- George (8/5): Convienent access to the train station with many restaurants nearby and it has a nice public bath - Great location next to the train station. It is also situated next to a huge Aeon Mall with a lot of shops and restaurants . The hotel also allows guest privileges to use the bath on the 4th floor. For some reason the hotel’s front desk is not opened 24 hrs . There were times when I noticed a closed sign. It did not inconvenience us but could be a problem in case of an emergency . The hotel uses one of the restaurants at the mall to provide breakfast. The fare was mostly Japanese and lacked western food selection.

- Roger (10/5): Well located, quality hotel with onsen and parking. - Good quality modern hotel right at the station. Good, modern rooms big enough for a couple with medium sized bags. Our room had views over the snow capped mountains... Has a good quality onsen that you should use and a lounge with good coffee and teas. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a car and parking was close and easy and downstairs in the Aeon Mall parking area. Would stay again. Nothing.

- Lim (7/5): - I loved how clean the rooms were. They were big enough for our 2 huge check ins and carry-ons. The bathroom facilities were modern. We also loved how central the location was to the trains, buses, mall and local eateries. Ver conveniently located to the buses going to the ski fields. Don't opt for the breakfast. It was not the best and we only did so because we had early morning starts. The restaurant was not the cleanest as there were stains and dirt on the chairs, tables and floor. Some of the food looked like it was from the previous night as it's a buffet restaurant outside the hotel breakfast hours.
