- Sara (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient - There was a gentleman who wasn’t staying in the hotel but was causing chaos in the lobby swearing on the phone and yelling about being left by his gf and the front desk attendant immediately told him to stop swearing there were children around ( my kids ) and to leave right away and he wasn’t allowed to come back she handled it so incredibly well I told her I was impressed . Liked everything

- Annette (5/5): What is the PLUS? Location is good, though - Location You have to ask for cleaning, ask for towels, coffee airports cold after breakfast service and not replenished. Room was dingy. Folks smoking Marijuana in rooms on 3rd floor .. .maybe if housekeeping was routine, folks wouldn't do it.

Lady in charge continuously checking to make sure there was plenty available. Room was clean and the staff we met were all friendly. This was the cheapest rate we found for this weekend out of the major brand hotels in the area.

- darrell (3/5): Bad - The pool was not open as long as it was suppose to be they lied about the closing time when it said a different time on my booking and elevator The hot tub didn't work and was gross the food was horrible and the cable was bad only had 4 channels that worked

- Maviatti (3/5): Meh - The room was clean and nice and they had hot chocolate out front that was cool The bed was so uncomfortable we both woke up with back pain and the water was not very hot at all but we also weren't allowed to have our kids come swim at the pool for the day and that was the whole point of getting a place with a pool so that was unfortunate

- Jennifer (5/5): Probably won’t pick here again! - It was in a nice location with many things to do around the area The staff, there was a gal at check in and she was about as pleasant as an itchy butthole. The manager on duty at check in was nice, and the night time guy rob was a tad bit rude, but the pleasant gal at check in warned us about him. The bed was uncomfy and the smell of diesel at 6am from the construction guys trucks warming up kinda sucked too.

- Michael (4/5): I'm going to the Hampton Inn next time! - Room was not up to cleanliness standards. Weird mold in the refrigerator, centipede in the shower. I was also located directly adjacent to the cleaning room closet which woke me up every single morning due to how loud it was.

There was other guest that cause a lot of noise not staying in their rooms and kids running up and down the halls for hours and knocking on our door non stop. Not the staff fault but was very bad. Wedding was at 2:00, 20 mins away. Breakfast was not “build your own” waffles or omelet. Chose BW because we always utilize our One-Key member card. Disappointing

The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the only reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. The website AND the information available in the room said it was open until 10 but they closed at 9 right when we were going to it. The girl at the counter said 10 was summer hours. We were there in September. We were all disappointed. We could have stayed at another hotel for $50 less if we had known they were closing the hot tub an hour earlier than stated on everything.

The one gripe I would say I have and I’m finding it hard to find one is the bed mattress was maybe out of date. It was a spring mattress and it didn’t sound the best when you laid down on it but I slept fine….i would not hesitate to stay again
