Serinlemek isteyenler için otelde küçük ama yeterli bir havuz bulunuyor, günün yorgunluğunu atmak için harika bir alan. Tertemiz ve şirin odaları, inanılmaz lezzetli hepsi el yapımı olan kahvaltılıklarıyla. Banu hanıma Ebru hanıma ve tüm güleryüzlü çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz. 10 yıldızdan daha fazlasını hak eden bir otel. Michelin yıldızlı olan Sota Alaçatı da tüm ürünler çok başarılıydı.
- Hakan (10/5): - Hotel provides much more than advertised. The scenery within the walls, condition and general decour is almost perfect. Room has everything that you would need for a short stay. Quality of matresses and all fabric used is excellent. There’s a clear distinction of upscale choices through a very professional management. Dining area is fit for long breakfasts and also suitable for dinners as well. They serve fine dining options mainly on seafood options. You definitely feel welcomed and enjoy being heard of.

Eşimle 3 gece konakladığımız otelden çok memnun ayrıldık. Konumu çok merkezi, Alaçatı çarşı içerisinde her yere yakın. Odalar tertemiz, eşyalar yepyeni ve çok konforlu. Otelin ortak alanları çok zevkli bir şekilde dizayn edilmiş. Zeytin ağaçları ve kuş sesleri içinde çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi geçirdik. Otelin restoranı Sota’yı da kesinlikle çok tavsiye ederiz yemekler inanılmaz lezzetliydi. Otel sahibi Figen Hanım ve işletme müdürü Banu Hanım’a ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ufak eksiklerine gelirsek; odalarda diş fırçası-pamuk, bornoz terliği gibi hijyen kitleri eksikti, bu klasmanda bir otel kesinlikle bunu sağlamalı. Ayrıca mini buzdolabı da net bir ihtiyaç. Ve odalar biraz karanlıktı, aydınlatma geliştirilmeli.

It’s in the heart of Alacati and still really quiet to sleep and enjoy the pool. Breakfast is so yummy and everyone is so helpful. Banu the supervisor is so sweet and always helpful. Pina on the reception speaks English amd us really kind and lovely. All the others gives you a feeling like you are at home.

- 216manojb (10/5): Wonderful stay - Read about this boutique chic property At TripAdvisor and then right from answering my queries on WhatsApp whilst planning my stay, the manager Omer Sen guiding me for the ideal room, I felt there was everything right about this hotel. Upon reaching closer to the hotel in Alacati they sent the bell boy to guide us to the parking, the check in was super fast and yes the lady at reception (apologies missed her name) was very supportive all through - thank you madam. The room, we booked a family suite located on the ground floor, this block is 150 years old and I was amazed how both the rooms in our suite and the washroom were preserved and just made super chic.. every single item was well thought of in detail. The TV set looked a bit dated but we hardly used it. The bed and pillows were of good quality. The breakfast area / garden was outdoors very beautifully done, the pool was super chic and they had a hot pool also. The breakfast was Turkish style ie on the table.. each and every item was just so fresh the jams, fruits, breads, variety of cheese etc this was wonderful - thank you. We being vegetarians there was limited variety to try the dinner resto. The service was fabulous, house keeping, reception, restaurant etc and the owners ensured to ask for our comfort and feedback thank you. The big negative was not for the hotel but just that our suite being on the ground floor had a restaurant playing live music until late night which hindered our sleep until 1am and also lot of people passing through the by-lane through the night was a bit disturbing. Apart from which we had a wonderful stay at the Viento Alacati - thanks team Viento.

- JStern_1210 (10/5): Best in class - We came for the first time to Alacati Turkey last fall at the recommendation of a friend. We were going to go to Bodrum but we are so happy we came here instead. One of the nicest and most charming places I’ve been in the world and I have traveled constantly. It is a beautiful village unlike anything I’ve seen in Italy France or Spain. We have stayed at two great hotels here now as we have returned again for this fall. We are back again at Viento which is a beautiful boutique hotel and a fantastic location in the town. Easy accessibility to everything. The hotel is impeccable in every way … I do not have a single complaint. The staff here is fantastic and welcomed us back with open arms. It is always beyond clean and well-kept. It also has an adjoining fantastic restaurant called Sota… arguably one of the best restaurants here. Besides their normal cuisine they offer a great selection of fresh sushi. I cannot recommend Viento more strongly. If you get the chance to visit in Alacati which is quite close to Izmir, so pretty easily accessible, then please stay and try Viento as I think he will be very happy and it’s very reasonably priced
- bobp474 (10/5): Great Location and Great Service - Wife wife and I along with anther couple stayed at Viento in August. At the outset, we found the service to be excellent. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The hotel has arrangements with a parking lot about a block away. The hotel took our luggage from the car and brought it to our rooms while we enjoyed tea and Turkish coffee. The pool is large enough to swim laps. The rooms were very well appointed with balconies overlooking the courtyard and the pool. Since we were returning to the US in two days, we needed a COVID test. The hotel arranged for someone to come to the hotel and take samples for $36 each. The included breakfast was just the way to start the day! I strongly recommend this hotel!

- Ahmed1811 (10/5): Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of the city! - A group of us stayed at the Viento Alacati hotel for 4 days... and it was a wonderful experience! It started off a bit rough as the AC in my room was malfunctioning; however the hotel mamagement changed my room very swiftly. The rest of the stay was plenty of fun & the service was excellent. The hotel is very clean, the room accomodations cover all guest needs, the staff are friendly & helpful... and the location is absolutely fantastic, within a very short walking distance from the heart of the city bustling with restaurants, nightlife, boutique shops and incredible bakeries! Thank you Viento staff for making our stay memorable, I definitely would stay here again when visiting the area!

- neatraveller (6/5): Good experience with room for improvement - For a hotel that is so proud of their breakfast, we unfortunately couldn’t see anything out of ordinary (was a reason to choose this hotel over others). Same breakfast you could see in any other hotel. There’s a problem in taking orders or communicating orders to kitchen/bar, I twice got my order different than what I asked for - which were super simple asks. One being an ice coffee (came in as ice latte with the server insisting it was what I asked for and not wanting to admit they added milk which I can’t consume) the other being scrambled eggs which came in as an omelette. For sure small issues but made me think about having to confirm everything I order multiple times. Servers are attentive with good intentions and want you to be happy but just need to ensure everyone is on the same page. Otherwise, it’s a neat hotel with a quiet and peaceful courtyard/pool area. Need to be careful walking around the pool as it’s tight from dedicating the whole space to wet areas. If you like seafood, sushi and crustesoceans their restaurant Sota is great, not cheap but on par with fine dining restaurants in big cities.
- Travelfromyourself12 (2/5): İgnorant hotel - I booked this hotel for our 10th year of anniversary with the positive feedbacks in tripadvisor. First, dont have any covid19 precautions in the hotel, Second, the hotel is suppose to be an adult hotel but they are accepting children also. Third, the hotel rooms and swimming pool is far way small than the pictures. Waiters and the lobby attendant is ignorant and rude to the guests.
- kooroshs878 (10/5): Good vibe and good service - Everything seems to be perfect. Hotel restaurant is nice. There s a waiter named "Ercan". He is the best "all in one" . Try to order anything you want and he will bring it to you one way or another. Enjoy the hotel and the service.

- CAGLAR (10/5): Oda - Merhaba Oteli Beğendim ancak upgrade edildiniz denilerek bahçe dublex yerine 1. katta oda verildi. Özellikle bahçe katı istemiştim. Ancak upgrade edilen odanın daha güzel olabileceğini düşünerek de kabul ettim. Düşündüğüm gibi değilmiş, otele çıkışta söylecektim ama aceleden paylaşamadım. Kalan her şey güzeldi.

- Michelle (10/5): Lovely 2 night stay! - My husband and I travelled to Turkey for our honeymoon and stayed 2 nights in Alacati at the strong suggestion of a friend. Viento Hotel was the perfect place for us. We had what ended up being a long travel day from Istanbul by plane, including a slow car rental pickup and some trouble figuring out where to leave our car and find the hotel. The front desk staff (including Omar) were so kind and welcoming and even moved the car for us. The hotel is beautiful and the pool area a perfect way to spend the day. The breakfast was delicious (they even had tasty filtered coffee if you want a break from tea) and service throughout our stay was excellent. Our room on the ground floor was on the small side, but had everything we needed, and was fine since there’s so much to do that we didn’t spend much time in it!

- DeWitt (6/5): A Lovely Inn - This was my second trip to Alacati and I love visiting. It’s like a Greek village on the Turkish coast. Vineto is a lovely Inn, but it could be better. feel bad writing that, as the staff is so kind and hospitable, but there are some small changes that could make the hotel much better. Stock the mini bar, fix the WiFi (did not work in room), more choices for breakfast (eggs to order?), better linens and pillows. A few minor changes help tremendously. On the positive side, the staff is great, speak English, the pool is nice and the location is central, but it’s out of the noisy party zone.

Ancak omletin ekstra olması, olmadı. Elemanlar güler yüzlü , yardımcı. 2 yatak odalı Executive Suite de konakladık. Girişi otelden bağımsız, müstakil, eski bir taş ev. Ferah, güzel dekorlu. Çok memnun kaldık. Kapılar da yağlansa her şey daha mükemmel olur...

Temizliği gerçekleştiren görevliler biraz asabi kişilerdi. ilk geldiğimde lobide kimse yoktu, lobiye telefon ile ulaşmak da güçtü. Restoran görevlileri gayet iyiydi, kibarlardı ve çay-su servisinde sizin istemenize fırsat bırakmadan yenilediler. Otelin konumu gayet iyi, benim kaldığım odada dışarıyı görme şansı yoktu.

- Kritika (10/5): Wonderful stay in Alacati - We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We got an upgrade from Deluxe room to 2 bedroom suite as we had three people. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, we took time enjoying it. The hotel is closed to the shops and restaurant area but, not too close that to make it too busy. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had problem with our flight being cancelled and the hotel reception helped talking to the airline to rebook the flight for us. We would totally recommend anyone to stay at Viento Hotel.

Just few minutes walk to Alacati centre with all the pretty streets with shops and restuarants Staff are incredible, friendly and helpful- speacial shout out to Jimmy and Suleyman and Meneshke! The food at brekky and restuarant is delicious and served so well. Thank you for constantly checking and asking us if we were happy and needed anything. Recommend this hotel for everyone who is coming to Alacati-10/10.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful boutique hotel w/ amazing staff - Wonderful, cute hotel. Great staff. Lovey breakfast. Clean rooms. Only downside (or could be an upside) is that music is loud and goes on till about 12.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Great atmosphere though!
- Senay (8/5): Alacati is HOT! - Beautiful cobble-stoned street and old stone Greek houses, all remodeled. Great people! Great service! Great healthy food-- all farm to table- plus great cookies and bakery.
- MY (10/5): - Very close to the Kemalpaşa avenue. Sometimes it can be noisy (till midnight) because of the neighbourhood. It has a cozy garden. The staff is well-trained. Our room is good enough for two with vintage furniture.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Delightful hotel in attractive setting - We had a very relaxing stay at this delightful small hotel. It is immaculately and very tastefully presented. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and very attentive. The breakfast is excellent and afternoon tea is also provided - a lovely touch. The hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere and yet is within very easy reach of a bustling and attractive small town. We would highly recommend without reservation.
