• Gaby (5/5): Ik zou het niet aanraden, tenzij je je jong bent en vooral komt feesten. Dan is het een goede deal - Kamer was schoon Er was geadverteerd dat het eigen parkeerplekken had, dat was de voornaamste reden van boeken: dichtbij airport mét parkeerplaats. Maar niet het geval. Uur moeten rond rijden. Werd geen blik of blozen vanuit personeel gegeven. Bedden waren hard en er was geen deken. We waren allebei koud in de nacht, maar geen mogelijk tot opwarmen. Daarnaast was het erg lawaaiig rond 2 am.

• Недялка Шейтанова (8/5): - Закуската е на блок маса, има голямо разнообразие и е вкусно. Приятна гледка към морето от 9 етаж ☺️ Обзавеждането в стаите не е ново, но е запазено и удобно. Собственият им паркинг е от 2 паркоместа, които винаги са заети, но на около 200 м. от хотела има голям безплатен обществен паркинг, който не е асфалтиран. Стаите се почистват ежедневно, но би било добре да се прави доста по-старателно, отколкото по време на престоя ни. Няма вентилация в банята и липсва сушилник за мокри дрехи, който би трябвало да е задължителен за хотел с басейн.

• Elise (4/5): Voldoende om door te steken maar geen top verblijf - Voor ons was dit voldoende om 2 nachten te overbruggen en dichtbij de luchthaven te zijn. De buurt is niet zo aangenaam, wel dichtbij de luchthaven en Palma, maar verder is het een zeer ongezellige, beetje afgeleefde omgeving. Alsook een groot parking probleem. Super weinig isolatie, je hoort letterlijk ALLES (zowel van in de gangen binnen als van buiten).

• Serge (5/5): - Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Strandpromenade und man erreicht zu Fuss die Lokalitäten die El Arenal ausmachen. Für zwei Nächte ist es okay, länger würde ich aber nicht dort verbringen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Rostwasser und am Morgen geht es sehr lange bis warmes Wasser kommt. Die Bilder widerspiegeln nicht ganz die Realität. Sehr ringhörig ist es auch und wenn die Partygänger mitten in der Nacht nach Hause kommen erwacht man dauernd.

• Katrin (4/5): Es war ok für zum schlafen aber viel zu Teuer für das. - Die Betten waren super bequem. Leider hat es hier mit der Sauberkeit nicht so gestimmt. Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Leider nicht gemütlich eingerichtet . Für zum schlafen ist es ok aber da stimmt der Preis find ich einfach nicht ganz. Das Frühstück war Miserabel und eine Katastrophe. Die Tassen waren alle dreckig wo wir angeschaut haben. Die Teller haben unten drunter geklebt . Das Besteck nicht sauber. Die Wurst war schon schmierig. Wir konnten leider hier Nix essen obwohl wir es bezahlt haben. Was wirklich sehr sehr schade ist .

I stayed one night at Hotel Kilimanjaro in October 2025, and it was one of the most shocking hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon entering our first room (401), there was an overwhelming musty odour and black mould visibly growing around the air-conditioning vent. The air felt damp and unhealthy to breathe. When we asked to move rooms, we were shown two others (205 and 110) — both had strong damp smells, water damage, and in one case more visible mould near the air duct. This was especially alarming as one of my friends suffers from asthma and another from a chronic cough. Black mould (Stachybotrys chartarum) is known to cause serious respiratory and long-term health problems, and clearly should never be present in guest areas. We informed the staff immediately and were told to speak with the general manager in the morning about a refund. When we returned, the day receptionist was dismissive, claimed the manager was not available, and offered no assistance whatsoever. We have yet to receive a reply from the hotel. We had no choice but to check out early for our own safety and rebook at another property, incurring additional expenses. If you value your health, I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel until they address the severe mould contamination and lack of management accountability. No guest should have to experience this

• Josefina (10/5): - El trato del personal de noche excepcional buscando soluciones en todo momento y pendiente de nuestro bienestar La localización ya que el turismo internacional de la zona no es el más favorable para el servicio de restauración la zona y que está totalmente adaptado a dicho turismol; por supuesto, ese no es problema del alojamiento
• mapi (3/5): No volveré - El desayuno La puerta del baño no cerraba, una de las sábanas tenía un chicle pegado y cuando pasaron a limpiar hiceron la cama pero el chicle seguia allí, tuvimos que acudir a la chica de la limpieza, despues de eso las cambió, los ascensores e instalaciones viejitos, todo repintado y mal, escaleras para ir a recepcion, escaleras para ir al restaurante, me parecio poco accesible, las piscinas mas pequeñas de lo que parecen en la foto, la zona para aparcar malisima y calles poco iluminadas. Lo único bueno que está muy cerca de la playa del Arenal y cerca de las salidas a carretera, y un bar que hay cerca que te ponen una tapa con la bebida, pero la relación calidad precio del hotel no nos gustó. No creo que vuelva.

• Heidi Batz (4/5): Helt basic hotel og ingen komfort - Helt basic hotel værelse. Meget hårde senge. Intet køleskab. Altan med plastic stole, men uden et bord. Ikke hyggeligt på nogen måde, hverken altan eller værelse. Meget lydt, så man kan høre alt hvad naboerne siger og laver. Vi boede ved siden af festglade unge mennesker, der holdt os vågne om natten med både musik, snak og opkast. Hvis du vil have en lille smule komfort og have lyst til at tilbringe bare lidt tid på værelset, skal du ikke vælge dette sted. Positivt var ok rengøring og ok morgenmads buffet. Og også venligt personale. Pas dog på med at bestille taxa til lufthavnen hos personalet. Vi var 3 personer og af en eller anden grund blev der bestilt en stor taxa, så vi endte med at betale over dobbelt så meget for turen.

• Laura (8/5): - The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes walking from the beautiful beach bay. There are supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Easily accessible from the airport by local transportation. The only negative thing is the noise..the hotel staff should be more mindful of disrespectful guests staying in hotel that make a lot of noise late at night and take some prevention to guarantee good stay in a good and respectful environment for everyone.

• Sarah (10/5): - Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck, alles ist sauber, nicht mehr im neusten Zustand aber für mediterrane Verhältnisse wirklich gut. Der Poolbereich war ok, wenn man eine Lige bestzt hält. Die Dachterasse konnte man bei 30Grad im August nicht nurzen, da keine Schirme vorbehalten sind. Wir hatten ca 20 Minuten Fussmarsch zum Bierkönig, einem kurzen Weg zum Strand. Hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Rezeptionistin, auch sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

U bazénu všechna lehátka zabraná celý den. V bazénu pro dospělé hloubka 2m. Dětský a část dospělého má 80cm, tam bylo vždy hodně lidí. Snídaně bohaté, ale chuťově nic moc.

Wer früher schlafen geht hat vielleicht manchmal etwas Schwierigkeiten, da nachts öfter mal durch andere Gäste Krach gemacht wird. Trotzdem eher ruhigere Gegend, als direkt am Ballermann. Alles in allem für den Preis unschlagbar, ich würde wieder kommen.

Окна выходили на террасу, где не возможно посидеть из жары и шумных соседей, которые включали музыку на всю громкость. Номера не соответствуют качество и цена.
• Patricia (4/5): - Pool Safe nur gegen Gebühr (4€ pro Tag) Muffiges, verschimmeltes Zimmer Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich, Getränke nicht lecker, Sushi wurde nicht nachgefüllt Cocktails an der Poolbar sehr schlecht und überteuert! Man hat uns einfach den Saft aus dem Automaten vom Frühstück mit etwas Vodka als Sex on the Beach Cocktail verkauft für 8,50€!! Der Pool hat nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet, was ebenfalls schade war, weil der Pool das einzig Gute in diesem Hotel war. Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag geputzt Schlüsselkarte für unser Zimmer wurde einfach an einen anderen Gast im höheren Stock weitergegeben ohne uns Bescheid zu sagen, weil dieser seine Badehose auf unserem Balkon verloren hat. Er stand auf einmal morgens in unserem Zimmer während wir noch geschlafen haben!!! Würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

• CARLOTTA (10/5): Hotel da sogno! - La posizione centralissima! S'Arenal...una zona ricca di vita, allegria, simpatia e gentilezza! Spiaggia vicina SUPER TOP!!! (Molto più bella di alcune calette visitate, davvero deludenti per l'acqua sporca). La struttura davvero accogliente, pulita, colorata, profumata! Camera molto grande e luminosa! Eravamo in 2 e poi si è aggiunta una amica...ci sono entrati perfettamente 3 letti ed eravamo ancora larghe! 😊 Bagno accogliente, pulito e arieggiato, poco luminoso per nostra sorpresa 😅 rispetto alla camera. Balcone ampio e confortevole. PISCINA E BAR ...DALLE 9.00 ALLE 23.00 (la piscina chiude alle 19.00). Potevi andare quando volevi e anche il giorno del checkout ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire della piscina per tutta la giornata, avendo anche la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli nella bagagge room. Colazione ricca e variegata...ampia sala con personale sempre pronto e disponibile. Devo dire soggiorno da DIECI E LODE! ❣️ Mah...non saprei, giusto una luce in più al bagno, a voler essere pignoli 😅
