- Mariia (10/5): Отличный отель ! - На ресепшене вежливая девушка нам предложила комнату с балконом хотя у нас была бронь без балкона, очень приятно ,Спасибо ! Комната большая и чистая, удобная кровать и вид выходил на море. Завтрак отличный даже не в сезон. Персонал очень вежливый. Расположение не совсем центральное но можно спокойно дойти пешком до центра и до моря . До пляжа идти немного далековато. Регистрация в другом отеле.

- Carole (8/5): Logement proche du centre et très bien équipé - L'endroit n'est pas trop loin du centre et proche de la mer. la chambre familiale est super bien équipée et la literie est supère. La vue sur la mer et la petite terrasse sont sympa. Le petit déjeuner est simple et efficace. L'accès donne sur une rue fréquentée et dans un tournant donc pour les enfants, c'était un peu dangereux et peu faire du bruit. et l'accès à la plage n'est pas directe.

Y por supuesto un buen desayuno, variado y con calidad, además de muy bien atendido. Tener que ir a por las llaves a tres manzanas del alojamiento. Y a la habitación le faltan algunos detalles para hacerla más acogedora.

- MgdRhv (8/5): Krásný výhled a milý personál - Krásný výhled, 5 minut na promenádu a do centra. Byli jsme tu podruhé a měli tentokrát zajímavý pokoj se zvýšeným spaním až pro tři osoby. To bylo hezké. Elektrické zatemňovací rolety. Parádní terasa i když je výhled přes silnici, tak je krásné koukat na západ slunce a je dost místa na usušení věcí. Hned kousek od ubytování je parádní restaurace. Snídani jsme tentokrát měli na hotelu Luxurymar, kde proběhl i check-in a byla skvělá. Postele nejsou moc pohodlné. Lednička volně v prostoru hučí a v noci to budilo ze spaní. V tomto pokoji byla v koupelně plíseň v rohu nad toaletou. 😔

- Bernard (3/5): Déception. - Le petit-déjeuner en libre service est très copieux et très varié. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres. Suite à cette réservation, il nous a été précisé qu'UNE chambre pouvait n'avoir qu'une fenêtre en hauteur, donc sans possibilité de vue directe sur l'extérieur. Or, il s'est trouvé que les DEUX chambres étaient dans ce cas ! Malgré nos protestations auprès du manager aucun arrangement n'a pu être trouvé ! Très très décevant...

- MgdRhv (8/5): Hotel s milým personálem - Hotel je 5 minut chůze od promenády s restauracemi, jsou tam hezké přímo nad mořem,jednu restauraci má dokonce hned vedle pod sebou. Check-in byl přes 5 minut chůze vzdálený hotel (zaparkovat u tohoto hotelu se moc nedalo - velmi úzké uličky centra). Velmi milý personál jak na recepci při check-inu, tak i v samotném B&B u snídaně. Snídaně velmi dobrá, výběr ze sladkých i slaných jídel. Pěkné balkony s výhledem na moře, jen jsou hned nad vcelku rušnou silnicí a naproti jsou polorozpadlé domy. V ubytování bylo vše potřebné, lednice, ručníky, v koupelně mýdlo. Vše voňavé a čisté. Poměrně hlučná silnice hned pod ubytováním. A přitom na první pokus jsme nevěděli, kde zaparkovat. Stání jsou u hotelu dvě,ale většinou obsazené. Parkuje se dobře kousek za domy. My byli na poznávací dovolené, vyhovovalo, na plážovou bych si to tu nevybrala.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era in un seminterrato dietro la cucina. La finestra, posta in alto, dava su uno spazio chiuso. Il parcheggio gratuito è di due posti di fronte all'ingresso del B&B di cui uno perennemente occupato. La direzione ci ha offerto anche un parcheggio a pagamento. Scomodo l'accesso alla struttura che si affaccia direttamente su un corso molto trafficato.

- Veronica (7/5): Una vacanza in tranquillità - Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per 10 giorni in una camera tripla vista mare. La camera era molto carina, spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutti i confort necessari come: televisione, condizionatore, piccolo frigorifero, balcone con stendino. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile nelle nostre esigenze e ci ha fornito anche molti consigli relativi a cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Le signore delle pulizie passavano ogni mattina, a volte anche mentre eravamo a colazione, lasciandoci così camera e asciugamani puliti in breve tempo. La posizione della struttura è abbastanza centrale e permette di raggiungere in poco tempo le varie spiagge e il centro del paese. La nostra camera era vista mare, ma al disotto era presente la strada principale un po rumorosa, infatti chiudevamo tutte le finestre durante la notte e accendevamo l'aria condizionata. Il bagno in camera purtroppo non aveva a disposizione il bidet, fondamentale considerato che siamo anche in Italia! Consiglio caldamente alla struttura di mettere dei divisori più appropriati tra le varie camere, non c'era proprio privacy per rilassarsi sulle sdraio presenti e guardare il mare in tranquillità. Per colazione non c'era molta scelta, solitamente erano presenti 2/3 scelte dolci e 2/3 scelte salate e poche volte sono state servite pietanze tipiche siciliane.

La nostra camera era a pian terreno e per accedere bisogna aprire 4 porte: ognuna con una chiave diversa: un po’ difficoltoso rientrando la sera soprattutto perché tra una porta e l’altra mancava la luce e dovevamo illuminare con il telefono!

La posizione della stanza era a 500 m dal centro di castellammare. Il fatto che reception e camere siano distanti (considerando che non è facile trovare parcheggio) non aiuta molto se si hanno dei bagagli pesanti: siamo entrati nel centro del paese per il check-in a piedi per poi uscire nuovamente di 500 m per raggiungere la stanza.

Altra cosa, la porta del bagno non rimaneva chiusa.

- Zita (8/5): - Jó helyen lévő szállás, szuper kedves személyzet. Wifi nem nagyon volt, a Minibár az első nap nem igazán működött, azt mondták rá, hogy nem hűtő funkciókat lát el.
