• Claudia Vilela (7/5): Flat muito bem localizado mas antigo - A localização é excelente, ao lado da estação de trem. O quarto é razoavelmente espaçoso. O apartamento havia uma ótima variedade e quantidade de materiais de cozinha. As mesas e cadeiras também aumentam o conforto do local. A janela era para uma avenida bem barulhenta. A entrada do prédio é um pouco velha e suja. O chão do apartamento apesar de limpo tinha manchas que deixaram com aspecto desagradável. O colchão estava muito usado e mole.

• Vest (5/5): We would not recommend this particular location. - For our needs for 13 days, the location was great. The fridge was great. The fan was helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable for 2 people - it sinks in the middle. The kitchen sink faucet was in need of repair. The plug for the coffee machine did not fit outlets in the room. I emailed the host and after a few days of back and forth correspondence we were given an adaptor, which also didn't work. The next day we were given a new coffee machine/adaptor which did work. We didn't like that there was no chair to sit on in the room, other than one tall stool. There was no extra seat for a second person, so we asked the cleaning staff and they were able to secure a second stool for the bar/counter area. This was not ideal for working, a little table would have been preferable. Also, our room was streetside, and the street noise is quite prominent all through the night, even with closed windows. A room on the other side of the building would have been much more quiet.

• John (7/5): Good place - The location was close to many resturants, public transportation and other sites. The shower was amazing. The pillows were too small, would recommend adding an extra pillows. The toilet room was too small. Would of been better to make 1 full bathroom.

• Sathees (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE (BED BUGS) - Nothing We recently visited the apartment but we had a terrible experience. The moment I walked into the room it was extremely hot and we couldn't sleep. In the rooms the beds were dirty and there were bed bugs. My son was affected and has bites all over his body. He complains all the time about them being itchy and is in pain. I talked to the coordinator about it and showed the room and my sons bites and he said he'll report it. There was a fridge but no water and nothing. I can add the photos the photos below if wanted! TERRIBLE PLACE!!

• Schmidt (4/5): Schlechteste Fewo, die wir je hatten - Die Lage an der Station Oerlikon zwischen Flughafen und Stadtkern ist extrem gut und zeitsparend. Die Matratzen waren gut und nicht durchgelegen und das Interieur clean gehalten. Es handelt sich bei der FeWo mit 3 Schlafzimmern um eine Kellerwohnung mit kleinem Oberlicht. Mehr als schlafen will man da nicht. Wohnung auch ihne Heizung extrem warm im Winter aber schlagen bei offenen Oberlichtern wg. Straßenlärm absolut nicht möglich. Wasserhähne und Kaffeemaschine waren defekt, wurden aber auf Anfrage am nächsten Tag repariert. Absolutes no go sind fehlende Töpfe und Pfannen, die auch nach viermalige Nachfrage nicht gestellt wurden. Küche damit bis auf Brot schmieren für 6 Erwachsene komplett unbrauchbar.

• Diego (8/5): Apartamento aceptable para estadía corta - La ubicación, a metros de la estación de tren y de los super. Habitación amplia para 1 persona. Para 2 quizas sea un poco chica. El checkin debe ser más claro y rápido. El checkin debes hacerlo con anticipación para que ellos corroboren y luego te envían por email el código para el acceso. Así también, falta más aclaración para el acceso porque tiene 3 bloques y yo tardé en entender en cual de los bloques debia ingresas mi código de acceso. Falta de iluminación en el acceso del edificio, para quienes llegan de noche, como fue mi caso, era más difícil ubicar y entender el acceso.
• Ana (8/5): Vale la pena, es muy cómodo y una ubicación genial - La ubicación increíble, al lado de la estación de tren y del estadio al que íbamos a ver el concierto de Rosalía, y muy cómoda la estancia, el apartamento tenía de todo para que la estancia fuera cómoda, incluso una mini cocina. En el check in online no me permitió incluir que éramos dos personas, y nos pusieron todo para uno, aún así nos apañamos bien. También el hecho de que no haya Recepción limita un poco. Y un poco el olor a cerrado cuando llegamos.
• Milan (4/5): Service schlecht, Lage gut - Die Sauberkeit der stark runter gerockten Bude/Möbel war das einzig gute Im ersten Appartement, war alles perfekt. Allerdings gab es mitten in der Nacht einen Wasserrohrbruch. Nur telefonisch konnten wir Hilfe organisieren, die auch erst eine Stunde später kam, als alles Zentimeter hoch unter Wasser stand. Das neue, uns zugeordnete Appartement war sehr klein, mit sehr alten, kaputten Möbeln ausgestattet und man kam zu zweit kaum aneinander vorbei. Im Preis kam uns niemand entgegen!

• Mariana (3/5): - Por destacar algo positivo lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación por estar cerca de la estación de tren de Oerlikon, el aeropuerto y con supermercados cerca. Como negativo comentar que en nuestro caso las fotos no se correspondían con lo que alquilamos. No había ventilación, estaba ubicado en un sótano al lado del garaje para coches, hacía muchísimo calor y poco recomendado para personas con claustrofobia. El tamaño del baño era mínimo. Bajo nuestra experiencia nada recomendado.

• Carolina (3/5): barely no wifi on apartment BA03, booked for 3 guest but only 2 chairs provided. issues reported and nothing done - location very very little wifi for all 4 nights, I complained on 2nd day and nothing changed, I had to buy roaming cable on my own expenses. I paid for a 2 bed apartment for 3 guest but only 2 chairs, costumer service said a 3rd chair doesn't fit which was not true (we used another extra chair from another apartment). description said living room AND dinning room, but no sofa/s or armchair or anything close to living room. super high heating and because on lower ground floor not option to keep windows open. feel of low maintenance although it was clean

Can't recommend - Absolute nothing to like, it was the poorest conditions I had so far in my hole traveling experience. The only positive side was that the Bahnhof was near. Nothing like photos they posted on Booking.com Everything should be better. We have changed room twice and both rooms has black mold everywhere, walls were destroyed, on one apartment the lamp was burned on the wall and not changed, every corner with mold and spiderweb. the hole building has a disgusting smelling, and the personal on phone very rude, unprofessional, they did not spoke German at all. They didn't answer messages from booking and did nothing to help us.

• Connie (2/5): Apart from the location there is really nothing nice that I can say - The only thing good about the accommodation was the location Getting the access code was a nightmare, they supposedly told me I haven't given them all the information they needed for my stay when I never received their email, then it was a challenge to get this across to them whilst waiting outside in the dark and snow. HOT WATER, none available. BED BUG in one of the beds.... that's terrible. Room was really stuffy as it was almost basement like.

Ficamos num apartamento com 3 quartos e 1 wc, mas numa cave… As janelas são estreitas, pequenas e literalmente no teto, e dão para o passeio onde passam pessoas… O chuveiro não dava para tomar banho em condições… A torneira não tinha pressão então só corriam umas gotas.

• Sanovbar (1/5): Nie wieder werde ich dort was buchen - Es gibt nichts Gutes zu empfehlen Die Unterkunft war sehr ungemütlich kein einziger Teppich auf dem Boden, dreckig , voller Spinnen auf der Decke , ganz viele Silberfische und teilweise Karkalaken. Überhaupt nichts empfehlenswert, weg geschmissene Geld , ich möchte Geld zurück erstatten bekommen. Der Fahrstuhl unglaublich stinkt . Das habe ich nicht erwartet. Sehr laut , man kann gar nicht gut schlafen.

• Edoardo (8/5): - Ottima posizione perché vicinissimo alla stazione, supermercato a pochissime centinaia di metri; rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale per tutte le attrezzature presenti, l'ordine, pulito, e per essere in Zurigo! Sicuramente ci torno se dovessi rialloggiare presso Zurigo. La camera dà su una strada molto trafficata, difficile avere un sonno riposante se non si è abituati alla città. Mancanza di flessibilità per il check-out, ma comprensibile.

Alles, wir haben ein Appartement im Keller bekommen, schlechte Luft, man konnte nicht Lüften, da die Fenster auf Gehweghöhe waren. Nach einer Beschwerde konnten wir das Zimmer gegen einen Aufpreis tauschen, dann war es besser.

• Mariin (1/5): If you at all care about your money, find another place to stay. - Absolutely nothing. Absolutely everything was terrible. Property’s so-called 24/7 customer service isn’t 24/7, their phone didnt answer even after 2 calls and waiting on the line for approximately 15 minutes. Finally they answered on booking.com, but even that with a big delay. The property wasnt clean, smelled weird (from cigarette smoke?), bathroom had mold infestation, walls were paper thin (we heard neighbours conversation at 4am word by word to our bedroom), furniture was old and max squeaky (the bed), kitchen cabinet door was falling off, neither one of the 2 TVs didnt work, the property’s elevator didnt work (although as they said, this should’ve been an short error), all the street noise was hearable so loudly in the apartment, apartment inside doors didnt shut correctly and were also very squeaky, light fixtures didnt work, falling off from the ceiling or didnt have any light bulbs in, radiators bubbled and the water was making noise in them very loudly, kitchen appliances were old and pretty unusable (pan sticked all the food onto it), there was a coffee machine but no coffee whatsoever also there werent any salt or other spices for your food. The parking costs extra, for approximately 60€ for 48hrs.

• Georgios (8/5): - Ήταν καθαρό, όμορφα διακοσμημένο, ζεστό και ήσυχο. Δεν λειτουργούσε το WiFi… Επικοινωνήσαμε μαζί του μέσω μηνυμάτων από την booking και μέσω mail. Δεν απάντησε ποτέ την πρώτη φορά οπότε χρειάστηκε να ξανά προσπαθήσουμε και δεύτερη. Μετά από μια πολύ αργή επικοινωνία που κράτησε 2 μέρες δεν μας έφτιαξε το ίντερνετ παρόλο που έδειξε να προσπαθεί από απόσταση να μας καθοδηγήσει. Ωστόσο μείναμε εκεί για δυο μέρες και δεν είχαμε καθόλου ίντερνετ και αυτό μας επιβάρυνε πολύ στο ταξίδι μας αλλά και σε θέματα εργασίας!
• Stephanie (6/5): No real shower, no windows, parking too small. Will find another place for my next stay. - Close to Halle and Bahnhof. Not easy to find the flat by car, parking place not tall enough for my simple car to fit in, appartment situated underground, and hence,no windows, table and chairs in the lobby, no armchair or such,nust the lobby, the bedrooms and the bathroom. The worse : no pressure in the shower, and hence, simply drops of water, but no shower per se.
• Nadine (6/5): - Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief grundsätzlich schnell und freundlich. Der Preis ist für Züricher Verhältnisse gut. Der Check in mit Code lief schnell und problemlos. Für jeden lagen 3 Handtücher bereit plus Duschgel und Shampoo. Durch die Nähe der Straßenbahn relativ laut, sehr hellhörig allgemein, sodass man andere im Haus oft hörte. Die Kissen hatten nahezu keine Füllung. Selbst mit zwei übereinander hätte man quasi fast direkt auf der Matratze liegen können. Einer der größten Minuspunkte sind tatsächlich die Lichter. In keinem einzigen Raum hat man auch nur halbwegs gutes Licht. Es ist so dunkel und die Lampen anzuschalten macht kaum einen Unterschied. Der größte Punkt ist allerdings, dass es heißt, es würde dort nicht geraucht werden. Die Schilder hängen dort zwar, aber die Räume stinken dermaßen nach Rauch. Egal, wie viel man lüftet, ändert sich nichts.

• Daniel (1/5): Grauenhaft - Wir sind sehr unzufrieden. Das Bett ist völlig durchgelegen. Das Zimmer liegt im Keller und riecht sehr muffig und nach Zigaretten. Jedes Auto, das in den Hof fährt, leuchtet mit seinen Scheinwerfern in das Zimmer, weil es im Keller liegt. In der Nacht von Freitag auf Samstag wurde ab 1 Uhr eine Stunde lang Licht hereingestrahlt, weil ein Auto abgeschleppt wurde. Es ist extrem heiß, und sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit wie in einer Sauna. Obwohl die Heizung ausgeschaltet ist und das Fenter dauerhaft auf war. Dabei zieht der ganze Rauch von den Leuten, die vor dem Eingang (direkt neben den Kellerfenstern) rauchen herein. Es war nicht möglich hier zu schlafen. Wir haben am Samstag Morgen um 7.49Uhr um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Wir bekamen Abends um 21.29Uhr die Antwort es sei keines frei und das Zimmer würde nächsten Tag gereinigt werden. Das Zimmer wurde nicht wie angekündigt gereinigt, stattdessen wurde ein Ozonreiniger in das Zimmer gestellt und eingeschalten ohne weitere Infos. Dass dies gefährlich und Gesundheitsschädlich ist wurde uns nicht gesagt. Haben wir aber bemerkt als wir wieder ins Zimmer kamen und ständig Husten mussten und meine Frau strarke Kopfschmerzen bekam. Haben uns dann über den Ozonreiniger informiert und herausgefunden das Ozon ein Reizgas ist und das man nach der behandlung den Raum mindestens 2 Stunde lüften und für ca. 24 Stunden nicht betreten soll. Wie kann man ein solches Gerät im Zimmer einschalten ohen die Mieter darüber aufzuklären? Eingangstür funktioniert nicht, hat nach Code eingabe zwar grün geleuchtet aber war eingeklemmt und lies sich nicht öffnen. Standen am Sonntag eine halbe Stunde vor verschlossener Tür, bis uns andere Gäste von innen aufmachten. Anruf beim Visionappartments hat nichts gebracht, die haben nur die Daten aufgenommen und gesagt das sie niemanden dort haben, also blieb es so. Eingangstür musste durchgehend offen stehen bleiben weil man sonst nicht mehr rein kam. Wurde bis zur Abreise auch nicht behoben.

• Spyridon (7/5): Poor state, still value for money - Good location, easy to reach. The kitchen in the room was a big plus. It was clean and well - equipped. Visionapartments runs quite some apartments around the city. With a business like this, I would expect the rooms to be in a better state. I have stayed in few of them and I was really disappointed by the state of this one. The socket on the wall was broken. The kitchen faucet was loose from the counter and moving around. The one in the bathroom was broken moving constantly back to hot water. The ventilation system in the bathroom did not seem to work. Plus, this was a booking for two people and the room only had one chair. So, after preparing dinner one of us had to enjoy it standing!

• ABEL (2/5): Sad.Experience - Location. Near the tram and train station. There were only two thin pillows for me and my wife. Since I need to elevate my head when sleeping (vertigo), I emailed and requested for two more pillows. It fell on deaf ears and never came. I even had a hard time paying using my credit card for a one day extension. I was willing to pay cash since the payment Link they sent isn't working but they didn't bother to send someone to facilitate the payment. Instead they sent an email telling me to settle the amount or we vacate the room! I had to ask my son in the Philippines to pay for me using another platform, Atome to pay for my extension.
