Christina (9/5): Great value, safety, comfort, service for a short stay in Charlotte - The entire staff was wonderful--from front desk to breakfast servers to housekeeping. The beds were comfortable and the welcome bag at check-in with waters was a nice touch! We would stay here again when visiting Charlotte for an event on the southside. Breakfast got crowded, but it is not the hotel staff's fault. A full array of options for breakfast which was great. The waffle makers are always a hit with my kids.

raneisab (2/5): Do NOT STAY IF DISABLED - This was one of the most disappointing and humiliating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I traveled with my family from New Orleans to Charlotte for a funeral and paid nearly $400 for one night, expecting basic comfort and accessibility. Instead, I was met with poor service, lack of professionalism, and a complete failure to provide the accessible accommodations I specifically booked. From a disengaged night auditor watching movies during check-in, to chaotic shared parking that left me— a paraplegic—waiting outside late at night with my elderly mother, the experience started poorly and only got worse. The accessible room I paid extra for was NOT accessible. It lacked a shower chair and a detachable shower head—both essential for someone in my condition. When my family asked for assistance, we were initially told nothing could be done. After hours of waiting until 3:30 AM, only a shower chair was provided. Because of this failure, I was forced into a humiliating situation where my daughter had to bathe me. No guest should ever be put in that position. The hotel’s response the next day—5,000 points—was insulting and dismissive. This was not just bad service. This was a failure to meet basic accessibility standards and a complete disregard for guest dignity. I will never stay at this location again and would strongly warn others with disabilities to avoid it.

I had to turn the air off just so I could work. This was not a big deal for me, and some might like the cold air right on them.

Cshireman (10/5): Shuttle driver is a ⭐️ - Mr Kenneth the shuttle driver is very kind and offers pretty good life advice. I really appreciate him giving me a ride to the airport after I missed the first shuttle. Life advice: get up earlier and be out front waiting in plenty of time. Lol

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Parking in front of the hotel was also very convenient. Breakfast had a good selection, but it was very crowded, and the service was quite slow, which made the experience feel long and a bit tiring.

Monica (6/5): Our stay was just ok. After dealing with the lady at the front desk it ruined things for me. - The breakfast was great! Friendly staff The lady at the front desk was a bit rude and she placed us at the very top floor all the way in the last room which seemed purposeful. It was my birthday so she definitely put a bad taste in my mouth for the duration of my stay
