- Cheung Hang (6/5): - Couldn't check in following the check in instruction, the door was locked when it was not supposed to. Emailed and chat multiple times with no response and the Expedia agent was absolutely useless. I eventually asked a nice Japanese gentleman for help in calling the hosts local number directly, and he came and unlocked the door for me. We were stranded outside for 1 hour with 3 kids.

- Nancy (10/5): Our favorite - We always like to stay here when coming up to the northern part of Okinawa because it is affordable, a good location, and gives us separate sleeping areas for our large family. This time we discovered a shelf in the lobby of extra supplies that we could borrow during our stay that made a big difference, things like salt and pepper, extra trash bags, cooking oil, sponges, and an adapter.

- サトミ (8/5): - 2才と4才の子連れで宿泊。コンドミニアムなので普通の家と同じ感覚で過ごせたのが凄く良かったです。宿泊施設までは坂なので少し大変ですが、美ら海水族館まで子供の足でも10分あれば着く距離にあり便利です。 ちびっことりでに近いので、宿泊施設に着いてすぐ遊びに行けて、子供達は大喜びでした。 個人的にとても良かったのは、ガス乾燥機があったことです。洗濯物がすぐに片付くので大変助かりました。ホテルと違って部屋にあるので、寝かしつけながら洗濯できるのは大きかったです。また、洗面に踏み台があったのもとても良かったです。手を洗うたびに子供を持ち上げる必要が無く助かりました。 また、非対面でチェックイン、アウトが出来たので、手続きで時間を取られる事も無く、待ち時間に飽きてしまう子供の面倒を見ずに済みました。有り難かったです。 子供用のダイニングチェアはありませんが、高さのある座布団があり、椅子乗せて使ったらちょうど良かったです。 他に子供用食器が少しとスプーンが1本ありました。デザートスプーンやフォークはたくさんありました。 電気ケトル、炊飯器、オーブントースター、電子レンジ、鍋2つ(大小)、フライパン2つ(1つは蓋付き)、まな板、包丁、キッチン鋏、お玉、ザル、ボールがあり調理面で困ることはありませんでした。ただ、最終日までシャープナーの存在に気が付かず、切れない包丁に苦戦しました。早く気がつけば良かったです。 建物は古めなので蟻等、虫は少し出ました。私は大して気にならなかったですが、絶対に嫌という方は止めた方が良いです。 子連れで利用予定の方の参考になればと思います。

However, our room was notably dirty including unchanged sheets with lots of previous users' hair and a dead lizard. - Izumi (8/5): - 3泊させていただきました。 私の勘違いで、本当はベッドが3つか4つ欲しかったところ、ツインルームを予約していたことが判明し、ちょっと狭い思いをしましたが、それ以外はなかなか快適に過ごせました。洗濯機と乾燥機が宿泊代に入っているのは最高ですね。しかも洗剤付き。衣服やら、パジャマやら、汗で汚れたものを気兼ねなくすぐに洗えて嬉しかったです。あと、掃除機も借りれたんですね！最終日に気がついて、あちゃーと思いました。もっと早くに気付けば良かった。 次に沖縄に旅行するときは、また利用させてもらえればと思います。ありがとうございました！

- Hyekyoung (10/5): 친절한 직원, 룸컨디션 청결! - 오후 6시 되기 30분 전에 체크인했는데, 친절하게 대응해주시고 방도 업그레이드 받아서 여행 마지막날 편안하게 묵고왔습니다 - 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 다만 이전 이용객들이 모래가 든 수영복을 세탁했는지 , 모래가 많이 나오더라고요 이용하시는 분들은 다음 사람을 위해서 에티켓을 지켜주시기 바랍니다. 세탁기와 건조기에 명시해 두었는데도 모래가 있는 옷을 넣는 것은 아니지요. 그리고 방음이 조금 취약하긴 합니다. 밤 12시 넘어서는 서로 소음을 내지 않도록 배려하는 여행객들이 되었으면 합니다 . 다음에 근처 갈 일이 있으면 또 이용할게요 감사합니다.
- のりひこ (10/5): - 家族で利用するのにピッタリです。屋上からの眺めは抜群です。オーシャンビューの部屋でバルコニーでコーヒーやビールを飲むだけで幸せな時を過ごせます。エメラルドビーチやちゅら海水族館も近く美味しい沖縄そばの店やスタバも近くにあります。疲れたら部屋にすぐ戻れるので助かりました。スタッフの方も爽やかな挨拶を頂き気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食、夜食の材料さえ持ち込めば部屋のキッチンで作れます。宿泊料もリーズナブルだと思います。うがい用や子供用として紙コップを持参した方がいいと思います。このホテルを見つけて良かったです。とても良い旅が出来ました。
- hanna (10/5): - 츄라우미 수족관 근처 정말 가성비 끝내주는 숙소입니다. 깨끗하고 오션뷰(저희는 비가와서 소용이 없었지만). 편안하게 보냈습니다. 단, 맵코드를 찍으면 네비가 뒷길로 알려줘요. 산길을 들어가서 여긴가 싶은 곳이 나오는데 뒷길이에요. 정문을 알려주는 주소가 필요할 것 같아요. 오키나와 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 묵을 숙소입니다!

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 完成したばかりの施設だけあって、水回りも部屋も、とても清潔感がありきれいでした。スタッフは、こちらの到着時間の遅れや、ちょっとしたお願いに笑顔で快く応じてくださり大変助かりました。部屋の乾燥機もとても重宝しました。部屋で料理をする際は調味料と油、ラップなどを持参すると便利です。冷蔵庫は冷凍室含め十分な大きさがあります。
