• ANA (7/5): Quiet, relaxing and good location after a boat charter - beautiful beach, good restaurant with friendly staff. Noel at the reception desk was very helpful in arranging for dinner reservations and taxis It's very buggy so you need bug spray. After 1st day my legs and arms were covered in bites that were itchy. Not much to do at the resort. The pool area had limited shade. The loungers need to have umbrellas.

Location is remote, about 25 min from Road Town and 30 min from Cane Garden. Car is necessary. No hairdryer in room, need to request from housekeeping. Ocean was too rough to swim in.

Wir konnten - Herausragend seviceorientiertes, entgegenkommendes und flexibles Personal. Gutes Essen. Sauber. Ein wunderbarer Ort. Nach einem Segeltrip findet man definitiv alles, was man braucht.

The rooms were clean, beds were confortable and the check in was smooth. The beach is beautiful and is super long. We felt like we almost had it all to ourselves. Very pleasant stay.

There were very few guests there so every area allowed total relaxation but with the benefit of attentive friendly staff.

• Matteo (10/5): Great place to hang out and soak up the sun - The rooms are recently remodeled and in incredibly comfortable nestled in grounds that are impeccable with gorgeous landscaping and plants. Beach gorgeous: water can be choppy not always swimmable but were able to get in the water 4 days out of five. Pool is really gorgeous anyway. Staff resolved all minor issues and the restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price. Great place to relax. I strongly recommend it Nothing significant
• tahinee (7/5): Friendly staff and beautiful grounds not living up to their full potential - It's a great location and property grounds overall. The rooms seem to have been recently remodeled, are clean, and are spacious. However, the property needs more care. The grounds lacked some care: uncut grass, mold in the pool bottom, broken beach chairs, spiderwebs in outdoor lighting, etc. Additionally, there was absolutely NO SHADE in the pool area. No umbrellas, and the day beds were fully exposed to the sun the entire day.

Perfect location (next to Lambert Bay beach, white sand and turquoise waters) quite unspoilt area. Loved it. Also people in the hotel were very friendly and helped a lot in finding services for us: rent a car, boats… we had the tail of hurricaine Erin and we felt safe all the time though the heavy rains and wind in the island. Especially thanks to Noe and Geeta. And also to Tomasz and Eldore in the Turtle Restaurant. Super friendly and helpful! Kudos to all the staff!!!

• Jodil (6/5): - We recently revisited Lambert Beach hoping to enjoy an improved experience since our stay in 2023, unfortunately, that was not the case. Let’s start with the only highlight: the pool. It's genuinely beautiful and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing and the only redeeming feature of the property. Beyond that, things go downhill fast. The food is nothing short of terrible. For a place charging premium prices, the quality is shockingly low. We ordered something as basic as a burger and fries — and they somehow managed to mess that up. Dry and burnt patty, cold fries, and not a shred of care in the presentation or flavor. It’s baffling how such a simple meal could go so wrong. To make matters worse, it’s excruciatingly expensive for what you're getting. In 2023, the food was at least passable. Now, it’s a complete letdown. No improvement whatsoever, if anything, it’s declined. Bottom line: You’re paying top-tier prices for bottom-tier quality. Unless you’re going just to enjoy the pool and plan to eat elsewhere, I’d strongly reconsider.

• Amy (4/5): Great Location & Beach… but definitely a 3 star property! - Wyndham Tortola has so much potential — the location is beautiful, right on the ocean with stunning views, and the overall look and feel of the property is really nice. The beach at Lambert Bay was honestly the highlight for me: clean, clear waters, no seaweed, and just a peaceful, relaxing spot. Truly amazing. The staff were honestly incredible — warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I was surprised there wasn’t an iron or a hair dryer, which felt like an odd miss for a resort. The restaurant was decent — food was okay but could use a little boost in quality. I wouldn’t plan to eat there more than once. The drinks, however, were very good and definitely a plus! Where the property really needs work is in the maintenance of the grounds. The landscaping was overgrown and untidy in a lot of areas, which took away from the overall experience. The beach chair area especially could use some love and upkeep. The pool also looked pretty uninviting — deep green and definitely not something we felt comfortable swimming in. With some care and attention to the grounds and amenities, this place could be amazing. It’s not quite there yet, but it has all the right pieces. I had high hopes for Wyndham Tortola because the location has so much potential, but unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The grounds were dirty and clearly not maintained — overgrown landscaping, trash in some areas, and just an overall unkempt feel. The pool was honestly the worst part. It was so deep and a nasty green and murky it was completely unswimmable. I made the mistake of getting in briefly and ended up with a nasty rash, which was incredibly frustrating and concerning. Clearly, the water quality is not being managed properly. It’s a shame, because with the right care and management, this place could be great. But as it stands, it needs a lot of work. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here until major improvements are
