Guest Reviews

- Daniel (8/5): - The price was more than adequate No lift
- Ted (6/5): I actually would stay again but i'm a seasoned traveler :) - The gv group is a chain for budget travelers it has the basics but don't expect nice neat and great and you will be fine for a couple of nights. It has all the basics like wi-fi and A/C. This one has a good location I'm not complaining just stating facts the young staff couldn't find my reservation and then wasn't sure if i'm supposed to pay or i already paid on my last day electricity went out for three or four hours in the morning. It is very basic but it's okay for the price

- Arven Jacob (3/5): - Just near to the port and the basic necessities They did not have my reservation in the system, I had to wait for almost an hour to be given a room.
- Valentine (5/5): When i booked, i requested to be on the first floor but the room was on the 3rd flr with no elevato. - Accessibility to transpo. For my 3day stay, only 3 small bottled water was provided. No mirror in the room except for the small mirror in the bathroom. The sheets were clean but had stains. The towels were clean but old and looked dirty. There is no hair dryer. The bed was too big for the room which limits your movements inside the room. Bathroom was very small and the shower was terrible.

- More (10/5): - Beyond expectation 🤗 None🤗
- Laurent (1/5): - BRUIYANT impossible de dormir, a l étroit, rien ne va
- Richard (1/5): - It was close to the ferry port The room was dirty, hair on the floor and the roof had yellow stuff dripping onto the floor and side table. I can only think from a bathroom for the room above. The bedding and towels had stains on them with holes in. The room smelt damp with signs of mould in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone stays here. Maybe the rooms upstairs are better, we booked a standard twin room and was given a double bed
- cHeL :) (7/5): Not bad :) - Location 👌 The AC noise bit disturbing.
- Rybel (7/5): - Good for short term. Near in center.... I booked for 2 single bed but they give 1 double bed.
- MARILOU (8/5): It was great - It was comfy and homy as what my family said None
- Ethel (8/5): - I like the property and the room, but there’s no kettle and coffee cup, for all the hotel that I booked only this hotel no coffee cup and kettle
- Alberto Jr (8/5): - Location and convenience. Smell of the lenins
- Nathan Luis (9/5): -
- Dafny (1/5): Bad - Bed has stains, i booked for 1 double bed we got 2 separate..
too old..noisy you could hear the other rooms... even with light it still is dark.. it kinda looks creepy.. pictures are definitely better than in person. just expect that this is a BUDGET HOTEL. LIKE LITERAL BUDGET.
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dublado (7/5): Good -
- Ivan (6/5): Pleasant - Good location right on the main street in Maasin very close with walking distance to the port. A bit dated, no luxury, but still functional, definitely good for a one night transit stay.
- Mirza (1/5): Never again - It's not expensive solid internet It's dirty rooms are small
- Radaza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tuomas (6/5): Pleasant - Location is really good Whole room and toilet is rundown and feel dirty
- Elnz (7/5): Good -
- Kenneth (1/5): I will never go back. - The only nice thing about the place was the woman at the front desk. She was very nice. We checked in, stayed there for a little more than an hour, then found another hotel. This is, without question, one of the worst places I've ever been. Having said that, I spoke to some locals and they said the primary customers are those who need a room for a few hours for activities.
- Michael (5/5): Convenient hotel for Port of Maasin ferries - I stayed here for 1 night during a cycling bikepacking trip around Leyte the night before my ferry to Cebu. It is a basic hotel and I found it to be as I expected from the previous reviews, it met my simple needs of a bed and a shower. Centrally located close to the Port of Maasin around the corner and a short walk to Maasin Cathedral square. Staff were helpful with my questions.
- Manuel (5/5): Passable - Had a double bed instead of twin beds (was marked as prone to happen, but would have liked an alert).
Also, the toilet flush wasn't working.
- Carlos (1/5): Bad -
- bob (6/5): - It was ok but they need to pay for cable on TV you might as say you don't have a tv
- Dinah (3/5): Poor - Room not still ready when we arrived at our check in sked
- Steve (1/5): I did not stay/sleep here - Pictures from website do not reflect current looks. The room and toilet/shower facilities, no toilet paper and bed mattress was by sell buy date (no support)
- Lyle (6/5): - A little disappointing. TV not working, ac was either jack frost or yucky muggy. Reserved a double but provided 2 twins. 3 towels for 5 people.
- Luchie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (8/5): Satisfied - Satisfied
- em2 (6/5): Accessible - Accesible in going to all areas we want to go.gladly we were in the ground floor.not ok for elders they dont have elevator in going high floors.our first room assignment the aircon.was defective thats why we were transferred to another room.all in all i rare the hotel average not that bad nor.that excellent...
- Dino (8/5): Great Location Friendly Staff Very Basic - Cold airconditioning. No Bed covers it got cold in the room. No hot water but its hot out so was not as big of a deal for me but it was for my wife. Wifi really good at second floor and lobby. Very good staff. I would use them again.
