• RODRIGO (8/5): Atención y servicio correcto, pero con humedad. - Al llegar no tenían el registro de mi reservación, y el hotel estaba lleno, sin embargo, lograron resolverlo y nos doeron una habitación temporal. Esta habitación no tenía ventilación y hay un olor persistente a humedad en todo. Al final lograron darnos un upgrade que mejoró en todo pero al ser hotel viejo, también las sábanas y toallas huelen mucho a humedad. A pesar de esto y agregando el apoyo del personal, la estancia cumplió el propósito. Gracias

• Mafer (10/5): - Muy bien 👌 los aspectos de higiene, lugar, servicio, lo único malo fue q el área de regadera 🚿 no tiene luz, el espacio es muy pequeño para que caiga bien el agua y ésta se estanca ya que no tiene declive. De ahí en fuera lo demás todo muy bien.

• Julio César (8/5): Buena por el precio pagado. - El hotel es muy bonito y con una limpieza extraordinaria. La habitación es amplia pero con poca iluminación. Las ventanas eran muy pequeñas y estaban a ras de piso. No había ventilador por lo que en el día eran muy calurosas. El hotel está cercano a una clínica y lateral a una parada de microbús por lo que el ruido es constante durante el dia, por las noches es muy tranquilo. El lugar es céntrico y con fácil acceso a pie a lugares de interés, museos, el Zócalo y el área de los fuertes. El restaurante del hotel es pequeño pero confortable. Lo único que no me gustó en el fue la atención del mesero que básicamente como te ve te trata. Es destacable la atención y amabilidad de las camaristas y el personal de recepción que hicieron el check In y check out de forma rápida y amable. Calificaría mi estancia en forma buena, no era la primera vez que me hospedaba en este lugar, aunque mi experiencia anterior fue mucho mejor por el tipo de habitación la cual es mucho más cómoda por una diferencia de precio menor.
• Miguel (6/5): - El hotel en general bonito y limpio, sin embargo, para descansar no lo considero adecuado, hay mucho ruido de ambulancias ya que se encuentra enfrente de un hospital, así como de camiones que desde muy temprano provocan demasiado ruido, no sé si fue por la habitación que me toco, pero si eso no les afecta, puede ser una opción.
• Julio (10/5): - El hotel se encuentra “céntrico”, los recepcionistas fueron muy amables, realice el check in después de la hora normal de ingreso, y sin problema. Lo único que deberían mejorar son los colchones de la recámara, son un poco duros. Sin embargo, la experiencia fue agradable.

• Maria (6/5): Hotel cercano a puntos de interés - Es un hotel conveniente por la ubicación cercana a puntos de interés turístico, tiene un estacionamiento que resulta suficiente porque puede crecer al doble de su capacidad por la infraestructura de elevadores que tiene, el personal es muy amable, en mi caso no hubo puntualidad para proporcionar la habitación a tiempo, a las 4:30 pm aún no acababan de limpiarla, por lo que se tomó una habitación alterna que resultó tener ventilación escasa y ser muy caliente.

• danielle20164 (8/5): Wonderful staff, excellent value - We stayed in the executive rooms in the new building behind the front. The entry is across from a hospital and many guests are visiting patients. The hotel is located nine short blocks to the zocalo and there are many small shops along the way. One street over is a pedestrian street full of stores as well. The hotel is located a few blocks outside of the tourist area so it feels a bit less policed. The room was modern, great tv, two beds and a sleepable couch, terrace. Push button door locks were new and worked fine but probably not the safest in the long run. Yes, there is a strong fried oil smell, even in the back building, so one star off for that. Elevator access is good. Wifi is excellent. Secured garage as well. The price cannot be beat. The best thing is the management. They are professional, expedient and extremely kind as well. We saw the manager ministering to someone who may have lost a loved one at the hospital, but they also took all the time in the world to cater to our (minor) needs as well.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Hotel céntrico y bonito - La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, muy tranquila la zona donde se encuentra, la comida del bufete está excelente, el único pero que les pongo a las habitaciones es la poca ventilación que tienen, en las noches hace muchísimo calor y el cubrecama de plástico que tiene también está feo porque rechina cada que haces un ligero movimiento, de no ser por eso estaría EXCELENTE, gracias.

Las mejores son las habitaciones que no dan a la calle, ya que se escucha mucho ruido.Está tranquilo y cómodo..Leí otros comentarios muy positivos acerca de la comida y francamente a mi no me gustó. El barrio donde se ubica este hotel no es nada agradable de noche, así es que si se desea salir a caminar, no lo recomiendo. Aunque de día no hay problema, ya que esta muy céntrico. Pero el hecho de que el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y muy servicial, va mi mas amplia recomendación, sobre todo para quien no puede pagar por una habitación con mas comodidades. Estoy dispuesto a regresar.

• mscarolm (10/5): Nice little place, Good price - We stayed for several nights at this hotel. It had kind of a mid century modern feel. It was basic but comfortable,always hot water. The breakfasts were great. The staff friendly and helpful. Near enough to the Zocalo. A beautiful church next door. A little park across the street. Also very near to Banos San Jose a steam bath and massage place.We really enjoyed it.Not fancy but clean with everything you need.
• L3585BCdavidg (6/5): Good value for your money - The hotel looks nice from the outside and is situated pretty close to the center. The room we had was nice. It had two large beds and a spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Taking into consideration the price we paid this gave us a lot of value for our money. It is not a fancy hotel but it was totally ok.
• flipagain (8/5): A little out of the way but good value - The staff at this place are lovely and the rooms are very clean. We had a great balcony overlooking the street. Often that means noise at night, but the hotel is in a pretty quiet part of the city so it wasn't loud...except in the mornings, when the church next door rang its bells every 10 minutes or so starting at 6:30. That may have been because we were there close to Christmas; you may have better luck. The restaurant has a good selection but either we ordered poorly or the food isn't very good. If you're planning to do a lot of day trips out of Puebla via bus, this is a good place to stay because it's right near one of the few places in town where you can easily take public transit to the bus station (which is located quite far from the downtown core). If you're mostly in Puebla to see the lovely downtown core, you might find this hotel a bit far from the action. It's about a nine-block walk to the zocalo. I can't remember how long it took - maybe about 20 minutes? That's not at all unreasonable, but it could be disappointing if you weren't expecting it.
