Demonstram um verdadeiro descaso e propaganda enganosa.

jen (7/5): - Beautiful suites, close to airport, spa attached Room was unseasonably warm, broken door so unable to enjoy balcony and hot tub, despite staff being informed it was not fixed and no discount applied for the trouble. I asked for a fan and was brought one, and told to exit through a different door which required me to walk passed other suite windows where people were relaxing in their beds.

Saurabh (4/5): - This property was billed as a 5-star property. In my opinion just having a great room with great lights and music options does not make you a 5-star property. At the time of check-in we found that there was no bath mate on the floor in bathroom, built-in safe was locked and not working. Room temperature could not be controlled from the room! There were no free water bottles as mentioned in their information so when asked for it, we were told to drink tap water! We have stayed at so many 5-star properties all around the world but this property should never been categorized as 5-star property.

Verified traveler (6/5): 5 star that is really a 3 star - This is reportedly the only 5 star in Iceland. I am not sure why. This would be a 3 star in USA. The hotel is under construction and we could not even enter the front entrance. The room was very technologically advanced but we could not even figure out how to work half of the equipment. The thermostat in our room was broken and apparently set to 80 degrees so we had to leave the door/window open in ICELAND in the winter! We were encouraged to order the free breakfast to our room and then given a room service fee so not exactly what was expected. The restaurant was good but not the best food we had in Iceland. So needless to say lots of room for improvement

They were flexible in allowing a late check-out and attending to questions, ect. I stayed at Diamond Suites Sapphire Room as a stopover R & R following a European business trip. The suite was beautifully appointed and the private hot tub was deluxe! The separate floor for Diamond Suites is really lovely. Staff was professional and attentive. My stay was only marred a bit by a very noisy crowd occupying the other rooms and common area on the floor. The Kef Restaurant served star quality freshly caught cod and beautiful asparagus side dish.

Rooms size are comfortable (not very big/ not too small) location very close to KEF airport. Some restaurants nearby. Staffs service depend on individual. The person I checked-in with was very friendly and helpful. The evening-shift lady was a complete contrast. Could be better by staff training and systemizing staff service.

We didn't know when we booked there was only 1 restaurant so we had to find a place to eat which was difficult. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Arthur (6/5): Odd Experience - This was one of the weirdest hotel experiences of my life. The rooms are 5 star and the hotel is 2. Someone put gorgeous accommodations on top of a very mediocre hotel. The rooms are very expensive and worth it, but the service reflects the 2.5 star hotel. If room is all you want, go for it. If you want 5 star experience, try another place.
