- Sharla (6/5): Our stay was okay, not the caliber we expected. - The front desk held or gifts to the family that was checking in and gave them to our guests when they checked in. Our family was late to our event because they had to wait for their rooms. It was way past check in time before they got their rooms. Friday morning they closed the breakfast buffet early. Saturday night we took a ride share back to the hotel which dropped us off at the main door-it was locked and the employee that let us in made a comment that we could have gotten in at the back door—like we bothered him! The air conditioning was not working well.

- Christian (1/5): Expensive - Clean and business oriented They Charged me Twice for my Hotel Even though I Had it reserved through Bookings and Paid for it in Advanced I was charged again in person and not told about it and had to look at bank statements to find out the person at the front desk did not communicate that they were charging me at all, Really frustrating getting charged $275 for one Night After that I will not go through bookings or them again as when I confronted the front desk about the charge they said they couldn’t find my booking even though I showed them confirmation number and pin

- Marium (4/5): - The washroom was not clean. I found used soap in the bathroom and the trash bin already had trash in it. I also requested room on first floor since my dad is handicap and can’t walk much but they said the rooms were not clean when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm at night.

- Relax12919771210 (10/5): Hospitality - During our stay at the hotel, we encountered difficulty with the A/C in our room. We went down to the front desk and talked with Damieon. He came right up and checked out the A/C and suggested that we change rooms. He left to arrange the room switch while we were packing. He was soon back telling us that he arranged for a new room on the same floor and already turned on the A/C so the room would be cool for us. All this was taken care of within a half hour. Damieon was extremely efficient and polite while he solved our issue quickly with a smile on his face. He is a great representative for Marriott!

- Tebony (4/5): - It was a big roach in the lobby when we checked in we didn’t check in til after midnight due to flights cancellation I asked for a late check out and they would not accommodate me housekeeping walked in my room before check out while my kids was still laying down sleeping another staff came around checking rooms for smoking this has never had this happen to me before I think it might had something to do with race I’m not sure but other staff members was nice

- gregpC1735OY (6/5): “Springhill Suites: A Business Hotel on a Personal Day” - Stayed at this Springhill Suites expecting a business-friendly experience. You know—wifi, desk, maybe the ability to print something without summoning a miracle. The room was perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and had enough pillows to start a small fort. No complaints there. But the “business center” was under maintenance. Not just temporarily. Think of it more like it had gone on sabbatical. “No problem,” I thought. “Surely the front desk can print one page.” Spoiler: they could not. No worries—I thought I’d ask the front desk to print a quick doc. Their response? A mixture of confusion and mild panic, as if I’d asked them to forge a passport. Eventually, they might have tried to help, but I think we all agreed it would just be easier to send by carrier pigeon. So if you’re in town for business, bring your own printer, and maybe a desk too. But hey, at least you’ll sleep well after a long day of… trying to find a working printer.

Front desk person said each time they would tell housekeeping to come to our room the next day and they never did. Wet dirty towels piled up for days. No excuse in my opinion.

Our sofa bed mattress was filty nasty with mold and dried old blood stains. I requested a change and no facility person was on hand so at 9:30pm at night i was switched room to accommodate a cleaner environment for my kids.
- Alicia (7/5): Good - The hotel was decently clean. The room I checked into was clean. Upon checking in the desk agent wasn't very welcoming. She was actually looking at her phone when she walked up to the desk, so she didn't notice I was standing there. Once she realized I was standing there, it was a flat "what can I do for you?" I had already paid my booking, yet she was trying to charge me again...not sure how she missed my booking after being asked my name and phone numbers a few times. Was handed my room key with no explanation of amenities of the hotel, not the breakfast time, nothing about housekeeping, not even nothing about the wifi. The room was fairly decent the sink in the bathroom drained really slow. Housekeeping was horrible. I came back to the room to find pillows on the floor and not all the trash taken. Also the towels were taken even though they weren't placed on the floor...the hand towels were restocked but the face towels weren't. I was very disappointed, seemed like the cleaning of the room was rushed.

Worst Marriott I’ve been to… - This place needs lots of help… - hot water only on 4th floor. - showers back up /don’t drain for 16 minutes - half the gym equipment is broken - duct tape covering broken tiles in front of the elevators - crap beer selection and the draft beer lines have NOT been cleaned in years It’s clear the management is disinterested in managing. Front desk was nice and the breakfast was surprisingly good, but this nowhere near meets even the minimum threshold for a Marriott Bonvoy property.
