- Langley (1/5): It was the WORST hotel/ motel I had ever stayed in and the rooms were gross and smelled like mold and the place will - Absolutely Nothjng the towed my truck the day we were checking out before it was even checkout time and I had to pay 200$ to get my truck bc the owner and maintenance man wouldn’t call they towing company and tell them they made a mistake so the were in breach of contract bc my truck was towed at 10:20am check out is at 11:00 Everything the rooms are gross and look not even halfway clean and the maintenance man is a lazy lazy man that sits in his van all day

- Hutton (1/5): Complete Nightmare!!!! - I paid for our room online through Booking.com and had all the information and confirmation that we could possibly need for the front desk attendant when we got there. The lady was super slow at everything and we ended up wasting an hour in the office with the lady trying to show her that we had already booked and paid for our room online! But she continued telling me that my reservation wasn’t showing up in their computer but that it did say I paid with a virtual card…… I kept trying to tell her that my card was not virtual and even handed it to her to prove so! Then without my knowledge she took it apron her self to write down my debit card number and the expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back!!! Which after trying to charge my card 3 more times while doing so, even though I had already paid for it the 1st time online through the booking app!!! I had to actually call booking.com and prove to her that I paid for the reservation through them but she still wouldn’t listen!! So finally after an hour standing there going back and forth with her we asked her if there was someone else that she could call to figure out what the issue was. Which she finally done so and the person told her exactly what I had been trying to tell her along, the room was already paid for!! And they told her to give us keys to a room and they would fix it when they came in the next day!! So after she hung up the phone the lady slung the room keys across the counter at me!! Which mind you I was very very respectful and kind the whole entire time, so I was very confused why she was being so rude now!! So we finally got up to our room and I had 2 more charges try coming through on my card for the room!!! She was down in the office running my card over and over again still yet!! I finally had to lock my card!!! It was a complete inconvenience when you just wanted to get a room and lay down!!

- Jasmine (6/5): Budget - We didn't have room cleaning service over the weekend. Something was wrong with my confirmation number so checking in took longer than expected. The sink leaked and room was musty. I was expecting to pay what my total on the app was and instead was hit with an extra 3% processing fee at check in. I am using to paying at the end of my stay and was going to pay with cash and my card was ran immediately upon check in. 3 star instead of 2 simply because I didn't complain to the staff to get it fixed. I was there to sleep and that's it

- Glenn (6/5): - The staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. I WAS a bit put off by the surprise 3% adjustment for checking in with a credit card and not Cash. I stated this was never laid out in the website and he immediately said he’d give me a discount to not reflect the 3% surcharge. It seems this is a scheme to boost revenue at the location and will be nullified if questioned.

- Bruce (5/5): Don’t believe that you get breakfast as it’s a joke! - The room was very clean and the person that registered us was quite pleasant No hair dryer. No daily service for towels. Breakfast was an absolute joke! Juice machine didn’t work, coffee was horrible and there was nothing to eat except packaged snack bars, Lantz crackers and powdered donuts.

- EDWARD (8/5): - Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either.

- JERUSHA ANNE (8/5): - I really like the location of this property. We have stayed here twice and it's not a long drive to Neyland Stadium. We love that we can get up and walk across the parking lot to Dunkin for coffee and Chik-fila for breakfast or lunch. But I probably won't stay here again because as I was double-checking to see that we had everything before leaving, I opened a drawer and there was a roach crawling in it. I can't risk those getting in my luggage and coming home with us. I'm very sad about it because I do like the place a lot.

I needed the room for Saturday not Friday and they made me stay at for both. - Lea (4/5): Not the greatest experience and I probably wouldn’t stay here again. - The location was convenient and plenty of amenities nearby. This hotel is very rundown and needs updating badly. The heat didn’t work in my room and it was freezing at night. Walls are paper thin so I could hear neighbors alarm going off at 4 am. They also were extremely loud outside my window revving their diesel engine for an hour. Didn’t get much sleep.
