What really stood out was how Chef Jha went out of his way to interact with guests. He took the time to understand our preferences, suggested dishes, and even customized meals to suit our taste. My stay was extended for a week due to the ongoing conflict in Iran and the Gulf. At a time that could have been very lonely, I found all the hotel’s staff, without exception, to be very warm, welcoming and supremely helpful. From the concierge team at the front desk, to the waiting team and kitchen staff, Suresh in the laundry, and Priyanka who always had a smile and helpful word, I felt very much looked after. The housekeeping team were thorough and kind, providing my every request for extra teabags and water. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and hold the staff here in the highest esteem.

The staff in the restaurant are warm and friendly, if chef Niraf spots you, he will create a very welcoming experience at the restaurant. The variety of food is vast. Of course, your Amdavad experience is nothing without trying out Gujarati cuisine. Continental and other international dishes are also available to accommodate your palette. The location of the hotel is close to the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had plenty of bottled water in the room. The girls at the Front Office were always friendly and helpful. What stood out the most was the service at Tinello restaurant. The food was fabulous, no problems with digestion. The staff in restaurant was extremely pleasant. Everything was very well organized, and the team worked perfectly together. After six days, it almost felt like home. We were there on a business trip.

Travelling with a toddler can be challenging, but the staff truly went above and beyond. Sanjay at the front desk was outstanding—proactive, attentive, and even arranged our three family rooms close together. Brinjal was also lovely, always smiling and helpful. The whole front desk team made everything smooth. Kunal at breakfast was fantastic and made sure our toddler always had what he needed. The chefs and breakfast team were also very accommodating. A lounge staff member (whose name we didn’t catch) was consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. Monika from housekeeping was caring and meticulous, keeping the room spotless with our toddler in mind. Rajesh at the spa was excellent and made our family pedicures a great experience. A small suggestion: the spa booking process could be clearer, and the outdoor pool was quite cold—heated water would be amazing in the future. Special thanks to the doormen and cleaners who were always smiling and helpful. Overall, the staff made our trip memorable and truly enjoyable.
