Konstantinos (1/5): Undvik detta hotell till varje pris. USELT!!! - Vi kom till vårt rum och upptäckte att dörren till terrassen gick inte att låsa. Pratade med receptionen som erbjöd 2 andra lediga rum som hade samma säkerhetsproblem. Dessutom var ett av de rum som de erbjöd i lägre prisklass än det vi betalade för. Receptionisten hävdade att det inte fanns olika prisklasser för deras rum men det finns på booking.com hemsida när man söker på rum i detta hotell. När vi bad dem att fixa problemet med dörren sade de att det kan inte fixas förrän om 1 vecka. Vi fick ställa ett bord på insidan av altandörren som kan hindra inbrott men rummet, våra tillhörigheter och vi själva var fortfarande oskyddade mot inbrott (se bifogad bild). Vi kan inte förstå hur kan detta hotell ha ett "Mycket bra" betyg på booking.com hemsida när hotellets standard, bemötande och säkerhet är under all kritik. Frukosten som de tar också betalt för (120 kr per person) är också ett skämt men det väljer man själv om man vill bli blåst på det också. Hotellet borde stängas ner, renoveras och efter det läggas ut på nätet för bokning av rum.

Bidgood (1/5): Great location .Very disappointed with the hotel and services. - Breakfast was OK . Location was good. View was good and quiet location. Generally very shabby , even the basics were poor .No staff at reception on arrival. Just a note directing us to our room. Very disappointed as the web site description did not match the actual condition of the hotel. The toilet in our bathroom was leaking and did not flush correctly. We reported this but no action was taken to remedy the problem. We decided to curtail our stay because of these problems.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon des Zimmers, sehr saubere und grosszügige Zimmer und Nasszone. Gut gelegen für den Start in alle Richtungen der Insel auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

El desayuno y el personal muy bien. Mucha pena porque tiene una piscina vacía a la que se le podía sacar rendimiento. Además tienen un restaurante enfrente donde se como muy bien.

canaria (8/5): Freundliche Anlage - Leider liegt das Hotel in ca.600 m Höhe. Morgens und abends gab es häufig Nebel oder Regen, zudem war es sehr kühl.Es gab einen Heizlüfter, der jedoch nicht alle Feuchtigkeit vertrieb. Im Sommer wird es dort wunderschön sein, der Blick auf das Meer ist toll, und das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Leider sprach man dort nur Spanisch, deshalb war die Kommunikation eingeschränkt. Zum reichhaltigen Frühstück musste man über die Straße in ein Restaurant gehen.
