Guest Reviews
- Lindsay (10/5): - Clean , lots to do around the area
- Justin (10/5): - Wonderful stay with plenty of amenities, walking distance!
- Caige (8/5): Good Stay, A Bit Complicated Check-in - A nice, clean hotel in a good area. Feels more like an Aparthotel than a regular hotel. Finding reception is a bit complicated and you have to enter the rooms through the parking garage, which was a bit strange. The rooms were spacious and suite-like with a small kitchen and large bathroom. The blinds in the bedroom were shutters, so there was no way to keep the nighttime lights or sunshine in the morning out unfortunately. I would stay here again since it’s a walkable and quiet area and the staff was very nice.
- GoPlaces565733 (10/5): You will never want to get out of Bed - Best Hotel I have stayed in. Clean and just a few maintenance in room (paint, scuff marks). Bed spectacular as was the front desk receptionist who always seemed to be working. Beautiful grounds and once you figured it out, not a problem getting aound. Great, and I meat great, health club, Room 313 Labor Day weekend Matthews Wedding party
- Nakia (10/5): - I loved the amenities that were offered
- LINDA (10/5): - It feels like home
- Tatum (10/5): - I feel completely safe and I know this area. Staff are wonderful and rooms are clean and nicely maintained
- Cynthia (10/5): - This is a lovely little hotel
- BRIAN (6/5): - Called us after booking and did not have a room for us. Had to book somewhere else.
- Lawrence (10/5): - This placevis very enchanting.
- Eric (4/5): - Broken doorbell, badly stained carpets, thermostat didn’t work. Cabinets coming unlamanated, bedding torn and full of holes. Icemaker didn’t work, blinds broken and missing, master tv didn’t work, 2nd bedroom tv very pixelated. Called concierge twice got voice mail promising a call back that never came. There is no way the room we had was a 4 diamond property room!! Very overpriced!!!!
- Kelli (10/5): Beautiful hotel - Wonderful help at the front desk. Our room was beautiful! Updated and very comfortable
We will definitely be staying here again.
- Trey (10/5): - Good experience
- Katie (6/5): - The room had a very musty smell and in general it seems there are some on going maintenance issues.
- Katie (4/5): - Every room I’ve stayed in at this hotel has had a musty smell that is very noticeable as did this one. Cleanliness was not great and front desk experience is different—especially depending on the day.
- Jasmeet (10/5): - Nice spacious clean rooms;
Nice pool and recreation area
- 310kerris (2/5): Do not recommend ever - This is the second time we've attempted to stay at this hotel. Both times ended with us having to leave early due to an obnoxious overly fragrant smell in the room (think bed, bath, and beyond candles on steroids). On our recent attempt, the smell was so strong my wife got a headache and we couldn't even stay through the night. We ended up driving back home because all the area hotels where full due to a festival in the city. We let the office know; they were unable to give a partial refund even though we had to leave and drive home that night. In all fairness they didn't charge us for the second night.
- jamie (10/5): - Great location
- Daphanie (8/5): - The property is beautiful! Please remove the carpet out of the room
- Paul (2/5): - Ordered items never received it had to go to the front desk before I left to ensure I wasn’t charged for the items I ordered at room service
- Pamela (4/5): - Poor room service. Bed not made in 4 days. Had to ask for clean towels. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Dirty room.
- lisa l (10/5): - Beautiful, two bedroom, separate kitchen, dining, and living room even a little balcony to go out on loved it
- Ronniesha (10/5): - Loved it!
- Martin (8/5): - The hotel was very nice but the amenities where quite a walk away
- Dr. Jason (10/5): - Excellent stay!
- JESSICA (10/5): - Very nice property
- Sandy (10/5): - Check in was easy, staff super accommodating and helpful. Nice comfortable stay
- Gayle (10/5): - Great everything...Locatioon, comfy, polite helpful staff!!
- Barbara (8/5): - The room we had was very nice. A large suite with two bedrooms. The only issue we had was we felt like it took a long time for it to heat up.
- sheldon (10/5): - Well kept and clean
- Kaitlyn (8/5): Will stay again - Nice room. Newly remodeled
- Julianne (10/5): - Loved the area and the room
- Ellen (4/5): Disappointed at the Carriage House - While the room appeared clean upon arrival, the fact that my 10 month old baby’s hands & feet were filthy black from crawling around proved us otherwise. That was rather disappointing.
I specifically selected this hotel for the kid-friendly pool area. We arrived at 3:30pm, quickly unpacked, and changed to go swimming. Then after having to get directions to the pool from a random staff member, since it was not posted anywhere, and walking a good 1/2 mile to the pool area, we were told it was closing in two minutes (5pm). Pool hours were not provided at check-in & were not listed in the hotel binder in the room. The 5pm closing did not match the signs on the pool either. Nevertheless, we inquired about the opening time for the next day expecting to enjoy the amenities then. Much to our disappointment, we arrived to find that the water to the kid slide & splash area were turned off. We politely asked if it could be turned on & were told these amenities were not available after Labor Day. I spoke with the manager & was told there was nothing he could do since I booked through hotels.com. Apparently the pool hours & closure are posted on the hotel website/social media but is not communicated to its partnering booking agencies, as I could find no notice of this on hotels.com. So we were able to swim in the pool at our own risk but no other kid-friendly options as advertised. Should have booked a less expensive hotel with a pool and could have swam until 10pm.
- Brent (10/5): - .
- James (10/5): - Really nice boutique hotel, had a great stay
- Mark (10/5): - Very interesting set up and parking access to room extremely efficient
- Lesley (6/5): Old fashioned, needs updating - Clean but very dated and old fashioned.
Pool is not on the same site as the hotel but you can cross a very busy road to access the leisure facilities.
- Shana (10/5): - This hotel is lovely. It’s a nice spot nestled in the heart of Lafayette. The decor & building was lovely! Triple crown molding which is rare in a hotel. 12 foot ceilings with great furniture throughout. The bed was even amazing. Very quiet & peaceful. My husband & I had a very romantic stay. Everyone at the hotel was lovely. We had zero issues with anything at the hotel. Only thing is the walls are very thin. Our room was directly across from the entrance to the Parking garage. The door slammed really loudly. Next time we will request a room away from the entrance. There was a wedding happening the night we stayed. They were having a great time but we were able to hear most of their party. I brought my noise cancelling earbuds so I was able to sleep. When checking out the front desk let us know security did ask them to quiet down & they obliged. Overall it’s my new fave spot to stay in Lafayette & will most certainly be back!
- Michael (6/5): - Very nice room. Bed sheet did not fit properly, sheet kept coming undone. Mattress was too firm.
- Janet (10/5): - This was a really nice stay. More like a community rather than just a hotel.
- Stephen (8/5): - The room was really good, but the restaurant and bar and pool are a distance away from the accommodation. Breakfast isn't served and the concierge isn't available until 08.30
- Michael (10/5): Great stay as always - Always great to stay there. It’s in a very nice location
- Linda (10/5): Great location for rhythms on the river - Everything was wonderful, but I did find the furniture dated, and the kitchen ill equipped. I definitely did not need the kitchen on my trip and the furniture was quite comfortable. I’d love to schedule a return trip when the need arises!
- Julie (6/5): Overall, a medium-ish stay. - The furniture in the room was very worn out…which made sitting on the sofa questionable. The kitchen was nice, but there was someone’s makeup smeared on the bathroom wall. The bed was comfortable, but the front desk staff was short with us when we checked in.
- Ray (10/5): - Very nice stay.
- Faye (8/5): - Nice quiet comfortable beds
- Pamela (6/5): - Outside looks lovely. Inside the rooms need refreshing. Light didn’t work in walk-in closet. Called front desk and no one came. No toilet paper in bathroom. Had to go hunting for the one roll in room.
- James (10/5): - Great property
- Shelly (4/5): - The check in process was complicated- the front desk is located in a different building than the guest suites, and it wasn't made very clear to us how to get from one place to the other. There was no information provided on how to access the walkway to the River Club pool. I expect with a property that spans multiple buildings, there would be adequate directions given, signage posted, etc. but that was not the case here. Also, the WiFi in our room did not work at all- we used the password provided to access the network and no devices could stay connected due to such a poor connection. It took me 5 tries to reach someone at the front desk re: these issues, even though I was calling during their stated business hours. I expect more from a hotel that touts itself as "luxury" as I've had much better service at lower star properties.
- Jane (8/5): - We like that it is walkable to the River Ranch shops.
The room that we had was very disappointing. The shower head and the tiles were full of black mold. The blowdryer was melted which is a safety and fire hazard. Out sofa had holes in it and the make up mirror did not work.
We have styaed at this property before and it was very nice. Maybe it was just a bad room and isolated incident.
- brentlD9837DN (2/5): Terrible hotel - First the front desk girl was very rude. When asked if we could check in 30 minutes early she would not check to see if the room was clean and told us that we could not check in until after 3 pm. We returned at 3 and the front desk was unattended. We called the hotel number and phone rang got voice mail. She finally came after 3:30 and gave us the keys and acted put out when we asked how to get to our room. The phone didn’t work and I had to fix it. The internet never worked. No luggage carts were available to get our luggage to our room.
- Fayrabee (6/5): - You can hear everything happening in the hallways and other rooms. Confusing to find check-in area and parking. Housekeeping was extremely loud in the hallways in the morning. Comfy bed and blankets!
- Timothy (8/5): - Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Parking was off the street and in a 3 story secure garage. No worries about the chronic car break-ins the town is famous for. The room smelled a bit musty when i first arrived, not too bad but didnt notice it after a few minutes. Housekeeping was a let down. The coffee station in the room was not replenished during my stay. One day the fresh towels were left on a table near the front door and not put in the bathroom. The used towels were not collected either so i guess the housekeeper was in a rush. Walking to restaurants and to the park was easy, the fitness center and the pool were well managed. Overall the Carriage House is the ONLY hotel i will use in Lafayette. Its a few more dollars but the safety and peace of mind is well worth it.
- Greg (8/5): - Excellent hotel in the heart of River Ranch.
- Debbie (10/5): - Loved everything about Carriage House except the inability to control the thermostat. It could get pretty warm but could not lower the temperature because it apparently was fixed by management.
- stevenmY37RJ (2/5): Horrible experience - The property is very well-kept and nice looking. At check in we had to wait on the Front Desk employee to finish what she was doing on her cellphone to get checked in. The property is very spread out and she did not offer to tell us where to go. She was annoyed that we had to ask for directions to get to our room. The next morning at 8am there was a loud knocking at the door as the housekeeper was trying to enter our room. I jumped up out of bed and told her we were still in the room. 9am again, loud knocking at the door as the housekeeper was attempting to enter the room. 10am once again there was ANOTHER loud knock at the door as housekeeping was attempting to enter the room. FOR A THIRD TIME I told her we were still in the room and she asked how much longer we would be? My wife and I have 3 young children who normally wake up early so we were really looking forward to the opportunity to sleep in on our trip. NOPE! We were not only woken up multiple times but had nothing done about it when I called the front desk to ask if that was normally how they push guests out of their rooms on their check out date. Why am I paying a premium price for a room at a "Diamond rated" hotel for this type of treatment? We come to Lafayette VERY often and have stayed at a cheaper hotels and had better service from the staff. I am VERY disappointed in how this luxury boutique hotel treats their guests. Front desk at check out did not care and simply said "sorry about that" when I talked to her.

- Christopher (10/5): - What I like about the hotel is the cleanliness.
- Joseph (8/5): - The property is clean and pretty. However, the website advetises a pool and lazy river which unfortunately closes at 5 pm Friday- Sunday??!! Also the City Club which is supposed to be part of the amenities is not open on week-ends. These were 2 of the main reasons that we chose this property. The website should indicate that these amenities are not available on these days. The property cost more than our other options but we chose the property for the amenities.
- LittleMistyE (4/5): No TP, Towels, Service! - Our room was nice and spacious, but there is a complete lack of service in this hotel. We were told at checkin that we would get daily service to refresh our room unless we put a DND sign on our door. We are a family of 4 (2 small kids), and we did not get towels replaced in our our room after the first day. I called the front desk and requested towels, and they never delivered them to our room the entire rest of the stay. We also had one roll of toilet paper and ran out of toilet paper, and when we called, the lady at the front desk said she could not bring us TP.
In addition, the fitted sheets on the bed are way too small (the mattress was very comfortable and big!), but every time you turned over or got in or out of bed, the fitted sheets came off the corners. We woke up every morning on top of the mattress pad because the sheets came off. I attempted to find a manager listed at the hotel to contact to complain before writing this review, but there is no information anywhere for a customer service manager or hotel manager for this hotel. I am very disappointed that we spent what we did for a no-service hotel.
- Carlton (6/5): - The property wasn't bad. However, the room was not cleaned before my arrival, amenities were not many, and finding the room was not easy during after hours check in. Over all, the experience was not terrible.
- Briand50847 (2/5): Very disappointed with the hotel and AAA for it’s rating of the Hotel. - Hotel states AAA 4 Diamond rated. That is bogus! Looking up using AAA’s own website and the criteria for specific rating. The hotel is 1 star at best.
The hotel is run down. Carpets throughout are stained and dirty.
The staff very unfriendly , not helpful and with Attitude.
No Room Service, No onsite restaurant even though it states you have access to the “prestigious” City Club that has limited hours closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
No housekeeping service
No luggage assistance not even luggage carts
Rooms suite style, but old rundown and dirty.
With the 4 star rating one can no longer trust AAA’s ratings.
Stay away from this Hotel!!
- Mike (4/5): Won’t be back - We stayed there for two nights, and our room was not clean. We had to call down to the front desk to get fresh linens delivered. Upon checking out I told the girl about our experience and she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Several cheaper hotel rooms in the area. They provide much better service. Disappointing.
- Keaton (10/5): - Love the rooms very cozy and love the area. Will be staying again.
- sammyk990 (2/5): No thank you - Room wasn’t clean. They sent us up to the room and it was disgusting. Multiple other people checking in had the same problem with their room. Blamed it on a wedding the night before. Staff did not seem to be sympathetic, or realize what a problem it was. Didn’t have a room to offer.
- connie (4/5): - All the complicated doors you have to get to your room It’s very confusing annoying
Hotel furniture is so out dated then the pool they show on their website is bogus you walk ways out to get to pool it’s not the hotel pool it’s everybody pool in river ranch
The ONLY feature I Liked about this hotel is has a very nice garage to park your car Customers BEWARE of all those doors you have to go through to get to your room
- Carolyn (6/5): - Layout of property in regards to check in area and location of hotel buildings needs improvement. Confusing for newly checked in first time guests. Okay once you familiarize yourself with layout but very confusing up to that point. Not enough signage for clarification. Breakfast very disappointing for such a beautiful upscale hotel . Food options should be upgraded and an inside eating area with tables and chairs should be readily available. Also too many doors with no signs notating exit/hallway access to rooms. Hotel building access needs upgrading due to security issues. Not safe for first time guests especially during late night/evening hours . Also if a guest misplaces or loses their building access card they have to go back to check in area for another one ! Lots of walking with no one around especially late at night/evening creates a safety hazard. Maybe some kind of inside access or security escort to room areas needs to be provided. The actual hotel was very very nice but location accessible issues need to be addressed in regards to safety concerns.
- Vanessa (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Bed was comfortable. The dining options close by were great. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
- Margaret (6/5): Not worth the price!!! - The hotel is very dated. The room looked clean but there were dated fixtures and it was dingy. The telephone did not work so you could not use it to call the front desk. The coffee maker in the rooms were very small and did not work. There was "complimentary breakfast" in the lobby but it was very limited. There was a Keurig in the lobby but the first day they had run out of coffee. It is not worth the high price. I feel it has lost its 4 star rating! The rooms are spacious but that is all! The bathroom was a nightmare. The water was not hot so we had to take cold showers. We have stayed there before in past years and we felt this was not the same experience. When we arrived, the staff was friendly but you couldn't contact them without going down to the front desk, which is not an easy task. Also, only one of our keys worked! We kept having to go get another key!
- Giorgina (10/5): - Beds are so comfy
- graydon (8/5): - Great location
- Verified traveler (6/5): 4 diamond????? really????? - Overall a bad stay. First room had mildew and water dripping form ceiling. They moved us to a room with two queens when we booked a king and was told they didnt have another king room. Another employee later told us they had plenty other king rooms (guess she was lazy.) next day we noticed mildew on the ceiling in THAT room! Maintenance told us it is likely an AC issue. GOT MOVED AGAIN. This time the room was great! Minimal staff was present. I asked for the manager numerous times but we were never contacted by him/her. when we went to check out, literally no employee present. someone showed up 20 minutes later and was obviously late for work and hung over with virtually no motivation. We will be back as we were told they were transferring management and all previous stays have been excellent.
- Peggy (10/5): Clean and comfortable b - Somewhat confusing to locate office and hotel but no issues other than that.
- Wesley (2/5): - Rude and charged me double
- Christine (10/5): - Very nice place! I’ll stay longer next time- great location- clean- peaceful!
- Courtney (8/5): - This is always my choice to stay when I am in Lafayette because of it's access to the City Club next door, has a giant pool, fitness facility, nice dining options from casual to fine, and is exceptionally convenient for parking. Easy to get in and out of and located on the end of Lafayette that is pretty safe and doesn't flood. Traffic between 7-8am and wild if you aren't out of town by 4:30pm. Quiet rooms, nice and cold, beds are semi soft/firm so perfect night's rest, and the one bedroom king suite is MORE than enough room for myself and my husband. Jada at the front desk is always exceptionally pleasant and greets everyone with a great level of service!
- maxxilaunch (6/5): Sister staycation - This hotel could be a real gem but several areas were lacking. While the check-in desk clerk was very friendly and professional, she failed to tell us anything about the pool or any amenities, nothing about breakfast. We had to revisit the desk a few times to ask questions. Upon arrival, our room was still being cleaned after check-in time. The room's bathroom had a dirty, sticky floor and traces of old toothpaste or something white was still.on the faucet handle and backsplash. There was NO HANDSOAP! They had run out. Staff should have sourced soap locally if their inventory was depleted. The mini kitchen area had a couple of glasses and plates but NO UTENSILS! I called for utensils but they didn't have any. I had to request coffee stirrers because none were provided, and no spoons provided.
The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well.
Upon checkout, we found the breakfast foods on display but without plates and napkins. No one was working the desk to receive our key and garage card return. There were loud voices in the back and after waiting a while I had to raise my voice "HELLO" to get someone's attention from the back office. An improvement of management with professional hotel and guest service experience could bring this small hotel up to par.
- Tiffany (10/5): 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Beautiful property. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- Yvonne (10/5): - We loved our stay at the Carriage House Hotel! Even though it was only for one night it was lovely. We will be back!
- Dana (10/5): - The room was one of the best I’ve stayed in with lovely design and a nice separation of living and sleeping areas that includes two TVs so there’s no problem settling viewing disputes. We had a problem with our thermostat that was handled in mere minutes and she made us feel like welcome family members while taking care of the problem. Also, you’re given an access card to enter from your garage level so security so it seems much more secure than other properties. Such an amazing property and friendly staff! I’m actually hoping we have reason to stay in Lafayette overnight again so we can return to Carriage House.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - We came back here because we were so please, but the l breakfast was very disappointing, In the small lobby and the coffee machine was broken.
- 147bartb (2/5): Avoid room 3201 - Never stay in Room 3201!!! The parking spot is horrible and the free wifi is false advertising, as it never worked in 4 days. We called the front desk several times and their only response was “we’ll get IT to reboot the system”. What’s most aggravating is the fact that others on here have been complaining about this same issue, in the same room, for over a year.
- Ginalyn D (10/5): - It is very pleasant and clean. Service was always great. Very upscale neighborhood that has a lot of restaurants and store nearby. Had my birthday 2 years ago at one of their party room and it was an excellent venue and food was really delicious.
- silvertraveller50 (2/5): Worn Out Hotel and Dirty Hotel - The Hotel is worn out and needs a complete remodel. The furniture and floors are all beat up.
The internet is vey poor so if you are a business person it is better to use your cellular internet.
Housekeeping is very poor and thus the rooms are dirty. We did not have housekeeping for several days and had to ask for towels.
It too bad that management and ownership don't care. It has a lot a potential to be a much better hotel than it currently is as it is located in a lovely are of Lafayette.
This would be a classic case for Cornell University to do a Management Restructure Turn Around Study.
- Alfredo (2/5): Very color struck vibes - It was horrible the front desk working didn’t know anything and she was very unprofessional
- Debra (4/5): Yuck - I don’t know how they received a 4 star rating
This hotel needs updated
We won’t stay there again
- A422GApatrickp (2/5): No Internet.... Only in our room... IT person unavailable - For a luxury Hotel you would expect the normal services even Hotel 6 would provide like internet.
The room they provided us was not clean and messy. Do not stay in 3201. WORSE ROOM!!! REALLY BAD PARKING SPOT FOR THIS ROOM.
No wifi means limited entertainment options. My kids wanted internet for entertainment and I needed it for work. Complained and started looking for new hotel and they told us we would be charged for full stay.
Why would anyone want to stay here if this is there policy. Most hotels will let you leave early.
- Jawaelynn (10/5): - It’s was great! I will definitely be going back! It is a great area to do things ! And awesome Amenities
- LARRY (10/5): Cajun Country Comfort - Room was nice and large. Hotel was clean and in a great location. Friendly staff. Free onsite garage parking was close to the room.
- Jennifer (10/5): Great stay!! - We were very pleased with our stay here! We stayed only one night for the Lauren Daigle concert in town. I wish we would have stayed longer to utilize the "All Access" amenities they offer with your stay here. What we didn't know is that it is a condominium and not a hotel. They consider themselves a "Boutique hotel". On their grounds they have multiple shop's, spa services, gym, tennis court's, the country club and SUCH MUCH MORE! Another thing we absolutely loved is their extra security steps they took to better ensure their guest's are well protected without any worry. Another huge PLUS for us was the fact they had a parking garage to your floor of your room for you to park at. We had a king suite and the amount of room in them in awesome!! You have a small kitchenette area with a sink and mini fridge. They have a small living room area with a tv, vanity area, and a huge area for their bedroom part.
- cheyenneapril (10/5): Love the river ranch vibe! - Driving from Texas to Florida and stopped in Lafayette for a night. Great location in river ranch. Nice secure parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Great hot shower. Coffee and mini fridge in room. Pool was a bit of a walk but we did not use it. Loved the walkable wine bar/restaurant close by. Will stay again!
- cheryl (8/5): - I like how safe it was
- Angel (10/5): - Everything was great… my only complaint is that they advertise online that they are pet friendly- main reason I booked with them..When I checked in they said they aren’t pet friendly.. but I already had brought my yorkies & they said it would be okay because of Hurricane Ida. But while at breakfast on the last day of my stay, a manager called me & was very upset about the dogs being there & threatened to fine me 500$ for having pets there. I rushed back & got puppies & took them to camp bow wow, a local puppy daycare. So I am very confused about there policy & probably won’t stay there in the future.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Classy
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff at check-in was super friendly and helpful, but the staff was 20 minutes late when trying to check out, which in turn made me late for an early morning appointment. And I couldn't just leave since they let you know if you didn't return your access card before checking out that you'd be charged a $50 fee, which is super inconvenient, especially when the staff decides not to show up to work on time. The room was big and the living space was seperate from the bedroom space which was the only thing it had going for it. I can only describe the place, for lack of a better term, as JENKY. Everything in the room was damaged, broken, didn't work or old. From walking in smelling a strong unpleasing odor-bomb type smell, having to open the windows for an hour to try to air it out, most light bulbs didn't work, leaving the room very dark, the furniture was marred and torn, there was a stain around the toilet, the shower head was coated in mold, the freezer had 4 inches of ice coating it, making it barley usable, the remote didn't work in the bedroom, there were no USB plugs anywhere, with no way to charge our devices, the lamps were ancient with switches on the cords, the temperature was set at 86, and although you could lower it, it was temporary and kept resetting to 86, so we woke up 3 times having to get up and lower it again and again. I would NEVER stay here again nor recommend it to anyone who's looking for a hotel in Lafayette!
- Troy (10/5): - Great location! Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Upscale community. Hotel rooms are big and very clean. Covered parking a plus. So glad I found this hotel. Definitely coming here again on business.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - For a girls night, This place did the job! Everyone was impressed! Very convenient! Spacey!
- robin (8/5): Carriage House Stay - Nice hotel. Check in was very pleasant. Room is the same as 10 years ago. Needs updating and better lighting. Couple of light bulbs needed changing. Pillows are so tiny and uncomfortable. We felt safe and comfy but we’re glad we had brought our own pillows.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall the property is really nice ,except for there was construction work going on and started at the very early morning . They could have Alerted us to be aware so we're
prepared .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great stay
