Granted my stay was just after a storm so it could have been a temporary issue, but at least consider the need to use cellular data if you must. If connectivity is not an issue, however, this place is fine.

Susan (10/5): - I liked this quaint hotel. I would stay again for sure. It’s clean and every one of the staff are friendly. The attached restaurant, El Jefe, is excellent! The menu is Mexican, but with a unique take. I highly suggest you have a meal there while in Shawano.

Chuck (6/5): - The pool area was apparently rented by people for a large family party that took up all table space and seemed to be off limits to other guests and was very loud. One of the beds in our room had hair all over the sheets and they said it was due to the cold air causing static to attract the hair but they were clean. There were no USB plug ins in our room to charge a phone and we did not bring a wall plug adapter.

They were firmer than we like, but the served there purpose. The onsite Resturant El Jefe I give 5 Stars. The steak and sweet potato au gratin was AMAZING!!

William (6/5): - Respectfully the Four Seasons name is a little misleading as it’s not what you think of when you think of Four Seasons. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating for a late arrival and the pool area looked amazing. The hotel provided exactly what I needed… a bed to sleep in for 6 hours before the football game. If I was going to be staying longer I probably would invest more in a more updated hotel.
Verified traveler (2/5): - I was over charged by the property and when it was brought to there attention the told me it wasn't there problem. Staff was rude and charged my kids to swim for an hr with me. No sings were posted that there was a fee for non guests to have to pay to swim. I wouldnt recommend this place for anything other then the food it has to offer. Its outdated and the pool area ceiling is falling into the pool. Hot tub dont work well. The bed was amazing 👏 but that was all that was amazing at this place. I will not be staying here again when i come to visit next week i will pay a lesser amount and not get a pool and be treated with respect.

992cathys (10/5): Best sleep ever - What a wonderful place to stay. We were here 4 nights as a mini vaca and were thrilled at the hotel. While we did not use the pool I noted that it was a nice size and had a working whirlpool alongside it. The staff were professional and polite. We met the manager when we checked in and learned she worked the evenings while we stayed. What impressed us the most was how hands on she was. Our room was quite a distance from the front desk but when we had a problem, she was right there. I had l mentioned that my husband would celebrate his birthday the second night and wanted steak. She suggested we try El Jefe, a restaurant next to the hotel. I chose a burrito that had chicken, steak and shrimp in it. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak. Even though the airport is across the road, you don't hear a thing. Plus just a short way down the road are just about any restaurant you could want.

Vanessa (4/5): - During my stay at Shawno Four Seasons we experienced multiple incidents of the hotel being very unkept. When we checked in we noticed there was trash in our room from the last guest scattered about. We mentioned this to the front desk attendant and she advised her cleaning crew to clean our room again. We came back, and all of the trash was still there. We knew that nothing was going to be done about this, so we had to dispose of the garbage ourselves. Any other time we would have left immediately, but unfortunately we were not able to book another hotel at this time, as we were in for a wedding and needed to get to our festivities. Later in the evening we were headed to our car and noticed a large amount of vomit right outside the entertainment of the hotel. We were told it had already been reported, but was still there. The front desk staff was friendly at each encounter, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness during our stay. If you end up having to book here, I would throughly check your rooms.

JESSICA (4/5): - The property itself is pretty dated, but that would be acceptable if the service n attention were above average. The receptionist had an excuse for literally everything without even remotely listening to our grievances. We hung the Maid Service Please door hanger on the door handle, got no service in 2 days. Her answer: “oh, we never see those, you should’ve called”. Then why have the door hanger at all? Lesson learned. Never again.

The only downside was that the walls were thin and you could hear ppl in the hall talking and the shower next door to you running. Other than that I would recommend and definitely will go back if in the area.

Scott (10/5): Nice place to stay - Old, but well kept. There was only wall outlet by the bed which was located behind the bed. They had an 2 prong extension cord coming off of it. So if you have anything with 3 prongs, you need to bring an adapter with you if you wish to plug it in by the bed.
