- William (10/5): THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE - Cleanliness of the room was immaculate. Greeting by the desk staff was very warm and family-friendly. She even was excited to meet my service animal. She said she only wished she had treats for service animal. She said I am able to thank our Veterans for their service. However I think it would be a great way to say thank you for their service to our Veterans by simply giving them a Doggy treat.

- Missy (6/5): - On the surface, the hotel looked clean but one I got settled in, I noticed several different things that left me uneasy about staying. First of all, the area around the beds looked like they had never been swept, the mattresses were a sight. So many stains. I was horrified. Pillow cases were yeooloed. Thank God I took my own pillow! There was only one luggage cart which was constantly in use. Not trying to sound difficult, but I have a few physical disabilities (such as RA) which makes it difficult for me to carry anything. I was the last room down a long hall. There was a door near by, but unfortunately it didn ’t work. Lastly, in the middle of the night there were several small, black bugs on the floor in the restroom. I will not be booking here again. of the night . L

Sheets were clean but the mattress on the side looked awlful like they had been peed on or vomit .on other words u need new ones.there were cobwebs in the corner if the ceiling you could tell had been there a long time..the price was good .so I guess I get what u paid for.wish I could have given a better review.

There was a fake fingernail on our bed and the toilet looked like it has sand or something in it when we arrived. The whole hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. Not my favorite hotel stay.

- David (6/5): Disappointing for a comfort suites hotel. - Breakfast was not as advertised on the website. It was a continental breakfast but the website showed hot pans that indicated a meat and eggs option. The hotel “store “ had a candy bar, 2 cans of pop and a couple of random items on the shelves but otherwise was empty and when I said something to the clerk about the shelves being empty she responded with, “yeah”.

- David (6/5): Good and Bad… - Good: The stay at this hotel was convenient to going The Wilds. It was in a decent location (a little further than I thought). The hotel was also close to a family restaurant (which I would not recommend) and gas stations. The price for staying here was very reasonable when being on a budget. Bad: The refrigerator in the room did not work what so ever. The continental breakfast ranked as one of the worst breakfasts we have ever had. My wife and I walked to McDonald’s which had better choices to choose from.

- Dana (10/5): - We have stayed at this hotel, quite a lot. We have family lives close and it’s so convenient. The staff is really nice. We’ve never had any trouble there.
- Daniel (10/5): Well worth the price and very comfortable - Second time i stayed here visiting the wilds. Prices are very low and many nights i travel every month dont expect much. This is really great room. I got standard 2 queen beds. Furniture was a lot this could beba room to stay ling term. Breakfast was fair, not super lot of variety but i ate one morning and for included pruce was very acceptable. Staff were courteous and attentive. Ill stay here again when im going to the wilds as i am an annual membrr.

- Steven (10/5): Great service - The night I stayed there I had a real problem with a noisy neighbor. So much noise I wasn't able to sleep. I went to the lady at the front desk to ask if she had any ear plugs available. When I explained why she immediately told me that I could move into a different room. There was no hesitation on her part to offer me another room that ended up being much quieter. Kudos to the person who was in charge that evening.

- Jennifer (10/5): - We had a smooth and easy check-in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy and met our needs perfectly. The front desk went out of their way to accommodate our large family needs by putting our rooms all near each other. The breakfast had Belgian waffles, eggs, bagels, yogurt, and cereal so also was sufficiently varied and welcoming.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Go to a different hotel in area - I couldn't remember why I didn't stay there & after staying 3 nights I remembered the rooms are freezing The heaters blow cold air then warm then cold again There's a 1" or better gap under the door any heat goes right under it & out Hairs on the bed, I bought tape to toll up & use to get the hair off There are only sheets on the bed no blankets & it was freezing or below outside all three nights The breakfast was really crap, no fruit or eggs, bacon sausage no cereal just waffles & plain bagels & was out of coffee throughout the day My refrigerator door wouldn't stay shut adding to the cold air already in the room The desk people were great & very attentive and friendly This is the worst hotel in the area & I've stayed at them all

- Marie Ann (8/5): - Quality Inn in Caldwell is centrally located; staff were helpful and customer focused. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The mini refrigerator, microwave and extra bar sink were handy. The property can be noisy at times; but things were quiet around 10pm. We would stay there again.

- DOLORES (10/5): - Need lamps and shelves with charging outlets by the bedsides on the far corners (only had a center night stand between the beds). There were three of us so the one sleeping on the outside had no place to set and charge their phone. Also those who wanted to stay up and read could not as there was no lamp just the bright overbed lights.

- Dan (10/5): - My wife and I have stayed at this motel when in the area a number of times over the years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice with plenty of electrical outlets and some USB ports to plug in our laptops and charge our devices. The Continental Breakfast is pretty good with a Waffle Maker. The WiFi was updated recently which was ok but not as good as other motels for speed and staying connected.

There were a lot of construction workers staying there at the same time and they were running the halls at night, talking very loudly and cursing outside our door. It ended up being a loud stay with little sleep.

- C (8/5): - The hotel has a back door which is NEVER locked. People can go in and out at will. It has a key card entry system but is not used. I requested the door be locked at least at night but that never happened.
