They were old stained and rough. Bedding very old. No mattress pad. Thin sheets directly on mattress. Mattress thin. No chair to sit. Old furniture. Nothing comfortable about the place. Everything. No internet access available.

• Innohi (9/5): - El personal muy amable, siempre atentos, muy buena atención. La habitación limpia, servicio de limpieza cada medio día. El hotel estaba muy amplio, buen estacionamiento. Solamente por el frío que hacía no pudimos usar la alberca (y el señor que atiende el hotel es muy amable pero fue un poco incómodo que me dijera "señora" pensando que estaba casad@ con el amigo con el que venía. Pero de ahí en más, todo bien).

• Benitez (4/5): Decepción, de hecho no nos quedamos, nos retiramos a buscar otro alojamiento - Nada Habitación poco equipada, ibamos en pareja solo nos colocaron una almohada pequeña para una cama king size, no habia toallas en el baño, en recepción nos dijeron que tal vez si tendrían disponibles. Son cosas básicas que deberían de estar a nuestra llegada, que decepción.

The pool was not appealing to swim in it. Staff doesn’t give the information and no refundable options at all, never going back to this place.

• Mar (5/5): Great location but the hotel needs lots of work. - The location was great and the rooms were big. The towels, sheets and pillows were yellow stained and the blankets were very thin. The pool water was very cold it’s not a heated pool. There’s lots of potential but they need to redo most of the rooms and take care of the mold in the rooms. The internet was not reliable I could use it.

• Luis (3/5): In need of maintenance hotel - The location is excellent, and the bed was comfortable The hotel needs urgently maintenance, the exterior painting is peeling off, the room's 215 bathroom has mold in the ceiling, towel's bar missing, toilet paper bar missing. They put only 2 medium towels for 2 people, the towels were stained and even with holes. The shower acrilic panel was lifted off and the water ran to the bathroom's floor.
• Soberanes (6/5): Fair enough - I liked the location, fairly convenient for my needs. The staff at night were extremely polite and talkative. Great food places nearby. Easy to get transportation. A 7eleven in the same block, good tacos crossing the street. The cleanliness wasn’t on point, some hairs in the mattress, towels and pillows. I never got the WiFi password since they had it written at the lobby, and at the moment I wanted to connect I didn’t want to go down to the lobby.

The property needs a lot of improvement. Stark. Only a glaring overhead light - no lamps. No water glasses or water in the room. No shampoo, conditioner, no ice machine. The property could be beautiful with some makeup and lipstick.

• Jose (1/5): Refurbishment needed - Convenient location for the purposes of our trip The first room we got offered, one part of the room was almost fully covered in mould and there was a strong smell of humidity as you entered the room. The sheets and the towels were dirty. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The second room was less mouldy and a bit cleaner. We left the hotel after one night of stay (paid for three).
