• Lucapacioli (8/5): - Ruime lichte kamers met fijne bedden en mooie badkamer. De bedden zijn comfortabel en er is een bankje en bureau met stoel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en wat ik erg fijn vind is dat naast de koffie uit de automaat ook filterkoffie uit kannetjes beschikbaar zijn. Het hotel ligt aan een vrij drukke weg en naast het slot met speeltuin (handig voor als je kids hebt). Centrum is op paar minuten loopafstand geid bereikbaar. Parkeer garage is prima voor 18 euro per dag Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ondanks de fijne bedden was er een slap klein kussen op het bed. Daar zou wel minimaal een groter steviger kussen bij kunnen plaatsen. Ook thee/koffie zou je op een 4 sterren aanwezig mogen zijn. Wij vinden het aan de warme kant in de kamer enis lastig koeler te krijgen... Het pasje werkte een paar keer niet, blijkbaar als je deze bij Je mobiel houdt, werkt deze niet meer.

Ontbijt wordt genoeg aangeboden, maar vinden wij wat aan de prijzige kant hiervoor. ligging kamer aan de straat kant is wat gehorig, prijs van het ontbijt mag iets lager

• Torsten (7/5): Zentrale Lage die sich im Zimmerpreis zeigt. - Das Zimmer lag sehr zentral an einer Straße, aber im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Die Größe des Zimmers war okay. Das empfohlene Parkhaus war leider voll, haben aber in der Nähe einen Stellplatz in einem Parkhaus gefunden. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, etwas nervig war das anstehen an dem einzigen Kaffeeautomaten im Frühstücksraum. Ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat. Frühstück war recht hochpreisig für das vorgehaltene Angebot.

• Martin (10/5): Toplage, toller Services - Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Alle Attraktionen sind fußläufig problemlos erreichbar. Besonders gut hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter gefallen, auch wenn's darum ging, die Fahrräder unterzustellen. Für Osnabrück-Besucher unbedingt zu empfehlen.

• Meyer-Kröger (5/5): - Das Bad bot viel Platz und eine moderne Dusche. Der erste Blick bei Ankunft: Flurbelag nah dem Aufzug ist auszutauschen. Um unser Zimmer 126 / unsere Etage zu erreichen, waren Treppen zu überwunden! Das stand so nicht in der Beschreibung dieser Zimmer in diesem Teil des Hauses.

• Ilka (10/5): Stylishes Hotel in Altstadtnähe mit superfreundlichem Personal, sehr gutem Frühstück und komfortablen Zimmern - Stylishe Einrichtung, komfortable Zimmer, fußnah zur Altstadt, super freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück und bequemer Online-Check-out bis 12:00. Was wollen wir mehr?! Unbedingt empfehlenswert und wir kommen gern wieder. Nicht wirklich ein Mangel, aber die Klimaanlage fahren wir persönlich nicht leise. Aber das kann ein persönliches Empfinden sein.

(Mir wurde ein Eisbeutel für den geschwollenen Knöchel mehrfach in ein Kühlfach gelegt.) Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, der Raum sehr schön. Alles war prima.

• Ajuna (5/5): Passable - The room and bathroom were quiet and reasonably clean. The bed itself was comfortable, which was a small saving grace — though the pillows were quite flat and thin, and I ended up layering a cushion underneath one to get a comfortable night's sleep. Two pillows per person would make a noticeable difference. As a basic, no-frills stay it was functional, but there was nothing that stood out or made it feel like anything beyond the bare minimum. The hotel profile on Booking.com listed 'on-site accessible parking' as a single feature. In reality, these are two separate things: the parking is a nearby paid APCOA car park, not hotel-owned or free, and the accessibility refers to a lift connecting that car park to the road the hotel is on. Combining them into one listing feature is misleading — 'on-site' implies the parking is part of the hotel, which it is not. Guests filtering for "parking" would reasonably assume it is included with their stay or on site with payment to hotel. The receptionist acknowledged this was a known discrepancy. Booking.com and the hotel both need to correct how this is listed and communicated. Room had a faulty door lock. After two separate reports to reception (going down three floors and back), we were moved to new — where the lock was also broken. A staff member spent time attempting to fix it but could not. We ended up sleeping with a do-not-disturb sign on an unlocked door. There are no phones in the rooms or even one on each floor. Every issue required a physical trip to reception and back — exhausting and impractical, especially for accessibility-dependent guests The replacement room was studio-style. The kitchen sink had visible limescale, and the coffee from the machine had no flavour— suggesting the machine had not been cleaned in some time or the coffee pads where left out for long. When I reported this to reception the next morning, there was no offer of a replacement coffee or any gesture of goodwill. The response was simply that they would pass it on to manager — same response we received throughout our stay, with no follow-through. Overall, the stay fell well below expectations due to these unresolved maintenance and listing issues. Not very Wyndham standard. Another lesson to not go by chain's name.

• Jörg (7/5): Gutes Hotel am Rand der Osnabrücker Innenstadt - Zentrale Lage am Südrand der Innenstadt. Bis zur Altstadt (bei Osnabrück ein Unterschied!) sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 min. Zimmer (mit Doppelbett) war für 1 Person groß genug, für eine Belegung mit 2 Personen hätte es definitiv etwas größer sein dürfen. Ausstattung okay, aber nicht üppig. Fön war vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstück (mit Abstrichen für die langweilige + immergleiche Auswahl an Wurst und Käse! - der Rest drumherum war klasse - außerhalb der USA erstmalig wirklich krossen Bacon zum Rührei erhalten - für mich europäisches Hotel-Novum!) Siehe oben. Habe Positives und Negatives in eine Bertung gepackt.

• Volker (4/5): … ohne weiter Worte - Die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht runterregeln, und blies mit 24 Grad ins Zimmer. Deshalb habe ich das Fenster öffnen müssen, um die Temeratur zu regulieren. Da das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung liegt, habe ich schlecht geschlafen und bin mehrmals in der Nacht durch Tatü Tata, durch halbstarke Autofahrer mit aufgemotztem Auspuff und durch laute Musik geweckt worden.
