• Sylvia (8/5): - Ausstattung des Zimmers, Ausstattung der Küche, die Lage war extrem gut, es wsr immer wer erreichbar, Personal sehr bemüht, Klimaanlage, Fernseher Leider sehr hellhörig, egal ob Lärm von Strasse, aus Nebenzimmer oder die Glocken der Kirche. 4. Stock ohne Lift in engem Treppenhaus, Bett war für 2 Personen zu klein, und nur 1 gemeinsame Decke

My room was next to the front door and when people walked in at night the main door would slam shut which was pretty loud and annoying.

• Dirk (5/5): Top Lage, keine eindeutigen Bilder, sehr laut - Super Lage, die Kommunikation hat optimal geklappt. Bilder im Angebot beziehen sich auf 2 Wohnungstypen, so dass nicht klar war, was wir gebucht hatten! Die Fenster schirmen den Lärm nicht gut ab, so dass während der Nacht und morgens leider nicht gut geschlafen werden konnte. Im Badezimmer (nicht abschließbar) sind keine Haken für Handtücher vorhanden.
• Nguyen (8/5): It's a good trip with us in Zurich - The apartment is new, clean and have all facilities for our stay. The location is perfect and easy to go to everywhere. It's not a dislike but we think the owner should prepare the soap for the dishing machine. If it's cannot and only the liquid for washing by hand still ok, but please consider a discloth to do that

• Tony Mesa (7/5): - La ubicación, limpieza y estaba completo Un tercero sin ascensor y lo peor es que las camas eran horribles y lo pasamos fatal de la espalda, revisamos el somier a uno le faltaban varillas y al otro le habían puesto unas tablas osea trozos de madera sueltos que te hacía imposible dormir.
• Eleanor (6/5): Clean appartment in a convenient location - I stayed in a studio for 3 nights. It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The kitchen is well-equipped and washing up liquid, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner is provided. The location is great - very near Zurich Wiedikon station and also an 10 minute walk to the old town. There are lots of good cafes in the area. The shutters on both of the windows in the room were stuck. One was stuck 3/4 closed and the other was completely open, meaning it was very bright in the room from early morning. I reported this and management said they would come and check, but I didn’t hear anything further.

Was located close to two tram stations for easy access everywhere. Had an issue with one of the bed slats but was quickly fixed the next morning by maintenance which was much appreciated. Needs a lift, 3 floors everyday was tiring especially after walking everywhere! The beds were a bit hard. Really loud street unfortunately with motorbikes, drunks, general street noise. Some marks on the walls but everything else was clean.

• Nicolas (7/5): - L'emplacement : juste à côté du Coop de Stauffacher, des stations de tram Bezirksgebäude et Stauffacher, et des gares de Wiedikon et Selnau, et à 15 minutes à pied de la gare principale de Zurich Contrairement à ce que nous ont fait craindre d'autres commentaires, l'appartement était propre et en bon état, les volets s'ouvraient et se fermaient sans problème et bloquaient bien la lumière, et des torchons et du liquide vaisselle étaient fournis. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème causé par une malfonction des équipements de l'appartement durant notre séjour. L'appartement est annoncé pour deux personnes, mais semble prévu pour une personne, et n'avait notamment qu'une seule chaise. Il manquait aussi d'espace de rangement et le plan de travail de la cuisine était trop petit, même si c'est compréhensible pour un appartement de cette taille. L'appartemenent était mal isolé phoniquement, et on entendait tout ce qui se passait dehors. Un peu d'équipement en plus aurait été appréciable : une deuxième casserole, une planche à découper, de la vaisselle et des couverts supplémentaires. On aurait aussi bien aimé avoir quelques condiments et denrées non prérissables en arrivant dans l'appartement, notamment du sel et de l'huile d'olive. La notice du four à micro-ondes n'était pas fournie, et on a mis un peu de temps avant de comprendre comment il fonctionne.

• Ricardo (1/5): Péssimo - Foi uma má estadia. O apartamento é muito antiquado, a wc antiquado. Havia um mini gel de banho para 4 pessoas para 3 dias e 2 noites, o que obrigou a comprar gel de banho. O interior do prédio está em mau estado. Pedi ajuda ao dono do apartamento para ajuda num sítio para compras para o pequeno almoço ou o sítio onde poderia tomar pequeno-almoço e disse que não ajudava. Interior do apartamento e do prédio em mau estado. A wc parecia de uma residencial antiga. O anúncio diz que tem apoio 24 horas o que não é verdade, nunca responderam ou deram apoio. Não tem ninguém na receção nunca

• Γιάννης Μιμηγιάννης (7/5): - The room was comfortable, spaciousand we found it clean. It is in a very good area, very close to the city center and right next to the tram. It had the amenities mentioned in the description. On the downside, there is no elevator, the sink faucet was very stiff and the mechanism for the window blinds was not working, resulting in them being permanently lowered.

• Ahmed (3/5): Good location, but disappointing communication and unresolved issues - The location was convenient and well-situated for getting around.Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall. There were several faults in the property that affected our stay, and communication from the host/company was poor throughout. When we initially raised issues, there was either no response or delayed replies. When responses did come, they often felt abrupt and impersonal, as if coming from a generic corporate template rather than addressing our concerns properly. At one point, we were given an incorrect or misleading response regarding a kettle issue, which further reduced our confidence in the support provided. Additionally, when we asked for a small extension, despite prior communication, the reply was abrupt and dismissive rather than helpful or understanding. Overall, the lack of responsive and considerate communication made the experience frustrating and left us feeling undervalued as guests.

• Zsófia (8/5): Comfortable Stay in a Great Location with Room for Small Improvements - It was an efficient place to stay. It wasn’t the coziest, but it was functional and worked well for our needs. The location was excellent, and the keyless door code made it especially convenient for the two of us to explore separately. The small kitchen was well equipped, and the warm lighting added a nice touch. One of the small windows did not have a shade, so quite a bit of light came in. There was also a kettle provided, but it did not seem to be compatible with the plugs in the room, which was not a major issue, just a little unusual.

Nos comunicamos con la administración para hacerles saber el desconténto pero no les importo mi disgusto. No había relación entre el precio (alto) con la calidad. • Danilo (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Allora partiamo dal presupposto che ero un po spaventato dalle recensioni, per fortuna arrivato lì ho trovato una stanza accogliente ed in un ottima posizione. La stanza era piuttosto pulita. Consigliata molto per l ottima posizione Purtroppo non è previsto di ascensore quindi se avete valigie vi risulterà un po faticoso. Un altro punto troppo troppo negativo per me sono stati i cuscini, piccolissimi e sottilissimi non mi hanno fatto dormire bene purtroppo . Per ultimo la doccia si chiude male e si rischia di allagare un po il bagno.

Location is good. there is no lift service. For those carrying huge luggage you may want to think twice. The drying machine is not working well too.

It was so difficult to get those bags up n down. Kitchen was well equipped but nothing was kept even coffee or sugar salt. Rooms were ok. Pls keep travel adapters. No staff and no way to keep luggage after check out even for 10 mins.
• Sibylle (7/5): Over all für den Preis und Lage absolut ok. - Lage, Wärme, hatte alles was man brauchte Grosser Blutfleck auf der Bettdecke wurde einfach mit Anzug verdeckt. Es ist sehr nüchtern, nicht so freundlich wie auf deb Bildern
• Joanne (6/5): it was okay, but it’s not like a hotel youll be comfortable in staying longer. it’s enough to sleep - location is near tram stop, kitchen utensils provided no elevator, no smart tv
• Jagdish (7/5): - Location No coffee mugs, pillows and bed not good comfortable, very squeaky. Posting of TV was a waste. No sockets on 1 side of the bed.

• Gemma (5/5): Millor buscar altres allotjaments - Lo net que esta Check-in I els errors de missatges per l’aplicació de whatsapp que ens posava que eran fraudes.
• EVANGELOS (6/5): - Κρεβατι πολυ μαλακο ,μικρο και ετριζε....δεν ειχε φωτα στην κουζινα..η καφετιερα ετρεχε νερο..ζητησαμε σφουγγαρακι για το νεροχυτη και δεν ηταν στις παροχες οπως μας δηλωσε ο ιδιοκτητης..
