- Mocipán89 (9/5): Rádi se vrátíme, hotel byl krásný, útulny, wellnes se sauny a bazénem + venkovní osvěžení, vše super - Snídani vám připravuji čerstvou dle jejich nabídku nebo si můžete vybrat z bufetu. Všeho bylo dostatek, na výběr byla zelenina, ovoce, ovocné šťávy, čaje, káva, vajíčka, šunky, sýry a pečivo. Zkrátka dostatek na výběr bylo i pro děti. Mohli by dělat palačinky nebo vafle častěji.

- Grigory (9/5): - Great breakfast, good dinner: you can't call schnitzel from pork a Wiener schnitzel ;-). Great and cozy bar. Excellent spa area with 3 different saunas and decent sized pool. Quiet room and nicely decorated comunal areas. The food at half pension dinner was looking good. Although we did not book the half pension and the restaurant was fool, the staff managed to find us a table. The hotel advertized 600m from ski lift. This is a kids learning slope lift. You need to take bus or car to real lifts.

- Kalman Varga (9/5): Great alpine hotel for a nice winter getaway. - The "penthouse" suite is very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, bright, but there are some minor compromises due to the attic, with a medium sized terrace and a nice view of the mountains. Parking is conveniently available in the private parking lot next to the hotel. The staff is attentive and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and the great thing is that it is open until 10:30. The a la carte menu is simple, but it's enough for a week and they cook it well. Small but pleasant wellness area with a cool indoor pool and outdoor sauna house. We had a very pleasant massage from a lovely local masseuse. Safe is quite small. No microwave in the suite. The elevator is only accessible one floor down. Unfortunately, on the last night, my daughter got an upset stomach from a soup that was probably no longer fresh in the restaurant.

Geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Spa- und Wellnessbereich incl Fitnessraum. Sehr gutes Essen - kreativer Koch Nichts. Allerdings Allerdings fehlt in der Spielecke ein kostenloses Betätigungsfeld für Kinder von 4-8.

Gerne hätte ich ein gutes Birchermüsli und frisch gepressten Orangensaft gehabt, was aber durch jede Menge anderer Müslis/ Cornflakes und Fertigsäfte ersetzt werden konnte. Ansonsten fehlte es an nichts. Die Studios haben sehr große Betten, viele verschiedene Lampen, einen großen Fernseher, und sind mit einem offenen Bad sehr modern gestaltet. Wer lieber einen getrennten Bad- oder WC-Bereich hat, ist im Studio falsch, da das Waschbecken im Eingangsbereich, eine offene Dusche mit Glaswand inklusive durchsichtigem Vorhang zum Zimmer und Toilette mit schalldurchlässiger Schiebetür wenig Privatsphäre bieten. Der Aufenthalt im "DAS FALKENSTEIN" hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Leider sind nicht alle Gäste in der Lage gewesen, ihren Abfall und ihre benutzten Trinkbecher im Poolbereich nach dem Gebrauch wegzuräumen, obwohl es vorgegebene Ablagebehälter dafür gab, was den Poolbereich machmal unsauber wirken ließ. Auch wäre es schön, wenn der Pool und die Duschen im Poolbereich ein wenig wärmer gewesen wären.

Za psa platíte extra poplatek, ale současně při check in dostanete podmínky ubytování psa, kde stojí, že nebudou uklízet pokoj pokud v něm bude pes sám. Při týdenním pobytu, kdy vám nevyměňují ručníky, nevynáší koš, nedoplňují toaletní papír nepříjemné nebo musíte čekat až přijde uklízečka.

- Witold (10/5): w czasie wakacji w takich obiektach najważniejszy jest personel a w tym hotelu mają znakomity zespół - znakomite śniadania. Typowe dla kuchni austryjackiej i o takie mi chodziło. Świetna kawa, a na tym naprawdę dobrze się znam.

- Omer (9/5): Wonderful stay, I recommend! - Huge rooms, beautiful surroundings. It's wonderful to wake up to the sound of the water flowing in the stream. Excellent breakfast, great spa facilities. Swimming pool can be a bit warmer (water was somewhat cold...)
- Elektrotechnik (4/5): - Guter Parkplatz Ich hatte das Dachgeschoss Penthouse Apartment. Am Tag der Anreise kam leider aus dem Wasserhahn braunes Wasser heraus. Ein Teil der Deckenbeleuchtung hat nicht funktioniert. Im Bad war es besonders dunkel.In der Badewanne lief das Wasser sehr langsam ab.Das Wasser war max. 30 Grad warm.In der Küche gab es keine Messer und Lappen.Im Bad waren nur Handtücher für 2 Personen, wir waren 3 . Unser Zimmer war nur durch eine Tür vom Betriebsraum des Fahrstuhls getrennt. Auch das Brummen der Lüftungsanlage ist Nachts gut zu hören .Die Zimmertür lässt sich nicht abschließen von innen. Für das Frühstück würde ich eine 2- geben. Sehr wenig Obst. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine und Wartezeit obwohl nicht soviele Gäste da waren.Der Pohl ist war für meine Bedürfnisse zu Kalt. Ich hatte 3x nach einem Mülleimer für die Toilette gefragt ( für Hygieneartikel ) ,trotz Zusage hat sich nichts getan. Unser Zimmer 310 .

- Katharina (9/5): Schönes Hotel - Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett, so gut habe ich lange nicht geschlafen. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gemütlich, hatte den Saunabereich am Samstag für mich alleine :) Das ist nur jammern auf hohem Niveau, vielleicht beim Frühstück noch Räucherlachs. Bei den Übernachtungspreisen... ;)

- Andy (10/5): - Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal! Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im September im Falkenstein. Zimmer, Pools, Küche usw. besser als beschrieben!
- Andreas (9/5): Grandioser Aufenthalt - Frühstück war hervorragend, der SPA-Bereich super schön und originell eingerichtet Bad im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen
- Sabine (7/5): - Das Zimmer war komfortabel und die Lage des Hotels war wunderbar. Der Innenpool war KALT. Das Frühstück war nur bis 8 Uhr fein, danach nur noch spärlich. Schade war, dass man das Essen bereits am Morgen für den Abend bestellen musste, a la Carte wäre schöner gewesen, aber keine Option. Das Personal war sehr unerfahren und leider auch nicht sehr freundlich.
- Sandner (7/5): Schöne Zimmer, schöne Lage - Abendessen leider enttäuschend - Schöne Zimmer mit Hängesessel am Balkon :) Fittnessraum war gut ausgestattet & schön :) Innenpool ist leider kalt. Für die Geräte im Spielezimmer (Billiardtisch, Tischfußballtisch, Flipper) muss man extra zahlen. Frühstücksweckerln sind etwas hart & nicht sonderlich frisch. Vom Abendessen waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht (war in Ordnung aber unserer Meinung keinesfalls den Preis gerechtfertigt - haben einmal ala Carte bestellt und einmal das Menü)

- Regina (10/5): Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Tage im Falkensteiner Hotel. Danke dafür - Frühstück war sehr gut und genug Auswahl. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Balkon. Die waren sauber und wir hatten genug Platz. Es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. Im Zimmer wäre uns eine Dusche lieber als eine Badewanne. Ein Safe im Zimmer hat uns auch gefehlt. Eine Minibar wäre auch ganz toll gewesen, da man ja oft in der Nacht durstig wird. So mussten wir uns vom Ort was holen.

- Sandra (8/5): Ein gelungener erster Urlaub in Österreich, trotz kleinerer Mankos ☺️ - Es war ein toller erster Urlaub in Österreich für uns. Das Hotel hatte soweit alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Sauna, Schwimmbad, Schwimmteich, Tischtennisplatte und und und. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten einmal abends dort gegessen. Das war sehr lecker und das Ambiente war richtig schön. Auch wenn unser Bad noch aus der Entstehungszeit des Hotels stammte, hat es unseren Aufenthalt nicht getrübt. Allerdings wäre es für die kommenden Gäste gut, wenn auch die letzten Bäder renoviert werden, da es doch ab und an etwas unangenehm roch. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass man eineinhalb Stunden vor Frühstückzeitende nicht mehr alles bekam. Es wurde nur auf Nachfrage ergänzt. Das ist für eine dreistündige Möglichkeit zu frühstücken sehr schade.
- Thomas (9/5): Sehr gutes Quartier mit viel Abwechslung. - Außergewöhnlich freundliche Senior-Chefin, die viele gute Tipps gibt. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück. Es gab sogar Chia-Samen-Pudding, Beeren und eine große Gemüsevielfalt zum Frühstück. So habe ich das noch nicht erlebt. Die in der Übernachtung inkludierte Salzburg-Card ist ein Hit. Sie ermöglicht ein problemloses Erreichen der verschiedensten Tourismusziele und beinhaltet Gondelfahrten, Schiffsfahrten und Busfahrten sowie andere Attraktionen. Der Weg zum Zimmer hatte einige Stufen. Diese waren durch den Teppich und der schwachen Beleuchtung nicht immer gut zu erkennen, sodass ich stolperte.

- Weronika (10/5): - Pobyt był bardzo miły. Zarówno obsługa jak i właścicielka super. Nawet trafiliśmy na wspaniałą Panią z Polski, która akurat tam pracowała - była ekstra! Pokoje czyste, fajna strefa saun i odpoczynku. Trochę mały basen w środku, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Za to naturalny basen na dworze - ekstra! Polecam! Jedyne czego brakowało to jakiejś małej lodówki w pokoju i zaplecza herbatkowego :)

- Zofia (9/5): - Przyjemny hotel, w atmosferze spokoju, kameralny. 10 minut spacerem od centrum. Piękny ogród, z którego można by z przyjemnością korzystać, gdyby nie deszcz;) Dobrze rozplanowany pokój rodzinny - dla dzieci antresola z dużym łóżkiem, co pozwoliło zapewnić komfort. Woda w basenach nie była zbyt zachęcająca. Po bardzo dobrych opiniach nt. śniadań byliśmy nieco rozczarowani - nie były zbyt urozmaicone.

I hear that the saunas were excellent, too. Restaurant service could be improved, the organization was a bit confusing. The food was good, though - Austrian "Hausmanskost".

- Mirela (2/5): Ich werde Nie wieder in diese Hotel gehen. - Am Ende habe Ich ein unerklärte 45.70€ Rechnung, ich habe die Schlüsselkarte verloren, ein Mitarbeiter hat gesagt dass kostet 2 Euro aber muss ich nicht zahlen, andere Mitarbeiter hat von mir 5 Euro verlängt. Obwohl ich habe 10 Euro gegeben, diese 5 Euro war nochmal in Rechnung.Ein Mitarbeiter aus Nepal war ganz Nett sonst die Personal 👎👎👎 Schwimmbad ganz kleine und schmutzig, Frühstück ganz wenig und immer gleiche.Ich habe gefragt ob darf Ich eine Foto drinnen machen und ich wurde auf serbische Sprache geschimpft. Bei Rezeption muss minimal 10 Minuten warten bis wann kommt jemand.
