• maria celeste (7/5): Buena opcion por precio calidad - Bien ubicada para pasear de dia caminando por pelourinho, y a 10 min en auto de la terminal maritima , de donde salen los catamaran para cruzar al morro . Nos ofrecieron traslado pago que nos fue a buscar al aeropuerto a la madrugada , y estaba esperándonos ni bien llegamos y nos cobraron lo pautado. El desayuno no es muy completo

• Marta (8/5): Bo godt i hjertet af Pelourinho - enestående beliggenhed og morgenmad. Bedst juice har nogensinde fået i hoteller eller pousada. Hoveddørens lås var i stykker, vi kunne ikke låse værelse. Madrassen var synket, man blev helt skævt i seng.
• Jozimar (10/5): Muito boa! - Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa Nossa experiencia na pousada foi rápida porém muito boa, possivelmente retornaremos a se hospedar para aproveitar mais a região e os arredores da pousada. Gostamos muito! O quarto é pequeno o que pode prejudicar um pouco em caso de ficar muitos dias hospedado na pousada. Como ficamos somente uma noite isso não foi algo que tenha incomodado!
• Reyna (9/5): - This is a great pousada in a convenient location, just outside the Pelourinho. The staff a friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and varied. Good value for money. Noise carries easily. The rooms face a corridor and it does echo. Not a huge problem, though and wouldn't put me off returning.

• Paul (9/5): Couldn't be happier with the owner and his wonderful staff. - The owner of the property and his staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We arrived at 5 in the morning with check-in being at 2 in the afternoon. We were given a room immediately and invited to eat breakfast. On the check-out day, with the time being noon, we were allowed to remain in the room until 8:30 that evening. This is wonderful service and very rare. The staff was always friendly, courteous and prompt in meeting our requests. The location is excellent, being very close to Pelourinho. Breakfast was great. For what we paid we got far more in value. Clearly we recommend it for a stay in the heart of Salvador.

• Odile (9/5): On s’y sent bien - Accueil chaleureux de Roberto toujours souriant et prêt à aider les touristes. Belle terrasse avec petit buffet compris pour le petit déjeuner. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la Vieille Ville tout près. Préciser que vous voulez une chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur comme ma chambre la 13.. Si on monte tout en haut de la rue, il y a une boulangerie supérette pour manger le doigt dans la pousada.

Ces conseils avisés et motivants! Ce nest pas réellement une depreciations, juste des idees... La difficulté d'accès pour des personnes a forte corpoulance ou en feteuil: beaucoup d'escaliers. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait-etre amélioré par exemple, avec des fruits, yaourts, des jus plus "passé partout" *Cajuv et goyave n'est pas du goût de tous... 😀

En de plek is wel goed, je loopt zo Pelorinho binnen in een paar minuten. Aardige mensen, allemaal. De bedden hadden deuken. Het ontbijt was heel basic. De deur van de badkamer had geen deurklink. Het is heel gehorig: roepend personeel en gasten al vroeg in de ochtend. Rommeltje.

• Renata (9/5): Muito boa acomodação. - Gostei da estrutura da pousada, do atendimento dos funcionários, do chuveiro, conforto da cama e do fato de tudo ter funcionado bem. O café da manhã é simples, mas saboroso. É perto do Pelourinho e tem uma praça bem movimentada na rua de cima, com samba e restaurantes. A acústica do quarto não é das melhores, porque dá para ouvir muito barulho no corredor. Acordei com crianças correndo, gritando e pessoas falando alto por lá de manhã cedo, no primeiro dia, que queria dormir um pouco mais. Nem considero culpa da pousada e sim dos outros hóspedes. Então sugiro colocar alguns avisos. Fora isso, foi tudo perfeito.

Obrigada senhor Roberto e dona Elizete! Pretendo voltar. Nada, pois gostei de TUDO!

• Mota (10/5): Próximas vezes que voltar à Salvador, ficarei na Pousada Morena - Local: Pousada super bem localizada, perto do Pelourinho, Elevador Larcerda, Mercado Modelo. Dá pra ir a pé à Praia da Gamboa, Praia da Preguica, Praia do MAM. Tem uma estação de metrô bem próximo, que você pode ir a pé. Dá pra ir do Aeroporto á Pousada de metrô e voltar. Economizei muito dinheiro utilizando o metrô e chegava super rápido nos locais. Quarto: eu e meu companheiro ficamos em um quarto super confortável, com uma cama de casal, cômoda, televisão. Tinha um banheiro. Todos os dias as roupas de camas e as toalhas eram trocadas. Muito bom!! O arcondicionado estava ótimo e o chuveiro tinha água quente. 👏🏾 Café da Manhã: Excelente! As comidas deliciosas. O café ficava bastante tempo disponível e tudo muito gostoso e fresco. Funcionários: Fomos super bem atendidos pelo Roberto que ficava na recepção e pela Su, que organizava os quartos e fazia um pastel de soja delicioso.

• Keise (8/5): Excelente custo benefício pra quem quer ficar no centro histórico - A localização é maravilhosa e foi uma das poucas hospedagens no centro histórico que disponibilizam estacionamento. Além disso, os funcionários são muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos. É uma excelente opção para quem precisa de um lugar apenas para dormir e tomar banho. O quarto possui janela para o corredor de circulação de hóspedes, então tem que ficar fechada pra dar mais privacidade, o que acaba deixando o quarto muito quente e com cheiro de lugar fechado, mas isso é rapidamente resolvido ligando o ar-condicionado.

• jean-philippe (9/5): - L'emplacement est très bien. On peut faire le centre à pieds et les restaurants ne sont pas loin. La chambre, même sans fenêtre n'est pas mal. Avec la clim', ça passe. Petit déjeuner inégal mais globalement bien...et surtout la vue est géniale !
• Franck (2/5): Passez votre chemin - Le personnel est adorable, disponible à l'écoute. Un vrai service client. Le petit déjeuner est sympathique. La chambre était lugubre, sale. Draps tachés et troués. Le tapis au sol, tachés tout comme le reste du sol. Salle de bain et toilettes limites en terme de propreté. Un interrupteur dans les toilettes est au bout d'un fil qui pend dans le vide avec le circuit électrique visible. Si l'hôtel a eu une époque faste, elle est passée. Nous sommes à la limite de l'insalubrité. Quand il y a eu une très forte pluie il pleuvait dans les toilettes. Je n'ai pas compris les précédents commentaires, les photos datent certainement d'il y a très longtemps. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus et choqués. Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants, j'ai eu honte vis à vis d'eux de ne pas leur offrir mieux alors que la chambre nous a quasiment coûtée 100€ la nuit.

• SANDRINE (8/5): Une bonne étape pour 2 nuits à promximité du centre historique - Accueil très professionnel, quelques mots d'anglais ont été appréciés. Arrivés très tôt le matin, le petit déjeuner nous attendais avant d'aller nous reposer quelques heures. A pieds du centre historique, facile d'accès. La chambre était d'un confort très simple, mais suffisant pour 2 nuits. Petit déjeuner correct sur une terrasse de toit avec très belle vue sur la vieille ville. Chambre sans fenêtre extérieure. une fenêtre coté couloir qui manquait d'insonorisation. Wifi très faible dans la chambre.

• Judith (8/5): A wonderful host in a posada with very clean rooms and excellent breakfast - The host is phenomenal. He goes out of his was to help in every way possible. The breakfast was varied and very good. Cleanliness standards are very high. The rooms are very small with very little space to store anything. I did'nt mind for a 2 night stay, but it would have been more difficult with a longer stay. The location is on a street riddled with trash. No shampoo in the bathroom.

• Frans (8/5): Very good - Located next to Pelourinho, it is easy to get around by foot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Luckily I was driving a small car. Getting to the locatiion and parking with a big truck will be a hassle.

• Heather (10/5): A great stay with a very helpful and attentive host - Roberto was such a wonderful and kind host who was very attentive and responsive, even allowing us to check in a couple hours earlier. Even though there was a language barrier due to us not speaking much Portuguese, he always took the time to communicate with us via Google translate and ensured that we were safe during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, all facilities worked perfectly. The hotel is a little dated but it adds to the charm and everything is very clean. The breakfast is great - fresh and very varied with so much food and fresh juices and hot drinks! You can't really beat the location of the pousada, it's across the road from the historic centre (turn right when exiting the pousada, walk down the hill, cross the road and walk up the adjacent cobbled street), and just down the street from a square (turn left when exiting the pousada, walk up the hill and it's right there) that becomes a little lively on the weekends from my understanding. There was nothing I disliked!

• Naomi (8/5): The staff and the owner of this property are a delight! They are very helpful and upbeat! You will love staying in this - The room was simple but comfortable. The terrace where you have breakfast is lovely and the breakfast is delicious. The two women, Penelope and Estrelitza who run the kitchen are very friendly and accommodating. The area going up the hill from the property didn’t feel very safe. However, the pousada is was close to everything in Pelhourinho and from the point of view of taking Ubers at night the property was very well situated as the cars could stop right outside.

Breakfast was yummy with a great view. Nothing really. This is a simple pousada with great service and a nice breakfast. There are many stairs to reach some of the rooms, so if you need help with that let them know ahead of time.

• Lovely (10/5): A Home Away From Home - I love this place so much. It was like a home away from home. I traveled alone. Gabriel and Roberto took very good care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, and even though I didn't speak Portuguese, they communicated with me using Google Translate. They refer me to a driver who I used the entire time I was there The Mother's who prepared the breakfast and took care of the facilities were so nice and genuine. I like the location and felt like a member of the community. The value is also great! I loved everything! ❤️

• Kimberly (8/5): Ideally located, old building, with lovely staff and breakfast - The location is hard to beat. It's on a pretty quiet street just a couple of blocks from everything in Pelourinho. The staff was extremely friend. The building is really lovely. Breakfast was delicious and varied, served on the rooftop terrace, which had really nice views. My friend and I booked a private room w/bath, which obviously doubles as a dorm-style room when needed, since it had 4 beds (including 2 bunks). We appreciated the refrigerator for water and snacks. It was an excellent value. It is an old building, and while clean, the age does definitely show, especially in the rooms. Outlets were few and recessed - we had trouble getting most of our adapters to fit. The internet was ok, but cut out periodically, requiring that you join one of the other property networks - fine for our vacation purposes but wouldn't support a remote-work situation. The bathroom was small, and in our top-floor room the water pressure was low, and the bathroom door/doorway wasn't a good fit anymore, so the door wouldn't stay completely closed and the lock didn't work. I was traveling with a friend, so no big deal for us, but could be awkward under other circumstances. No deal breakers, especially for a hostel facility, but some minor inconveniences.
• Lizzy (7/5): It is a cute guest house, for traveling with more people I could recommend it - super friendly staff who were very attentive to me, woman traveling alone! breakfast was good, with a great view! location - wasn’t safe for me to go out walking, had to take an Uber right in front of door.

• Wildislene (10/5): it was great, the staff was really kind to us. we just stayed for one night. the breakfast very good - the view is amazing and close to Pelourinhho the room didn’t have window

• Manuel (8/5): convenient place - nice location and breakfast my room was next to the kitchen and it was extremely noisy in the morning. I had a late arrival (around 1am) and could not sleep as much as I would have liked to.
