- 225miltond (10/5): Top Hotel in MKE - We had family from around the country come into town for a pre-wedding event and they absolutely loved the hospitality of staff and the comfy and teetering on swanky accommodations. The accommodations and ease of booking our event were exceptional. Thank you so much to Hotel manager Victoria Abrego and her amazing team for making our family's stay memorable. Hotel itself was a great value and would consider it top 2 or 3 in MKE - location in the MKE valley is second to none. Really appreciated and enjoyed the easy access to casino and local attraction like HD Museum and vast selection of various ethnic and American restaurants. Highly recommended for family and business alike. Cheers
- OMGreally1 (2/5): Could do better - Very uncaring staff. The casino attracts lots of senior citizens. If a minor health issue arises, don't expect helpful assistance. Also you cannot find assistance if you encounter a drunk antagonizing individual . Another common occurrence is panhandling in the parking lot . All cup containers were empty by soda machine. 20 min wait to get cups . Staff is not really people friendly

- karlie (10/5): - Fabulous clean room, wonderful staff, great food options! Got a room for a girls night and had a blast! The only issue we had was we wish there was a outdoor patio or area or balcony option. Comfy sheets, pillows, beautiful large bathrooms. Fun gaming options.

Upon arrival we got a drink from the casino bar as instructed by hotel staff. Asked the bartender if we could bring the drink to our room and she said yes! On our way up we were stopped by casino staff and told drinks could not leave. We were told we had to slam it or leave it. Very disappointed in the communication that staff members know about their policies!

- Lars (4/5): - Was there 6 years ago and it was GREAT. So, back in MKE we booked again. This time: a huge disappointment. We booked for 4 nights. Room was fine, but already after the first night we noticed that housekeeping hadn’t been in the room while we were out. After the second night we saw the same, so I went to the lobby and asked if housekeeping could stop by. Just to take the trash out and stock up on coffee and toilet paper. They agreed and promised to ask housekeeping to stop by. After the third night they still hadn’t been around, so I went to the lobby again, where they gave me some more coffee and apologized. While I was there they called housekeeping and asked them to freshen up the room. After the fourth night – still nothing – so toilet paper was on ration and the trash was overflowing. Potawatomi is a big, busy hotel, but it really seems like the vast majority of the staff just don’t give a damn. Another really annoying thing is that the shortest way from the hotel to the parking facility is straight through the casino. Six years ago we just walked. Now there is security at both ends with metal detectors. That’s fine and for everyone’s safety, but when you get picked out because you have a car key in your pocket twice a day for the better part of a week, it gets annoying. It feels like guests are seen more as a threat than as customers. The first lady I talked to at the lobby, when I asked for housekeeping the first time asked for my ID to run the request. Never again
- Jessica (10/5): - One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Had a room upgrade for free to king suite. The suite and bathtub with city view was pure perfection. Free valet parking. The casino foot was amazing. All around I 100% be returning!

He helped us at check in and made us feel special by talking to us and being so friendly. I will definitely be staying here again. No need to look for another hotel when I’m staying in Milwaukee because of this place.

They should of told us why we were standing there it would be atleast an hour. Hard to believe all elderly people would wait that long for their vehicle. Had we known that we would of parked our vehicle and NOT used valet parking.

Just wasn’t what we were expecting for the nightly price.
- Steven (8/5): Sports trip - Nice place. Only complaint is really tied to preference. The bed was very firm. Pillows were ok but a little flat. Room was nice as was casino. Nice bonus was shuttle to Brewers game if you place at least one bet in SportBook. Good place to stay if in town for Brewers. Food in restaurants was good too.

The only thing is when I checked in, there was a staff member that was not very nice to another staff member. It made me feel uncomfortable And I felt sorry for the staff member that was being talked down to. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We were both amazed at how secure, clean, and the staff were wonderful. I will definitely stay again if I need to return to Milwaukee.

When I returned to my room after five p.m. it had not been done. I called the front desk ( which was NOT provided anywhere in the room, I had to ask a staff member the number) the front dest told me it was too late. I requested fresh towels which a young man brought to the room in a garbage bag. He didn't speak to me because he was texting and did even look up from his phone. RUDE

- Bradley (4/5): Meh, its easy to find better. - Cleanliness was lacking in the room. Someone peed in the elevator by 10 p.m. Played bingo, missing food in the bingo hall no one cared about, so lost more money. Went to the food places after and those people were the worst to deal with, didnt care about anything. 45 mins for a 10" pizza and not many orders. Customer service overall was unbelievable. Front desk was decent and helpful but beyond that, fail.

- Ruben (8/5): - The check-in experience started a bit rough, as the first associate we encountered was unfriendly. Thankfully, another associate stepped in and made the process smooth. Parking was convenient in the garage, and we appreciated the fourth-floor skyway access. The elevator system that uses your room key to send you directly to your floor was a unique and secure feature we really enjoyed. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and complimentary water bottles. While there was no microwave inside the room, one was available near the vending and ice machines, which was convenient. The rainfall shower and provided toiletries were a nice touch. In the casino, staff were courteous when approached, though the overall atmosphere felt a little indifferent. Dining options were plentiful, with several late-night choices in the Marketplace food court. My miso udon soup and egg rolls from Queen of Ramen were excellent and I highly recommend! My husband’s meatball sandwich and chili from the Gilded Cleaver were good overall, though the sandwich came with an ingredient he had asked to leave off. His meal also took much longer to be ready compared to mine. We also enjoyed stopping at Cream City, where the cherry-flavored coffee drinks were especially unique and my cherry mocha frappe was excellent. Overall, the hotel offered comfort, security, and some good food options, despite a few service inconsistencies.

- V946ZFjeffk (2/5): Bad Joojoo - Gobbled up a hundred in no time at all. When they first opened a long time ago with just the old building I walked away with good sums of cash,my buckets were full of quarters and dollars . Jackpot parties were the best !! I won't be going back any time soon.
- Matthew (6/5): Why can't I unload my stuff at the hotel entrance? - For some reason the drive up to the front lobby was chained off. Made parking to check in and unloading luggage a real pain. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other at bellhop and in restaurants. Housekeeping and front desk staff was fantastic, though.
- John (2/5): Flood victoms - Our vehicle was in the valet parking when the flooding occured. The hotels communication with victoms of the flooding was terrible. No one could give us answer on anything. Hotel management handled this situation very poorly.

Not gamblers, but we did enjoy watching the baseball game on the giant screen in the Sports book area. Plenty of food and drink options (we generally went out), had a very good breakfast at the cafe. Valet parking for guests was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The choice of restaurants/cafe were poor for the sizeof hotel.Large market place, food court only open certain mornings for breakfast. Cafe only open till 2pm every day but closed some days. So left with coffee shop microwaved breakfast muffins, wraps etc. More choice needed.
