Todos as pessoas, da recepção a portaria muito atenciosos. Café da manhã impecável. A limpeza e organização do quarto muito boa. Considerei a localização excelente e perto de tudo. Uma diária um pouco acima da média que se justifica pelo serviço e qualidade que entregam. Fiquei no último andar e percebi uma infiltração no banheiro. Nada que prejudicasse a estadia. Porém, considerando o nível de organização acredito que seria algo a ser previamente percebido e corrigido.

É comum em hoteis no mundo todo deixar pelo menos 2 garrafas de água por dia para o hóspede e oferecer outras bebidas no frigobar, então fiquei espantada quando percebi que cada garrafa de 300ml de água custava nove reais.
