Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Quiet location, comfortable furniture, Typical condo rental with supplies but we had rented condo before so we brought some supplies along
- Linda (10/5): - we were very satisfied with condo and the location. however would like to have had larger bath towels
- jennifer (8/5): - We experienced issues with the internet. It took a great deal of time to resolve the issue. We also noticed that there were area's where the walls were very dirty. The couch in the living room was very worn and uncomfortable to sit in. The bed were wonderful. The location was great!
- Ted (10/5): - Our condo was very nice, it was close to the strip and silver dollar city yet we still had privacy and the quiet of being out of the city. Our great granddaughter (4) called it our Branson home. Loved it. The only problem we had was there was no elevator so it was a little hard for me to get up and down the stairs. I still gave it a 5 however because it was a nice place to stay for anyone. Next time I will need to make sure that the condo is either ground floor or has an elevator.
- Craig (8/5): Branson Condo - The condo was nicely located close to 76 highway. The beds were to tall for my parents in their eighties to climb into them, not a chair in the bedroom to sit on to put on shoes. The shower seemed to have the hot and cold water reversed. The club house was closed when we went, and our pass did not unlock the doors.
The condo had plenty of room for two couples. TV in each bedroom was nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked the porch and the golf course. Could use more blankets and pillows.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was VERY nicely furnished and felt like home from the moment we walked in.
- Katie (6/5): Good location, but in need of attention to details - We booked this condo specifically for the 3 bathrooms due to the number of adults in our party. Soon discovered the toilet was not functioning in the hall, and the strategically placed plunger provided next to the toilet, was useless. Very disappointing as this was a main selling point to choose this condo. Additionally there was water left in the bathtub in one of the rooms, assuming during the cleaning, and there was not enough hand soap for each sink (There is no bar soaps provided). The mattresses were soft and showing signs of wear, so every turn of a partner was felt by the other. Location was decent, and the view from the patio was nice. Just need some attention paid to the details. And a non working toilet, is a huge detail....
- Vickie (10/5): - We had a awesome stay, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. I will diffently come back and stay again. Thank you for a great weekend!
- Paul (8/5): - Quiet property, nice pool and clubhouse. Wifi free is a great plus. Full facilities for being @home away from home.
- perry (8/5): AR Traveler - Nice stay in great area
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The shower head was missing in one of the bathrooms, and it did not get fixed until the following day. It was very, very clean, but a missing shower head should have been noticed and fixed prior to our stay.
- Keeley (10/5): - Awesome condo!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant condo - Pool privileges not available for this condo. Air conditioning not working for 2 days of stay. 79-82 in condo. Repaired afternoon of second day.
- Radean (8/5): Comfortable - The condo was very comfortable. Love the location!
- RV (10/5): Nice place to stay. Close to all the attractions. - Overall the stay was great. The main issue we had, is no indoor pool. When you book the prop, you don't know the exact prop you will be at some have indoor pools and some don't. We were told we couldn't go to another prop that had one available. The other minor issue was certain necessities in the condo unit was not stocked.. like extra toilet paper, dish washer rinse and dish detergent, garbage bags. Didn't notice it was missing until we needed it.
- Karrie (10/5): Beautiful place! - The condo was wonderful, my only complaint was half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and none in the other, also no extra trash bags! Other than that it was great! We could only afford that place in the off season, but we will definitely go back in the off season! :)
- Diana (4/5): Make sure you get the Condo you booked!! - I didn't get to stay where I booked, which was a luxury condo. I was moved to a condo that was "ok" but certainly by no means "luxury". The bed in the smaller bedroom (and boy do I mean "smaller"!!) almost sat right on the ground. The TV didn't work and I had to call to get it fixed. The WIFI never did work the entire stay.
- Cara (6/5): Lots of Space, Not a Lot of Customer Service - The condo was quite large, but since it is in a complex where people live year round, it is NOT family friendly if you have kids and not a great view. It also did not have everything in the condo we needed, nor a front desk to call if you needed something. The response to our requests was hit or miss and only came after our negative review of check-in where we got yelled at by the neighbor for “running on the stairs” (which we were not-just unloading our car) and found no bedding for the pull-out couch, nor any potholders or Kleenex. Things you can normally get quickly from a vacation condo complex.
- Britt (6/5): - Started out good. 1St morning had a large water leak in main bath. They moved us to new condo which was much better. Had no problem with owner group.
- Richard (8/5): Christmas with family - Location was convenient to the strip. For an older property it was in good shape. When renting two units for all of us to be close, we got units in different buildings instead of units next to each other
- Jackie (8/5): Fun times in BrNson. - The accommodations were very nice especially for the price. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes and you had to be careful as there were dishes that had been put up dirty. 6 set of towels and one hand towel per bath, for six people three days, was not adequate. It required that we do laundry, which I prefer not to do when on vacation. On the plus side, there was a functioning washer and drawer. The handle was broken off of the microwave door which made it difficult to use. But I would recommend it.
- Cindy (6/5): - Overall nice stay. Clean but very dated (shag carpets, old appliances). Would have liked to see more towels and sheets. You're completely on your own. No one meets you, no one around at the club house so no pool towels. Fitness center is one nautilus machine and one treadmill. All old.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Condo was stated as golf view, not the case
- Ruth (8/5): Nice condo, nice setting. - Very pleasant, relaxing time. Reasonable price. The coffee pot was broken, but there was a tea kettle, so we used it as a drip pot.
- logan (4/5): Would not Recommend - This review was for our stay at the Champions Of Thousand Hills. Upon first entering the unit it looks nice and clean and that is where is ends. Our party consisted of 4 people; myself, my father and 2 11 year olds. My dad took 1 room and we had the other. The rooms had a musty smell that I think was coming from both the old carpet and the bed linens. There was a small fold out couch in my room and I decided that would be where my kids would sleep so we pulled it out to put sheets on it and saw a big blood stain on the mattress. I figured it would be OK as long as the sheets would cover it. Pulled the sheets from the closet and they were filled with stains so I threw them in the washing machine to wash before making the bed. If you plan on using this couch, bring and additional sheet to lay on the bloody mattress because their sheet does not stay on and my daughter was laying on top of the stain every morning.
The window in our bedroom was covered by a big blanket rather than curtains. 2 bath towels for showering was all that was given.
If there are people staying in the unit above you plan on not getting any sleep, especially if they are up late at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every drawer opening, door closing, walking, running, hearding cattle, conversations, etc. from above us. I don't think they slept and as a result, we didn't either. I was surprised at the condition of the unit and our experience here based on all of the reviews. Not coming back.
- Lori (10/5): Perfect location - Great place to stay and very close to all activities!! But still very quiet so you could relax if you wanted to.
- Jake (8/5): spacious living room and the kitchen - it was a pleasant stay but the living room pullout couch bed was not comfortable. The location is very good.
- Cheryl (6/5): Too expensive for what you get - The condo was fairly nice, but as others have said, it could use some updating. The kitchen sink clogged the first day, but one phone call and the maintenance person took care of it. The dishwasher still had standing water as it had become crooked and hadn't drained. My husband situated it back and it seemed fine. The vertical blinds to the deck were falling apart (literally) and really need replacing. Also, there was bag of sheets for the sofabed left in a garbage sack by the door with two clean towels on top. We assumed the sheets where clean. They appeared to be. But why not leave them inside clearly folded and ready to be used?? No spare blankets to be found so we had to use one of the bed comforters for a blanket for the sofa bed. On a positive note, we loved the spaciousness of the place for our family of 5. The pool area was easily accessible and clean. I just felt like for paying about $225 per night (with all taxes and fees), it should've been a lot nicer/newer of a place overall.
- Bruce (10/5): Nice Condo central location - Condo had 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room 2 bathrooms and a balcony. There was also a washer and dryer in the kitchen
Location was central and close to the strip.
Entry codes for the condo and pool were sent to us by e-mail.
There is no lobby or maids
- at (2/5): I give this experience a F - it was horrible...opened the door and it was dirty pizza boxes and trash everywhere, crumbs all over floor, beds had not been changed towels dirty on floor, it was a mess. My 3 year old granddaughter took off her shoes and just walking a few feet her feet got black on bottom it was so nasty. We were tired and had traveled 5 hours to get there and was just totally blown away that the condo had not been cleaned. I called and was given another condo to stay in at another resort 9 MILES AWAY thru busy traffic, I will never book a condo with this group again and I have been to Branson many times over years never expected to have this kind of an experience.
- curlee (8/5): BATH TUBE - the bath tub plug did not seal off the water leaked out could not take good bath wife very unhappy
- stefanie (10/5): - Enjoyed the condo. Perfect for family vacation. Not far from main strip. Just needed more bed pillows.
- Terri (10/5): Lap of luxury! - Was so beautifully decorated, didn't want to touch anything!
- Sandra (10/5): Just like home... - We really had a great stay. Unit was great. It stormed and rained a LOT!!!! Water came in the screened in porch and was standing (no drainage area) may need to look at that because the downstairs unit said water was coming in their unit from above. The layout was great on this unit. The supplies were really appreciated. Lots of things in kitchen that were helpful (salt and pepper, flour, etc.) Nice touch. I would put handles on the kitchen cabinets and drawers. The furniture and beds were very comfortable
- Brian (6/5): Grandma let us stay at her place - It's a nice condo decorated in 1980 and hasn't really evolved. Heads up from the owner that toiletries - even a starter kit - would be required would have been nice. The housekeeper left an unsubtle tip envelope on the stove. Unfortunately she also left the stove on - one of the burners was left on high. Probably bumped during cleaning. Luckily I noticed it and even more lucky she didn't burn the pace down.
Good location about a mile off the strip. Would hold 3 couples nicely as there is a sofa bed or a good sized family.
- Harold (6/5): - The bed was worn out, and sloped to the middle. The jetted tube was broken. You could tell the place had been closed up for a well, because of the musty smell.
- Amy (10/5): Nice condo in a convenient location. - The Greens at Thousand Hills is a very nice condo complex and fully met my family's needs for our Branson vacation. The 2 bed/2 bath unit has a nice layout and golf course view. The full kitchen was nice, and washer/dryer was a bonus. A little bit older unit (the blinds are showing wear), but the price was very fair. There is no front desk, but check-in and check-out were easy. The owners are very responsive to inquiries, and when our cable tv did not work, they fixed it as soon as they could. We would definitely stay here again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel homestay type, close to most attraction - Overall very good property to stay particularly if one is with kids and need a fully equipped kitchen and open space for kids to run around.
Housekeeping is not there during stay, we stayed for 04 nights. There is no staff on property but help through sms and calls. We had a little hiccup with gatecode but nothing much. We will return here anytime.
- James (10/5): Wonderful thanksgiving! - Excellent location. Perfect accommodations for our family (4 adults, 2 children). Very nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
- Tina (10/5): Comfortable stay - Our condo had everything we needed and all was in good working condition. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. WiFi was a bonus that you don't always get at a condo.
- Linda (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay but someone smoked in the room and we are allergic. We were not comfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice rooms close to the dhows - I would highly recommend the condos and absolutely book again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice condos - Nice room but the room was supposed to sleep 6 but did not. Had to go get a blow up mattress
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I shouldn't be required to write a review. 50 Characters.
- Linda (6/5): Inexpensive Condo close to strip. - The rate was good. The location is good for the strip. Apparently the property allows animals.
- Verified traveler (8/5): very well located to all events - Only issue was the jetted tub did not work, the condo was great, location was great very quiet and peaceful. Condo was awesome very home like! Would stay here again
- Scott (10/5): Huge Condo! Our family loved it - Great condo, the place was giant! The bed was very comfortable, the neighbors were permanent residents and were very quiet! I would stay again in a heartbeat, be sure to look for the welcome email from the property the day before arrival as there is no front desk at herr, also the wifi password in email was wrong and is on the router under living room tv.
- Roger (6/5): Great Room and location, BUT... - WE were pleased with the size, location, and cleanliness, and Cable service in the unit. The room has two bedrooms and 2 baths on a golf course with large enclosed patio. It would benefit from better bed linens and pillows on the (only OK) beds. Needs room darkening curtains on front "guest" bedroom because outside "security" light is on ALL night.
We paid a "Resort Fee" but thought that it had been waived for Hotels.com guests. We'd have expected some sort of super service for the Resort Fee (free local shuttle, or some sort of premium service...but we had NO Personal Contact with any hotel reps at all. Prior to arrival, we got an e-mail with the front door entry code, and that was it PERIOD. We would have expected more from a "Hotel Booking" rather than a less than standard 'Condo" booking.
- Denis (10/5): The best - Great
