- James (5/5): It was a bed, bathroom and a sink. - They were available. Otherwise, nothing really endearing about the place. If I could have gone to the Econolodge, it would have been a huge upgrade. There was hot water. Toilet didn't clog. The exfoliating sandpaper provided as towels helped clear my skin. I cannot believe that the "breakfast" was considered a selling point by other reviewers. Literally a choice between a honey bun, a pack of frosted donuts or a danish. And a coffee. They had coffee. Not in the room. Just in the little tiny 2-seat lobby. Housekeeping perpetually missed the bar of soap on the top ledge of the shower. Thinnest sheets and hardest mattress ever. In a TINY bit of fairness, I believe Lenoir City has the HIGHEST tax rate in the whole United States. Not in Loudon County. Not in Tennessee, but in the WHOLE USA.

- Alex (7/5): Inn and out Lenoir City - Cheap. Entry door was lacking chain lock. Heater/ac did not have accurate temperature settings. Tenants and location made the stay feel unsafe. Next time I'll pay a little more at a different location for better accommodations. Stay here if you have no other place to stay.

We stayed less than 2 hours total there. There was dead bugs, the comforter was pretty much a sheet, the air didn’t get super cold, the pillow was flat, it was dirty all around.

If you want the electricity to work you had to leave the lights on. We left after only one night, reservations was for two. Left at 12:00 noon. Why couldn't they just charge me $25.00 for late check out and return the rest of my money. We did not touch the beds, nor bathroom when we came back in after our friend died.

- Allen (2/5): - Based on the description on Expedia, I booked two nights at this property. I drove into the property, and it immediately looked "sketchy." But, I got the room key and went to the room. It was on the ground floor (#157) in a separate wing of the property. Above the door into the wing was a set of stairs with yellow "caution" tape all around it. There was litter strewn all around the wing, so there was nothing inviting at all. I went through the door into the wing to go to my room, which was at the end of a dark hallway. I went into the room and it, too, was dark and uninviting. It was clean, but it smelled dank and musty. The carpet was not clean, and the room only had two low-wattage lights in it. I opened the curtains to let more light in and was greeted by a concrete wall with garbage between the room's window and the wall. I returned to the office and let them know we would not be staying. I could not imagine anything that could be done to rectify the situation--not only was the room unacceptable, but so was the entire property. Of course, it was too late to get a refund because the property requires cancellation 72 in advance of arrival. But, we couldn't have known that the property was so bad until we actually arrived. Catch 22 -- we were out $171 for the two nights, and Expedia was unable to help because refund policies of the properties are sacrosanct. Stay here at your own risk. You've been warned.

Overall staff was nice, they did have updated flooring, and aome furniture within. I highly recommend king size room over the full as theres a difference to the bed or seemed. If in a jam and looking for one the cheaper places that did seem peaceful, and clean then I would recommend giving them a call.

I left that night and slept in my car. When I came to ask for a refund I was refused and the manager seemed to not care even after showing her videos and pictures.

The beds were ok, but the pillows were flat as a pancake. Breakfast was coffee, juice and granola bars. For the price, definitely not wrth it

When I told her I was there to check in, she said check in was not until 3pm, that they were still cleaning the rooms. I find it very hard to believe that every single room was still being cleaned and that 1 was not ready. So I said okay, I guess I’ll come back later. I went on about my day spending time with my family. At 6:30pm, I receive a call from the establishment asking if I would be coming tonight. I said yes, I tried to come earlier. She said okay, I need your card details to hold your room. I said oh no you do not. She says well if you don’t show up, we lost the sale of the room. I tell her I understand that but I just told her I would be there. I ended up cutting my time short with my family at that point so I could go check in since there seemed to be an issue. I don’t think she was necessarily rude, I do think there was a small language barrier. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The air unit was difficult to navigate. The hot water took a long time to get hot and when it did, I spent the rest of the shower trying to cool it down. There are no outlets close to the bed. I was not able to use my cpap machine to sleep.

The thermostat was not working properly in the first room I was given, and the friendly staff person moved me to another room. The second room was upstairs, and the outdoor stairway felt rickety and not entirely safe for a heavy person or one with loads of luggage. I don't blame the staff for the run-down appearance of the place, but travellers ought to know!

- Arthur (3/5): Stay somewhere else - The receptionist was surly and unwelcoming. Website says pet friendly but in fact no pets allowed. The room was filthy and unpleasant. Very bad value - way too expensive for what you get. Spend a few extra dollars and stay at a decent hotel. Seriously, just about the worst hotel and room I have encountered, and I have worked and lived in 20 countries.

- Vince (2/5): - The motel is in terrible condition. The check-in office had a horrible smell inside and a few bugs. Everything is really old and feels dirty. Luckily the sheets didn’t have any visible stains, but everything just felt like it could have been cleaner. You could probably pay $10 or $15 more for a much cleaner motel.

- Kathleen (8/5): Very good - The receptionist gave us real breakfast food, not the snack bars Heater didn't really heat the whole room, and there were no blankets, just thin bedcovers and sheets. I slept In my clothes with a bedspread on top.

- John (8/5): Sufficient - Clean and comfortable if a bit depressing. Rooms recently renovated but lack even the slightest bit of decorating. Lighting is adequate but bizarrely arranged and anything but warm. But if you're looking for a cheap, clean and comfortable overnighter on the road, this place is perfectly adequate.

- Ricky (6/5): Utilitarian, unpleasant pricing surprise - This has a very utilitarian vibe. Just the basics, no frills which was fine. The part I didn't like was the check in when I was informed that if I used a credit card they were going to add an extra 3% to the price of my stay. I never saw anything about this extra charge in any advertisement and I don't think this was reflected in the advertised pricing. Very bad form IMHO. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It took quite a while for the hot water sink faucet to produce hot water and the water pressure was very low.

- amyrT6543UC (2/5): ABSOLUTLEY BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!!! - ABSOLUTLEY BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!!! Called for reservation which told of one price, upon check-in had added taxes/etc. added on which wasn't told about.....room had an awful drip from the bathtub/shower resulting on water on floor....one of the double bed flat sheets had blood on it! When told front desk they offered to move us to another room which agreed to but front desk person (a man) didn't even offer us (2 girls) to help with moving luggage/personal items and this was a midnight. He finally helped but only upon my insistence! He called his manager who came to work in the morning and never offer any kind of discount for the crappy room, horrible service, and inconveniences! Will sleep in my car before ever staying there again!!!

- SFLOYD2023 (10/5): Great value! - Good value- close to all you need with clean rooms and great service! Quiet and close to the marina- restaurants and shopping. On site laundry and walk to a little store for gas and essentials- Prices are fair and staff is helpful. Breakfast items with coffee and juice in morning.

- Norma (6/5): It was alright for the most part. - The price and location. The shower didn't work. There was no coffee pot or hair dryer in our room. We were there for 2 nights and didn't have an adequate amount of toilet paper or towels.
- Emilee (5/5): It was fine i guess - Convenient… close to a lot of fast food, shopping, and laundry. Room didn’t smell the cleanest, carpet was soaked, and some of the outlets didn’t work, shower was dirty.
- davidbS5114YL (2/5): Bad motel. - I went to the inn of Lenoir to get a room and paid, he gave me the key and when I went to the room I pulled the covers back and there was a freah wet piss spot on the sheet, I have pictures to prove it. There was some sort of debre, little black things also. I went and told him about it and he gave me another room to look at, it didn't have piss in the bed but it had the same black debre as the other bed and bugs on the floor, He gave me my money back. Someone told me they might be renting the rooms by the hour, of you know what I mean.

Breakfast was just honey buns, crackers, or pop tarts. I didn't prefer them for breakfast. The only thing I can complain about.

This Doesn’t really affect me now, but there was a time in my life where this could have been a huge deal for me traveling on a budget so it’s a pet peeve.

Also, the rooms were so outdated and and uncomfortable. Bathtub had so many cigarette burns around the edge that the sanitary issue there kept me from even taking a shower. And the best thing of all, the door to my room wouldn't lock from the outside! Didn't know this until I returned from being out and coming back to a room that the door didn't even lock in the first place! Told management, all he said was "Well I thought they had fixed that?"
