• Kelly (10/5): Everything I needed at last minute plans. - I was really impressed that they allowed me to bring my large Yellow Labrador Retriever without an extra fee. That alone is such a huge thing for them to do. They had an awesome fish cleaning facility also. Breakfast was fenominal. I can't think of anything that there wasn't to like.

They are in the middle of a remodel, yet that didn't interfere with my stay. The breakfast area has been remodeled and has ample choices to choose from. Thank you for a great stay.
• Amanda (9/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean hotel with a great breakfast, friendly staff, and fun extras like popcorn, pizzas, and cocoa/apple ci - We really enjoyed our stay at the AmericInn in Baudette, MN! It was super clean, the breakfast had lots of options, and I loved that they offered hot cocoa and apple cider packets along with coffee. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They even make pizzas right at the hotel, and the popcorn in the lobby was a fun bonus. The pool and hot tub were a great size and open until midnight — perfect after a day at the nearby state parks. We’d definitely stay here again! The only downsides were that the beds felt a little low and on the firm side, and you can hear the train when it comes through.

Waffle mix dispenser was empty, pancake maker was out of mix, a single sad omelet that looked older than a dinosaur. Decided to skip and just get a glass of orange juice... which was empty of concenrate so just dispensed water. Went to mention issues to front desk person, who was on her phone and oblivious to whatever was going on around her.

• Jennifer (8/5): Would stay here again. - Location was great! We liked that our second room had a balcony. Also loved that the pool was warm, clean, and open until midnight. Our first room on the first floor was pretty humid when we checked in but I turned up the AC while we were gone visiting our family and when we returned it was nice and cool, but then the AC hummed/whistled so loud continuously so we requested a room change. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and switched us to a room on the second floor. It was cooler but kind of smelled like smoke, but it was fine for the night.

• F2623PBshannons (4/5): Disgruntled Wyndham member. - We frequently stay at the AmericInn by Wyndham in Baudette, Minnesota during our Lake of the Woods fishing trips due to its convenient location. Unfortunately, our recent stays have been disappointing. The pool and hot tub were out of order, and the breakfast quality has declined significantly. Given the room rates we're paying, these issues are unacceptable. Unless these amenities are restored to proper working order, we will need to seek alternative accommodations for future trips.

• Heather (4/5): Outdated rooms and broken hot tub - The check in was not professional at all. The lobby area is really nice, the breakfast is good, the rooms are outdated and need repairs. The hot tub is why we chose this hotel and they didnt tell us it was out of order. We definately would have just stayed somewhere cheaper since nobody else has a hot tub. This is our 2nd poor experience at this hotel. We wont be back.

The hotel is bright and modern with lots of amenities, including gym, heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The free breakfast is fantastic. There is ice water, tea and delicious coffee available 24/7. There are even warm cookies made every evening for the guests which are delectable!! Mandy is super friendly and super cool! She helped us with a couple problems that arose with a smile! We had lots of great conversations with her while we were here. We feel we have a new friend in Baudette, Minnesota!
