Guest Reviews
- Danny (5/5): -
- Linda Stewart (4/5): - Price and location very close to RBWH Tiny, tiny rooms. No chairs to sit in, one stool only. Two people could not be vertical at one time. One on the stool, one standing or lying on the bed.
- Eddie (8/5): -
- Zirkler (8/5): Imperial Strikes Back ? - Close enough to the airport.
Not a bad room. Parking felt pretty safe. (I could park where I could see the car from my room.)
The bed was relatively comfortable.
Despite being on a busy road, my room at the rear of the building was relatively quiet, especially after I turned the fridge off.(Why are the little fridges so noisy?)
Fair value. I The no contact checkin was a bit confusing and will probably definitely give some people an annoying experience.
It wasn't smooth for me. After scanning the QR code and entering a heap of info it asks for my photo. In taking the photo I lose the page and have to do the whole thing again.
After repeating the process and adding the photo, the next step hung for quite a long time.
Finally it promises to send room number and codes.
They didn't come for me and another guy doing it also.
Had to call a number and that guy sent the codes.
Using the code for the room number wasn't quite so obvious too.
I buggered up my knee and had only stairs to use. That might be a problem for some.
The bed was a bunk bed making sitting on it to watch TV had an obstructed view and a low overhang. The alternative was a metal stool so not really an option.
I took a walk to the north, not much to do or see within walking distance.
- Rebecca (6/5): -
- BobTee (5/5): - Cleans and tidy. Comfortable bed. Road noise, despite the poorly sealed double glazed window was horrendous!!!
- nicholas (7/5): -
- Todd (8/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): Smooth - The privacy and security No staff to get assistant from
- daniela (8/5): - Nice and clean Bathroom too small

- woll (1/5): - There was nothing to like i couldn't talk to customer service about my reservation cause there phone is disconnected The fact that I was told to complete a pre check in survey, then being told to give a reservation refrence which i wasn't told what that is. Whether its a bunch of numbers or a code word. Couldn't contact anyone about this cause there customer support is disconnected, and to top it all off I wasn't allowed to get my money back. Pretty much stole from me.
0/10 would not recommend
Also they whole thing of using your phone as a key card for your room and there being no receptionist seems sketchy. What if I had a problem in the hotel. Who would I talk to about it
- chris (1/5): Absolutely horrible and would never recommend to anyone. - No reception, all online via the Philippine. If you do not have photo ID that you are willing to upload you CAN NOT check in.
Because I didn’t have any photo ID, I was refused check in even though I had paid 100% of the accommodation. This left me ordering another Uber back to the airport to sleep on a chair for the night….. awesome service by the property…NOT
I have requested a refund however no reply has been made.
- Leigh (7/5): - Bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the contactless check in, the pin method works well, no need to worry whether you remembered the room key etc when leaving. We travelled for an event that happened to be on the same weekend as magic round weekend, so all accommodation was tripled in price, this made value for money very poor. If travelling outside of this time, then I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable place to stay.
- Emily (1/5): -
- Barbara (6/5): - The bed was great. The parking and location was great The check-in process. The ap was terrible. You put the details in and when you access the code it didn't let you enter it. I had 2 young men trying to help and they couldn't get it to work. When I rang them they said you had to do it on the ap. 30min they finally give me the code for the front door room.
- Geoff (6/5): -
- Katrina (1/5): - Nothing very poor hotel can't even walk around the bed and have to fill kettle from basin
- Chris (6/5): Simple and clean. - Front door doesn't close properly- not good for security.
- gulam (7/5): The check in process was a nightmare - Location No counter staff involved
- o'sullivan (8/5): -
- Ingrid (5/5): Necessary - Nil The room was tiny, bathroom smelled as it had a leak from the pipes onto the floor.
The fridge froze my milk
It was noisy
I did not feel safe
- Sharron (8/5): Nice place - Closeness, comfortable, very clean, quiet Signing into the place on phone etc
- Patel (8/5): -
- Jamie (1/5): Won’t ever not stay without insurance ever again - Comfortable bed, cold Aircon The fact that I got robbed and asked the staff to call Police, but they did nothing I went to go do the police report and when I got back to pick up my things because I wasn’t going to stay there that night I was told I was kicked out so five days day was one night no refund
- Susan Robison (7/5): -
- Amber (8/5): Budget accommodation close to the hospital and fortitude valley nightclubs and pubs. - It's the most affordable hotel in Brisbane for a week. It is close to the McDonald's and the servo. It is a non complicated hotel similar to an air bnb. There is a no contact check in. Safe and warm hotel. There were no staff available during my stay.

- Navdeep (10/5): -
- Natasha (4/5): Quick, cheap, great location - Location, easy check in, good location The room was not clean at all, I found a pair of reading glasses in the top bunk, there was hair from previous people found in the bathroom on the bench. The bathroom was way too small and clothes etc got wet showering, needs a little bench space in this area
Felt more like a backpackers or a hostel.
Room in images looked larger than it was

- Kristy (8/5): Overall it was good. - It was very clean The light from the hallway comes under the door and is quite bright. I didn’t sleep very well due to the brightness of the room.
- Dave (2/5): - The bed The filthy bathroom, with hair on floor. And walls in the shower yuk
- Carissa (4/5): - good location the entrance to hotel door left unlocked not secure bad violence in the hotel rooms very unpleasant to hear
- chris (10/5): - Coszy Nothing
- James (7/5): - The protracted, annoying, repetitive online check in process, and the extra costs incurred after already paying for the room
- Tracey (8/5): - Check in with the app was very painfull. Mine didn't work for me. Get all the way to last part and it didn't work. Had to ring 3 time before I receive my room and code. Was very annoyed.

- Emma (6/5): Cheap and easy but prob for single men - Cheap and clean and good location Scary-no one on Duty and guy with ankle bracelet walked in before us. People come in and out door when you unlock it. No security presence so I was a tad scared
- Gary (10/5): Love the un-maned book in procedure. - Handy to the location I need to go too. Nil

- Buckley (8/5): - We were close to our appts. Motel was accessible to the main road made journey easier. Room was very small. Cramped.
- Mario (7/5): - Close to the city. Served its purpose.
- Danielle n Robert (1/5): Never stayed and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy - Very rude and unacceptable attitude towards people and they cancelled my booking minute before we were going to check in and told me I was black listed but yet told bookings.com it was due to them double booking!!!
- SEAN (4/5): -
- Mark (8/5): -
- Me015 (9/5): A short holiday - It was good that check in was easy, I was sent a text message on the room number and pin code. There was plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and tidy and the tv worked and the air con worked. There was good pressure for the water. The bed was comfortable. It located close to the city and public transport. Nothing
- Pieter (9/5): -
- Terence (6/5): Basic but clean⁸ - Car parking
Clean
Room was small but functional Check in proceedure
No microwave in room
No lift
- Karen (8/5): - Clean ,convenient and off street parking
Public transport out front of hotel
Great for short stay
- Burley (7/5): -
- Julie (8/5): - tres bon emplacement par rapport à l’aéroport, chambre propre et confortable self check in facile et efficace fenêtre très fine on entend tout le bruit de l’autoroute
- shane (4/5): Late check out fail - The bed and Pillows where amazing I paid for a late check out due to my partner finishing work late and had work again hence the late check for them to still wake us up.
The window had a massive crack that went almost all the way around and one good push and it would have come out to leave a massive hole to the main rd and the window on the driveway of the motel
- Sunny (8/5): Good value for money with a good location - The location Not much
- John (9/5): Excellent Value - Amazing value for money! Great location if you’re there in business and free ample parking.
- Rebecca (10/5): -
- pen (10/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): -
- Jenna-lee (2/5): - No ventilation, drain kept getting blocked in shower causing the floor to flood, the solution was to plunge it and gave me extra towels, the dust from aircon instantly affected my sinuses. Called the office and asked to be moved to another room staff member was not very helpful and was told no.
- Thomas (6/5): - I walked in the room and was untucking the bed and saw what is in the picture. I’m not sure what it is but I had to take the bed sheet off.
And I’ve emailed the hotel if I could get a full refund as that is absolutely disgusting but I’ve not gotten any response back, not even an apology.
- SJ (7/5): -
- Lynn (10/5): -
- Stephen (1/5): Nothing to say - The property was only close to the hospital and traffic noise wasn't good
Motel wasn't noise proof
Small rooms
And it stunk of the drainage problem that needs to be done fixed
Communitla microwave oven is a headache Plenty

- Pulasthi (10/5): It was great , highly recommend. - Staff was able to sort out our parking problem and was very helpful with it
- Irina (10/5): Good - Easy access No more breakfast
