Pas de consignes, aucun intérêt ni à l’intérieur de l’hôtel (hall etc) ni à l’extérieur (quartier très sale) . L’accueil est sympa je ne vais pas dire le contraire mais c’est le strict minimum. Sauf les monsieurs qui étaient là le soir super sympas. Le monsieur avec ses grosses lunettes de vue le matin je lui demande si c’est possible de changer les draps sachant qu’il faisait vraiment très chaud et là clim s’arrêtait toutes les 20/30 min il me répond : « chez vous vous changer pas les draps tout les jours «  je ne m’attendais pas à ce genre de réponse mais bon…. A mon arrivée j’ai attendu dans le hall que la chambre soit prête. Une personne arrive avec un chien énorme elle lui jette un sandwich plein de gras parterre et de l’eau ds un cendrier de l’hôtel à même le sol. Je préviens la femme de l’accueil (blonde) elle s’en fichait royalement pour elle ca s’emplit normal. C’est le vigile un monsieur d’un certain âge (très sympa d’ailleurs) qui a dû ramener un chiffon pour nettoyer ! Alors que ce n’était même pas son travail. Heureusement que la chambre était relativement propre (j’ai retrouver un chewing-gum au pied de mon lit) la literie confortable. Il y a une station de métro a même pas 5 min à pied, et le tramway a environ 10 min. Hôtel sans plus

L’insonorisation est plutôt bonne compte tenue de la circulation. Le métro est tout prêt, les terrasses du port à 15 min, et le quartier a l’air plutôt safe.

• fabienne (8/5): Raisonnable - Pas de soucis particulier , l accueil très bien . Chambre correcte pour une nuit mais pour plusieurs, je ne réserverais pas cet hôtel . Chambre pour 4 personnes nous étions 4 adultes, les lits en mezzanine sont pas très larges et les matelas trop dur à mon goût . Pas de chaises : juste une chaise donc obligé de s assoir sur le it en bas pour discuter le soir . Aménagement a revoir .

• LEANDRO (4/5): Not recommended - We have booked this hotel for our family (me, my wife and two children). In terms of location, this hotel is very well located, around 15 minutes walking to city center. However, the hotel itself was very disappointing... the room offered to us was quite old and the bathroom was very dirty, to the point we were almost not willing to use it. We had to wash it before using it. The upper beds for the children were full of sand dust. Right under the entry door, the ceiling was dripping water from the air conditioning machine, so every time we had to leave or we would arrive, we would have to dry the floor. Breakfast was paid. Worth the price to what was offered, as we were not able to find another place that could match the price for an equivalent meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Adi (4/5): Too many things went wrong - Stayed twice now. The first time was okay, the bathroom soap dispenser not being loaded was the only downside (and was fixed two days later). The second time, however: the air conditioning did not cool the room, the water in the shower would not drain fast enough leading to flooding and worst of all there were mosquitoes (many) that bit me through the night. The staff were good otherwise, the location is reasonably convenient and the bed and general cleanliness were okay.
• Henk (8/5): Nice quiet room but with too many mosquitos! - This hotel is conveniently located and priced much better than near-by hotels. The breakfast in the morning was simple but fine, and the room was very quiet. However the internet speed was too low (advertised as 'very fast'), and there were lots of mosquitos during the night so I could not sleep very well.
