NANCY (2/5): - Terrible self check-in as Visionapartments did not email the check-in link. We located their email address, and eventually received a reply explaining that Expedia had disabled their link to us, so we must send our personal info directly to them after which they will reply. They do not answer phone calls prior to check-in, so you cannot prearrange parking, which is otherwise impossible to find. Meanwhile, the front of the building is blocked off due to street re-construction, so finding your way to the rear of the building is convoluted. When we finally found the entrance... the sign on the LOCKED door instructed us to enter our name and booking #. It did not recognize Expedia's itinarary number, so we were not admitted. We called again. This time it was answered. They apparently have their own booking number which we had not been given. To finally arrange and pay for parking, they demanded a photo of my passport along with my visa number. They refused to accept my drivers license. Two hours later, we received the codes, parked the car, and checked in. The expedia listing advertised the studio suite as having a kitchen with a 2 burner stovetop. It did not work because the breaker had been taped off. The listing also said their was free access to the laundry facilities. The codes did not open any of those doors. Overall, we would recommend staying at a property where codes are not needed, or more readily available.

Baldeep (4/5): - The property had the advantage of being next to the train station. However, this brings its own set of problems of constant train noise as they pass behind the block, and the screeching as they come to a halt late at night and early in the morning causing disturbance. The rooms are very hot and stuffy so not comfortable during the summer. The decor and standard of the room does not resemble any of the pictures shown and is of a much lower standard. Parking was not made available when requested so beware.

BettinaS16 (2/5): Avoid at all cost - Absolutely AWFUL !stayed there this June for two nights .mattresses are so old and worn you sleep in a dent in the middle of it and no air or fan that works is provided even though the apartments are at least 32 degrees and when u ask them to replace your broken fan they refuse ….and claim it’s not offered…that doesn’t mean people can sleep in that heat .we left two nights early and they also refuse to refund anything.DO NOT STAY here if you want to enjoy the beautiful city of Zurich .absolutely awful and awful service once they have your money they do not care you can’t sleep …..

I had the a room right by the roads and it is extremely noisy at night and there was construction throughout the day. Booked for 4 days, little amount of soap, and no cleaning services.

Small kitchen two separate bedrooms and decent bathroom. My only criticism was the extremely strong smell of smoke. Even though it’s a non-smoking property, someone has been consistently smoking in that apartment. It was horrible!! This should really be addressed.
suefX3106OM (10/5): Great amenities but check in was difficult - This is a great place to stay. Everything was cleaned daily. Bins emptied. The lift did work. The gym was good . However we could not find the laundry to do our washing. The signs were very confusing , also we got there early because if our flight so we could not enter the building with all our luggage until 3 pm . The phone service did not help but the staff there noticed us freezing out in the cold and snow and let us into the restaurant area so we could rest until our room was ready . This should be mad3 clear to people arriving early and a provision for them to enter and store luggage at least
Ben (4/5): - Ohne Info mussten wir uns um den Self-Check-In kümmern. Ohne kontakt mit dem Support unmöglich, da weder eine Anleitungen, noch die benötigten Infos zur Buchung bereitsstehen. Einmal angekommen haben wir bemerkt, dass es keine Parkplätze gibt. Nur die Info, dass man auf der Website des Anbieters das Parkhaus um die Ecke buchen könne, auf der Website ist aber nichts zu finden. Der Support konnte selbst auf wiederholte Nachfrage keine gescheite Antwort geben und ignorierte ubs irgendwann. Außerdem gab es in der Unterkunft ein Handtuch für 2 Personen und das Waschbecken im Bad konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es unten einfach rauslief und den Boden volltropfte. Alles in Allem also, kein Support und ungenügende Basics wie Handtücher oder ein Waschbecken...

After speaking with customer service on the phone and endless emails now I must inform you guys please do not book here. Unfortunately, this place was far from acceptable. The bathtub was filthy from previous guests, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed and covered with mould, the kitchen was covered in stains from previous occupants, and there was no soap provided. It was completely disgusting! VERY DIRTY! The management does not reply. and DOES NOT CARE. They offered me 30% off for the next stay as a compensation. When I contacted customer service, I explained the urgency of my situation and requested either soap or a clean apartment. Shockingly, I was told on a recorded call that it’s “not their policy to provide a clean apartment.” I wasted hours on the phone and email with colleagues like Zuzanna, Arthur and Szymon, who gave me false hope that something would be done to resolve the situation. In the end, I was left in an unsanitary apartment, with the final decision being that cleanliness is simply not part of their policy. This is unacceptable, unethical, and dangerous—especially for someone in a vulnerable health condition. If cleanliness isn’t part of your offering, then don’t provide apartments at all. To anyone considering this place: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is a scam, and your health and safety are at risk.
gökay (2/5): Terrible experience, we didn’t check in the hotel - After making the reservation and paying the money on December 11, 2024, I received the reservation confirmation email. However, there was a check-in code in the B….. format for entering the hotel and this code had to be given to me after the reservation confirmation. Neither hotels.com nor visionapartments gave me this code. I learned that this code was necessary when I went to the hotel. I could not find an official at visionapartments to get this code. When I saw on the visionapartments website that the code in question would take 24 hours to be sent to me, we took my little son and my wife, who were already cold from waiting in front of the hotel, and moved to another hotel. Who is responsible for sending this code ? Hotels.com? or Visionapartment?
Verified traveler (6/5): Im groben ganzen war es in Ordnung - Das bet hat stark gequietscht die weißen wände waren dreckig die Zahnputzbecher waren noch Rückstände drin. Dusche, Toilette war sauber. Fenster Scharnier war leicht defekt. Ein was hat mich stark gestört? Unter der Tür war ein großer Licht. Spalt Boden Türdichtung war defekt.

EDUARDO E (8/5): Precisava de mais clareza para o check-in - Por não ter um atendimento no local, uma pessoa que chega de viagem terá dificuldades de acessar as acomodações, caso não faça todo o protocolo antecipado para receber o código de etrada. Deve ficar atendo a todo e-mail referente ao check-in. Não chegar com celulares descarregados pois não tem contato algum para a entrada. Tivemos muito medo da egião. O Metrô está na porta do predio, quando chegamos, de madrugada, um homem nos seguiu nos filmando e ficou parado próximo e só não nos abordou porque aproveitamos a entrada de outro hospede e entramos no corredor de entrada do prédio. Aí nos sentimos seguros para acessar aos códigos e fazer o check-in.

I ended up cancelling anyway. Never ever use this company! It is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Brittany (6/5): - While the train station being right outside was super convenient for travel, it was quite loud if you opened the window for air. Additionally, the walls between the apartments were thin and we heard the neighbors playing music every night until 1am. Otherwise, the apartment was sufficient for our needs.
102angelicag (2/5): Complete absence of cleaning service - never again - I stayed in vision apartments Zurich Wolframplatz for two weeks. The apartment was provided with a kitchen but unfortunately there was NOTHING that could be used for cleaning (only a very small bottle of soap), but no sponge, no glove, no broom, no damp cloths for cleaning. The cleaning lady never entered in my flat to clean. They neither entered to change my bed blankets or change the towels in the bathroom. For two entire weeks! I sent several emails to the customer service but I never received any answer during my stay. I called them and the only thing I obtained was to receive one set of clean bed blankets (that I had to change on my own, without anyone collecting the old set). On the phone, they apologized for the inconvenience but they told me that the cleaning day assigned to my room was fixed on Thursday and since I checked-in on Tuesday they decided not to provide the service because I was there only since two days and the next Thursday they did not clean because in a couple of days I would have checked-out. Very awful experience. Never again.
Viktoria (6/5): - central heating system was set way too hot and staff was not able to lower the tropical temperature. had to keep windows open day and night - not sustainable :( train station right next door, great connections but loud nights. Comfy bed and nice bathroom and working desk.

There is a major highway right next to the building so it’s loud… the apartment itself is in pretty good condition, except for a really dirty and stained rug. The smell from the hallway spreads to the apartment though

Room 43 located at the top of 4 flights of stairs, no lift. Good location on quiet street with 10 mins walk to 13 Tram stop. 5 minutes walk to a well stocked convienence store. Shopping Mall nearby. No staff or reception in the building. Contactless check in. Overall positive stay.
Isabella (6/5): - The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. Beaware no air conditioning or cross ventialiation - it was 35oc when we were there and only had a little fan cooling us down. But other that that cant complain - good location (near tram lines and next to train station). A couple stops to downtown

Joel (4/5): - AVOID THIS HOTEL. The only staff are the cleaners who are there only to clean. No customer service. Zero. No AC. HEATING IS ON even when it was 30C outside i slept 2 hours a night because of the heat. I was so tired i fell asleep on a bench at the national museum and once at dinner. I emailed the company and 2 days later i received a generic email saying my concern is important to them. No action. No meaningful reaponse. If you have any issue.... this hotel does not care. Fix it yourself. This property has been neglected.Hallways dirty. Things in the room were broken. Shower heads clogged. Drains clogged drawer handles broken. It could have been nice but the neglect and indifferencr shows everywhere

Mousumi (2/5): - The property does not have any ventilation. The room was very hot. Was provided with only a small fan. In spite of several requests, another fan was not provided. Could not sleep for 2 nights that we stayed there. Most of the lights in the room does not work. The bedside shades do not have bulb. One light just fell off the wall on the first night. It is very noisy 24hrs as the property is next to a highway. There is no one to security in such a big property. No security. People are following and getting in and up the lift. Very dim light in the corridor.

judydiamond (2/5): Horrible smell and boiling hot - By far the worst place we've stayed in. The room is boiling hot and airless. The Customer service non existent. Very badly designed building that retains months of heat. We moved our bedding downstairs so we could breathe, slept on the floor. Also no tea bags, milk, coffee pods, only a small bottle of water. Also it STINKS of cigarette smoke yet it's meant to be a no smoking room! Never again!! You'd be better off sleeping on a park bench.
MANEL (2/5): - À ÉVITER.... NE VOUS FAITES PAS AVOIR COMME NOUS. Une vraie catastrophe, sur le web l'appartement est parfait mais ne vous faites pas avoir avec les photos. Aucun service sur place, personne ne sait rien et encore moins personne ne parle français pourtant on est en Suisse. 1- Inaccessible, beaucoup de travaux autour, aucune indication sur l'entrée de la bâtisse, après 10 minutes à tourner au rond, enfin l'entrée principale mais aucune place de stationnement pour au moins descendre les bagages de la voiture. 2-Stationnement complet sous prextexte qu'il fallait que je réserve ma place par courriel ( Je ne sais pas dans quel monde ils vivent pour vouloir les numéros de ma carte crédit par courriel, le risque de fraude est élevé). Comme j'ai payé l'hôtel avec expedia, ils disent qu'ils n'ont pas accès à mes données bancaires. Donc fallait absolument payer le stationnement avant même de te rendre sur place !!!!!! C'est une horreure 3- Plancher très sal dans la salle de bain, il est supposé être blanc mais pleins de tâches noires au sol 4- Aucun air climatisé....!!!!!! Je ne savais pas qu'en 2024, dans un pays développé comme la suisse et avec les canicules fallait que je vérifie si l'appartement en avait. Alors la pire des chose est qu'ils ont mis un ventilateur non fonctionnel et leur conduit d'aeration non plus. J'ai tenté 20 milles fois de les contacter, is ne répondent pas(ils n'ont aucun bureau sur place) , mauvaise gestion à distance. Je ne peux écrire plus .......
Paula (2/5): - Chambre très sale, j’ai dû contacter l’établissement il sont venu faire le ménage par la suite mais ça n’as pas changé grand chose, j’avais fait tomber quelque chose sous le lit j’ai dû tirer ( j’ai trouver un rouleau du papier wc utilisé, une shisha portable, la poussière on parle même pas) les wc il y avais même des selles dans le mur, la brosse pour nettoyer le wc plein de selles et quand il sont venu faire le nettoyage il sont même pas changer la brosse, la fenêtre on parle même pas, très sale, les corridors pas nettoyer, un matin je sors il y avais une personne qui dormais par terre à l’entrée dans le sas des boîte à lettres, le ventilateur n’est fonctionner pas j’ai contacter plusieurs fois il mon jamais fourni un ventilateur, j’étais coté route il y avais des travaux dans la route mais ça l’hôtel n’est spécifié pas, autant vous dire que j’étais dégoûter pendant tout mon séjours, j’ai dû faire le nettoyage moi même c’était vraiment très sale, il sont pas du respect en vers la clientèle. Très mauvaise expérience, évidement je retournerais plus avec eux.
Brian (2/5): Dårlig kundeservice og ringe kvalitet - Sengen på værelset var i stykker og vi fik et mindre og dårligere værelse med en lille queensize seng og uden badekar. Kundeserviive var meget lang tid om at svare og jeg har brugt mere end 30 chf på at ring til kundeservice. Da jeg skriver til kundeservice går der mere end 1 døgn før de svarer med et spørgsmål om hvor der står at jeg var blevet lovet en kingsize seng. Men der var jo dem selv der havde tildelt værelset med en større seng. Jeg forventer at blive kompenseret for mine omkostninger og det dprligere værelse

Richard (4/5): Too hot! - I stayed in a top floor room at the end of July. It was over 30 degrees in the apartment and there is no air con. When I checked in the fan in the apartment was broken. I called vision apartments and they told me a new fan could only be provided next day as there is no-one onsite. I ended up having to sleep with a wet towel over me to try to cool down. Certainly did not feel like a premium experience.
NEESHA (6/5): Would think twice - They sent us to the wrong property and when I messaged them for a late check out as a good will gesture they gave me standard reply. I don’t get the 10am check out and 3:00pm check in.

june20002018 (8/5): Totally OK self-service apartment hotel to stay - This was a totally OK self-service apartment hotel to stay. The rooms are very spacious and modern and clean. Everything went with the booking and payment as agreed. Nothing weird or troubles or shady people or unsafe going on. The spa upstairs is just one sauna but that was good 👍 the showers in the so called sauna had only 2 options; freezing cold or boiling hot. The room didn't have air conditioning and the room was quite hot and the humidity was very high even though the temperature outside was only like +22 °C and cloudy. The beds were good but the pillows were flat as pancake. The kitchen and ironing equipment were great. The parking place was excellent. We thought there is a reception but no, this is 100 % self-service apartment. There is not any breakfast available but a mall is located near for food and drinks. We had little troubles finding this hotel because the hotel had different name than what we had booked, that was very confusing. Why there was a glass wall to the shower? Very disturbing if travelling with friends, relatives or colleagues. To sum up a totally OK place to stay.

Kim (2/5): Slidte værelser til overpris - forfærdelig indtjek - Deres indtjekningsprocedure er forfærdelig. Man skal sende sit pas som et billede i en usikker email. Gør det aldrig! De tilbyder WhatsApp som alternativ, hvilket sikkert er ok efter der er kommet end-to-end kryptering, jeg er dog stadig ikke overbevist. De kan ikke åbne krypterede/låste dokumenter (PDF/Zip/Word). Det er let at komme ind når først indtjekning er overstået (det tog os over en time). Værelset vi kom til, en time efter det skulle være klar, var stadig i gang med at blive gjort rent. Ret skidt når man allerede skal være ude klokken 10 om formiddagen ved udtjekning! Værelset var tydeligt mærket af svært slid på både vægge og paneler. Det skallede mange steder. Møbler var ligeledes ret slidte og havde mange skader. Brusehovedet i badeværelset var så beskidt at 'regnen' slet ikke regnede men sprøjtede ud af siderne på brusehovedet.

Verified traveler (6/5): Mediocre/all ok - Such an underwhelming experience. The apartment was old and plenty of things broken; not broken enough to cause an issue but broken enough to need to hold the towel hanger when placing the towel to ensure it didn’t fall down. Faucet in studio broken and had to be held down when used. The bed was on its last lap with clearly unstable parts and sounds that were made. The artwork was horrendous and overall very clean but so dated and overused. The lights would have needed an explanation as well as better guidance on the various entrances. Was very surprised over how many people were running up and down the stairs and elevators with drinks and guests etc.

Sachin (6/5): - I stayed in Vision Apartments, Wolframplatz for a week. The service apartment is quite spacious. The kitchen had an induction cook top, a microwave oven and also a dishwasher. Bathroom was clean but the weekly cleaning was not done. It is a self checkin Apartment and i was locked out a few times due to the change in key code. There is no one at the property to help you out. You would have to call customer support for everything. Overall it was an average stay.

Parita (10/5): Zurich stay - Location was great as there was supermarket within 10 mins of walking...public transport was few meter aways too to get to the Zurich central. We had 2 apartments as we were party of 5, check in process was easy - just make sure you send in your details 48 hours before to ensure you get the codes without having to chase. Overall excellent 👍
Jonathan (8/5): - The location is great for getting on the S4 to go to Zurich HB. The decor was decent. My main issue was a lack of air conditioning, since I was staying there end of June / beginning of July. Either this wasn't called out clearly on the web page or I missed it. Also, this is basically a one room apartment, so there's no room service or daily make up of the room. Just some things to be aware of. I eould stay here again as long as its not summer time. After the first shower I could never get the sprayer to work again, and some of the faucets were hard to move or the fittings were loose.

Tania (4/5): Rooms are not functionsl for short stay - I check Sunday evening and tv was not working, called the customer service but still have to wait until the next day for repair who never arrived…Main door interfone also doesn’t work , everytime something is wrong and you havevto spend time calling and waiting for service…Someone also rang my door bell few times at 4:00am waking me up amd scaring me….

Verified traveler (2/5): The worst, do not stay here. - These apartments are the worst. They are in terrible conditions and they are not clean. My room had a strong tobacco smell, not the kind that stays impregnated in things, but more like the one you get at a club, it was obvious that the person who stayed there before me smoked. Which indicates they don't clean the rooms properly. There was dust in the kitchen and the bathroom sink as well. They should definetly clean things better, specially in COVID times. I asked for a different room and they offered me another one in a building far from where I needed to go. I said no and ask for a refund. They denied it because apparently I didnt provide a photo of the room (how do you photograph dust and smoke smell?) and I was offered a bad alternative. Do not stay there if you are looking for a comfortable stay. The photos they show are also NOT representative of what you get.
Dhananjay (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Pros: - it’s super close to the train at - even though the place doesn’t have a front desk the other residents are super helpful Cons (there are quite a few) - coordination from you checkin is painful at time. Even though we had agreed to check in a 2pm on email the access code was only shared when we were chasing them at around 3pm. - the fact that they don’t have a front office if you need any help you are on your own - at the time of booking it mentions about daily house keeping but there is none. Basically they will not clean your rooms - furniture (sofas) were in a run down conditions and we couldn’t see it at all during our 5 day stay This place isn’t cheap for what you get that are plenty of other options with better service and condition Might be a good pick if you are getting a super cheap deal and are looking at long term stay of a month or more
Luke (4/5): - It is very questionable how Vision Apartments can legally sell a one bedroom apartment with having only one room in the apartment and a bathroom. Also: the air was too humid and warm. There was no possibility to cool the air down and have a good night rest. I would not recommend staying at this place in spring, summer, or fall.
Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment could have been cleaner, there is dust under the beds with used tissue ., It would have been more useful that you provide a few dishwasher tablets in order to be able to use the dish washer. I would not consider the location “central” though it was close to a train station.

A comfortable and well-appointed studio apartment to relax in after long days of work. The only drawback was the lack of dish soap and dishwasher powder, hard to do the dishes after dinner!

Viorica (6/5): No electricity in the room - The room was nice and spacious but very thin walls ... And with unpleasant surprises... One day I come and I see things thrown in the room and the curtain wripped off, a big portrait lying on the floor and things from my kitchen used, another day there was no electricity in the room. When I called them to come and fix it they said the electrician will come only the next day. Finally after I called again they explained how to fix it. The hairdryer goes off after 10 min use and had to leave with wet hair. The running mill in the fitness was not connected to power. Though we contacted the property ... nothing was fixed and they did not call back as they promised. Kind of rude to interrupt the phone when I asked how much time do they need to fix the problem .
Verified traveler (10/5): - Very convenient location, Nice gym. It's completely unstaffed (except for the cleaning crews) so you have to be comfortable working via phone and email. But response times are super fast so it was easy to get access and request services (e.g. they delivered a adapter plug to my room within an hour).
