Carol (10/5): - Lovely rooms in a character building, owner and his sons were so helpful and friendly. Very clean and updated rooms. Recommended restaurants in area were excellent. Parking available and close to harbour and shops. Would definitely recommend.

Verified traveler (6/5): Perfect location with a few issues - We were unpleasantly surprised when we arrived before the end of office hours and the door was locked, especially since we had called to say we were on our way. We had to call the hotel and wait for the young man who finally checked us in with a comment about being sorry if we had to wait a long time. He showed us to our room and seemed eager to leave. He didn't exactly make us feel welcome. The coffee area downstairs smelled very musty, and the carpet was worn. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a fridge and microwave, a closet, and a bench that we assumed was for luggage. The bathroom was small with a large door that didn't latch, as the wood seemed swollen. The toilet seat was loose and we had to be careful not to fall. The towels were thin and had worn edges. They are ready to be retired. On a more positive note, the location was perfect. The property is just steps from the wharf and many restaurants and shops. With just a little fixing up, this can be a top notch property.
Caroline (8/5): - The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, good complimentary coffee from the machine in the morning, no noise from the street overnight but some disturbance from guests in neighboring room who came back in late and the walls are thin. But apart from that, all was well.

The fire alarm went off at 7am due to steam from the shower and the bed was really uncomfortable. Bathroom is really really tight. Otherwise clean and had what you needed. Just wouldn’t stay more than 1-2 nights.

We had to speak softly once we realized how sound travelled from room to room.Excellent location and room was dated but clean. Very friendly lady cleaning the room when we arrived. So much potential with this spot but if it fills and walk ins are being turned away then why invest in it, I guess.
Emily (8/5): - We loved this property and it was convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue is the wifi really is non-functional. Despite toggling through the different networks offered, it was practically impossible to maintain connection on our phones. I didn’t try my laptop but I imagine it would be challenging for that as well.

Michael (8/5): A great spot in St Andrews - We stayed here at the turn of the season heading into Winter so the restaurant was not open on the night we stayed ( Tuesday ) We were disappointed as it looked to be wonderful and with many other establishments closed it would have been great. A pub close by was pleasant and had great lobster. The room was small but comfortable with a lovely outlook, breakfast was outstanding and all up the service provided was exceptional.

Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful hotel in St Andrew - Wonderful hotel in St Andrew. Quaint, quiet, clean, with 8 rooms, 1/2 block to main street with restaurants, shops, the harbor, and incredible views of the Bay of Fundy. The owner and staff we friendly, helpful, and welcomed our golden retriever. The restaurant was comfortable and the dinner and free breakfasts were some of the best meals we had in Canada. The paintings which lined the walls of the restaurant were also some of the best work we saw, we brought one home.
Audrey (8/5): A quiet local within walking distance of marina - We spent one night at the Europa Inn and found it clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room had a small balcony from which we had a nice view of the neighbourhood and a couple of churches. We were able to watch the eclipse from here and it was great. I enjoyed seeing the display of items that were found during the renovation. You've done a great job of maintaining the history and doing a lovely reno. We enjoyed a full breakfast the next morning and it was delicious. I would recommend the Europa
Cheryl (8/5): Nice hotel... close to the shops and wharf. - Enjoy my experience. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Would've liked to have been told checkout time, where to get ice upon arrival. Only one wait staff at the door for restaurant and hotel...that was disappointing because I felt like I couldn't ask certain questions because I was taking her away from the restaurant. Breakfast was good but more potatoes would've been appreciated and ice in the water. Room was nice and neat and clean. When advertised on sited it would have been nice to know what direction the balcony was facing. I booked the balcony because i thought it would be facing the wharf, not the parking lot:( Now I know for next time. All in all...great hotel. Would stay again.
Jane (10/5): Wonderful location cute Inn. - The Inn was very nice overall great location to ocean in a very picturesque small town.The rooms was small but comfortable and very clean. The Inn was located center of town just a block from bay, where we went whale watching. The breakfast was delicious.

Hugh (8/5): Europa August 2015 - This small inn has been beautifully re-modelled in modern European style, to the highest standards. Our room had the very best in furniture and furnishings. The location is in the very centre of the small town, directly across from the wharf, yet the rooms are quiet, and there is free on-street parking. The cooked breakfast was excellent.

Only criticism is that the walls aren't insulated for sound well. Property is within walking distance of downtown Saint Andrews and boat tours.

Verified traveler (10/5): A true ten out of ten place to stay and eat. - have a lovely weekend in Saint Andrews by the Sea. Hotel small but beautifully appointed. Room was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast(came with the room)was delicious and great start to a day of walking and sight seeing. BUT the dinner in the dining room at end of the day was outstanding. Beautifully cooked and presented ,I would go back and stay longer just so I could enjoy more of the meals on the menu. A true ten out ten place to stay and eat.Great value for the price. Try it you will love it.
