• Elisha (10/5): - We stayed at the Cabin that accommodates 6 people. It was perfect, cozy, and was enough space for us. There were a few things that were broken/confusing but we didn’t mind. 1) Dinner Table, it was a foldable table where both sides fold down. One side was unable to be used since there was no latch underneath. 2) Fire alarm, it makes a beeping sound. 3) Fridge, some of our food froze. 4) The door to the bathroom does not lock or close all the way. 5) Checking In and Out, there weren’t clear directions but we just figured it out and it was pretty simple. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment to cook a proper meal. There were extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom had provided basic toiletries/towels. There was 2 tv’s also for entertainment (in the living room/main room. Parking space, fit 2 medium suvs right in front of the cabin. Would stay here again!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - the location itself was amazing! the trip was myself , husband and 2 children. the cabin size was significantly smaller that i thought it would be. after the 2 person showered there would be absolutely no hot water. the heater in the room made a clicking noise all night, we stayed in a cabin and there was wind seeping through under the ac unit . we stayed 3 nights and on check out morning went to the store( that’s supposed to be open at 10 every morning )to check out at 10:30 only 30 minutes before check out and the store was closed. if we hadn’t ran into an employ , i dont know how long we would have waited to check out.
• Marlette (10/5): - Stayed for 2 nights (cabin). Staff were really friendly and polite. Campground was constantly getting clean and plowed (winter storm). We definitely come back.
• Rosie (10/5): - The cabin was very clean and updated. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but it was big enough to sleep two. Checking was a little confusing, need better instructions where to pick up the key. The place was very nice and we really enjoyed making carne asada in the fire/bbq pit. The cabin was very homey and it had everything needed. We were 6 guests and it didn’t feel crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to do it again next year!

• Monica (10/5): - We stayed at a lovely cabin. It was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The store located at the campground needs more food provisions, but there was a grocery store very close. The laundry facilities were very convenient.

• banaag (10/5): - The campground is amazing just, all the staff is accommodating and very helpful. The only downside is the linens might need to bring your own but other than that it was superb. The staff especially from the store are superb.

My kids had a great time and did not want to leave the cabin. Would recommend for a family get away to be outdoors especially during snow season.

• Jamie (8/5): Great place for family time - Great place to stay at. We took our 2 toddlers for the first time to see and play in the snow. We loved that our parking was right outside the cabin, there was snow everywhere and a special area where we can slide down the snow. We didnt even have to drive to a crowded snow hill so it was perfect. The bad thing is that you have to shower fast because the hot water will run out and you have to wait a few hours for others to shower. And the microwave seemed to not work for a couple hours then work again, that was frustrating. And there's so many stores and the lake just around the corner. So great location. We will visit here again in the near future. Most likely in the summer.

• Harold (4/5): Stay away from this place in the winter... - This place might be nice in the Summer. It’s not nice in the Winter. The heater was broken, the consolation prize, plug in heater might have have been good enough with good blankets, but they didn’t give us any, only old, dirty cruddy blankets. We had to go to Kmart and buy some for the evening. The shower was nice and hot for about a minute, then freezing cold. They didn’t stock my neighbor’s cabin with toilet paper. That would have been OK if we had someone to call to come bring some, but once their office closes at 5, you’re completely in your own. Accidentally lock your key in the room? Well, guess what: you’re screwed. And if you happen to lock your car keys in there too, we’ll I guess you’re going to freeze to death. When I did finally come in contact with the people who run the place, I found them, for the most part, rude and unprofessional. I will never stay here again.

• Young Ji (10/5): - It was a really nice campground. The cabin was clean and fancy. It looked quite new. There were enough dishes, bowls, glasses, cups, spoons,... and towels. We must come back for the next trip to Tahoe.
• Juan (10/5): - We loved our stay with my family, the cabin was cleaned with private bathroom and shower, we enjoyed using the microwave oven, toaster oven, silver ware, plates, cups, soap dish and also utencils for grilling. I saw people walking their dogs but I think no dogs allow in cabins, I should ask for the next time. It is a very quiet area, we could sleep well, we also experienced respectful from staff and guest. What I would like to have is: more hot water service, we are four in my family so just my son could enjoyed took a bath with warm water.

• INSJC (6/5): - Although we asked for two cabins with bunk beds, we were given one and the other unit was for a person with disabilities. Although we enjoyed the large bathroom we missed the cooking range and full size frig and space for the kids beds. There was a pull out couch but it was inconvenient. I specifically chose this campground for the swimming pool for the kids - which was closed. The website gave no indication it would be closed during our stay, only the hours of operation. It appears it opens up around Memorial Day. And there was no hair dryer. WiFi was very poor, the ipad was never able to connect.
• Sarah (10/5): Cute and tidy - The cabin was small but updated with beautiful natural wood paneling and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
• Tereza (2/5): Worst cabins ever - First of all, they don't actually clean the cabins before you check-in. You get a full list of things, like insects (especially beautiful huge spiders, including a few dead of them, which they even don't bother to remove, and which basically means that they don't clean the cabin per se), dirty bed sheets with human hair, very much looking as a pubic hair. Even one dead larvae on a sheet in my case. You talk about silent hours? Like your child trying to sleep at night? No way, even if that is indicated to be 10PM, literally no one respects that rule. What else.. Ah yes, broken things, like nearly broken bathroom door handles, barely working heater, poor ventilation (which is more like no ventilation at all) and a lot more to discover! A little happy vacation place just for you. No way. Do yourself and your family/friends a favor, go stay somewhere else :).

• Caroline (10/5): - Very peaceful, beautiful campground in forest, 5 minutes from Lake Tahoe. Cabins were new, clean. Each cabin has bathroom. BBQ, fire pit, picnic table outside ( best of both worlds). Laundromat on premises is great, but please , please fix the very dangerous tripping hazard between rooms. We had an incident where someone's clothes cart wheel hit the raised floor and fell over on my mom. Her arm had several cuts and bruises. The young girls and young gentlemen working in the laundromat were very attentive to cleaning up and bandaging my mom's wounds. Thank you, but please get that floor fixed.
• Amanda (10/5): More fun there than in town - There is a front desk. It says there isnt. Also check in is 3 for the cabins not 12. The cabin is small but really how much time are you going to be in there? The grounds are amazing playground swimming basketball tennis and hiking. Lots of kids and families. We will stay here again.
