- Aladino (4/5): - Even though kitchen had a burner and air fryer, no outlets to plug into. Wall next to the window had three outlets, none worked. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Also, front door had a gap at the bottom, any animal could crawl into the room. Bathroom window had no curtains, made my own out of sheets. Outside the bathroom window there was a tank, anyone could lift themselves up to watch someone take a shower… pictures on Orbitz look nothing what I experienced.

It was clean The owner checked on us a couple of times doing all stay to make sure everything was working and everything was all good. I love the communication
- Carolina (2/5): - Terrible experience. Rude not well mannered people running the place. Booking was ocean view room and I was given a room with no view at all. The room was dirty, the main door had a big space open in the bottom of the door so dozens of mosquitos will enter the room. the faucet broken, the tv didnt work and on top they locked us out the room and it took the police to intervene so they could answer the several calls and messages we sent them. Mean bad people period. When I told the man about the room not having ocean view he said this is Puerto Rico. He insulted his own place. so disturbing

Anyone could peak thru it. I was very scare didn’t sleep much. I would not recommend if your staying alone and don’t know the area.

- Ricardo (6/5): - The views and location are absolutely beautiful, and the place has a lot of potential. However, the hotel rooms need serious work. There was no door on the bathroom, the sheets and mattress were very worn, and the towels were old. I stayed for 7 days and no one came to clean the room or bring fresh towels. We even had to buy our own toilet paper. For the price they’re charging, I expected much better service and upkeep. If they invest in some much-needed updates and improve their hospitality, it could be a great spot. Until then, it feels overpriced for what you get.
- Janae (2/5): - BEWARE. The ocean front is beautiful but this place is a dump. I never actual met the owner of the place and had to call multiple times to be let in. He called the day before to switch our room (not sure why) and the room we got was absolutely disgusting, looked like it had never been wiped down. Years of flies and mold in the windows , bathroom cabinet and toilet cover broke when used once. Bed frame was falling apart (couldn’t lean on it). No blankets and only a few towels that were dirty. Pillows were yellow and stained, bed was hard. And there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Didn’t even attempt the pool as there was no filter. We were supposed to stay for 6 days and we left the next morning. Told the owner we left and never got a reply expect for the cleaning people (?) a few days later asking us about our experience so far. Really disappointing and a waste of our money, don’t stay here.

You can use the pool anytime of day, and it over looks the beautiful Ocean. Definitely will go back, this time with my kids as well. We loved it

The hot tub is the same temperature as the pool.Everyone including some locals that stayed there were extremely friendly and we had a blast with them! The view is amazing and we even saw some whales from the property. It’s nothing fancy, but we would definitely stay here again!

- Karina Estefany (4/5): - Place was dirty, the floor and bathroom and windows. the sheets and pillows were dirty. The pillows smelled like armpits and were dirty. I had to go buy new sheets and pillow cases. The first time I let the host know someone came and took two pillow cases and left another dirty one with the dirty sheets. After that I took off the sheets and changed them. The were no coffee maker nor iron I had to ask for the coffee maker which the lady that oversees the cleaning brought one to me but it was dirty. No hangers for the clothes which I bought and left it for the next. On our second day in the property there was no water and it came back later, supposedly it happened in the whole town. On Saturday night we left a shirt from my husband hanging out on the chair and when we came back it wasn’t there. Disappeared. That same Saturday as we’re coming in the place a big amount of cars were parked on the parking lot barely space for our car. There were multiple people partying in the place. When me and my husband get of a guy approached me and asked me what was I doing there if I needed anything. Which I immediately told him to call Angel the property manager. That was a scary and uncomfortable experience that I had while I stayed there. The view is beautiful from certain areas and the communication was good but the deliverance of the services we paid for was not pleasant at all.

You get stunning views of the ocean and the beach is pristine behind the property. Angel is a helpful man.

- Claudio (6/5): Not what is expected - Not what I was expecting from the pictures. Great view is all I can say. Place is in poor conditions, no lobby to check in or any direction who to contact. We were lucky that owner was in the property at the time when we arrived.
- Tanya (6/5): - Localizacion prime, justo frente al mar, playa no apta para bañistas. Vista espectacular El lugar esta bajo remodelación. No habían instrucciones para check in. Nos atendio uno de los constructores y el llamo a Angel para que le diera mi numero de habitación. La habitación estaba limpia y presentable. La habitación también estaba en proceso de remodelación, el baño no tenia puerta solo una cortina de ventana y eso fue muy inconveniente. La pared que divide el baño estaba hecha con gypsum board y sin terminar. Yo personalmente no pude disfrutar de la piscina la tarde del check in ya que literalmente los empleados de construcción estaban ahi recogiendo y lavando un vehiculo justo frente a la piscina. No tuvimos nada de privacidad y el check in fue sabado a las 4pm y ellos estuvieron alli hasta que atardeció. Luego de estar en el balcon de la habitacion, todo el que llegaba venia a preguntarnos sobre el check in. Entiendo que falta comunicación. Por lo demás la vista es espectacular, el area es centrica y Conveniente y definitivamente cuando terminen de remodelar tendran un buen spot. El lugar no tiene letreros de nombre por tal razon deben de utilizar google maps para llegar.

- KIM (4/5): - The location and view are amazing. But if you stay here you are just going to have to decide you are glamping in paradise. We couldn't get ahold of anyone to access our room for hours after check in and when we did it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Then they lost the key to the room so we couldn't go in until 8:30 pm and there were no towels. Finally, we got some but they dont provide soap. The room was literally under construction with drywall and studs and no bathroom door. The shower handle fell off as soon as it was touched. There were two refrigerators, one didn't work at all one was basically a cooler. There were bugs. The jacuzzi outside didn’t heat in the least. Basically, except for the pool, the property is not maintained at all. But its on a beach, the view is pretty and the beds are comfortable enough. So again, if you can frame it as glamping its fine. Otherwise, probably not.

When I found my room other people are inside. They just close the door and nobody answer. I call many time to the phone number of the property and nobody answer. Terrible experience.

- Jacqueline (4/5): Not worth the money you save. - This property is barely habitable. The pictures are deceiving. You will save in comparison to other places but it’s not worth it. To start, our stay started with having to call to have our lock repaired because it was missing a screw and would not lock. Night 3 we came back to our entire room flooded with an inch of water. Everything was soaked. Then we came back to a missing shower head and could not use the shower that day. With all that being said, the property manager will communicate with you and is very nice. He offered us a room to sleep in and to wash any clothes that were wet because of the flood. Unfortunately that does not make up for disrepair you have to deal with. The view from the deck is beautiful as long as you don’t get a splinter or impale yourself on the walk over. So if you’re looking for communication, this is the place for your. If you’re looking to enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico, look elsewhere.

Gladys came to our rescue. We got an “upgrade” with the lovely view - but the master bed was awful. The next day, we got moved and the mgmt. did major upgrade to their “vip” suite ! Clean and non-lumpy beds s/b the top priority in hotel mgmt. ( I am giving a 3 to say -there is room for improvement which Carlos is now trying to address!!)
- Paul (10/5): - It is private and the view is gorgeous! The layout around the pool is convenient to everyone. Limited number of guests.
- Shawn (6/5): - The place has tons of potential, but it desperately needs some love. Water pressure is terrible, internet doesn't work, open electrical boxes, shower curtain rod falls down, etc. The pool and hot tub were super-convenient. The scenery is gorgeous. Beautiful ocean right down the stairs. It's 5 minutes from Cueva del Indio. The owner stopped by a few times. I dunno. If you want a bougie hotel room, this is not the place! But it was clean and honest and basically serves the purpose.

- JOSE (4/5): - The contact person was always very friendly but the property is not of the quality they claim it has. A lot of disorganized work around and it is a poorly maintained property. The sheets were not washed and there was lipstick on one of the pillows. Insects inside the room due to lack of fumigation. They don't even provide soap for bathing and the stove is full of corrosion. The surroundings are a disaster and the owners promote the view of the sea and the pool and neglect the facilities.
- Zureily (8/5): Mi estadía de 3 días en familia - Honestamente estaba un poco preocupada por los reviews que leí sin embargo llegue bien con el pin que me envió el dueño. No es un hotel son villas están bastante bien equipadas al menos en la que me quede 102A está bien y Justo frente a la piscina. Importante no hay privacidad dentro del cuarto es decir las camas están unidas y el baño no tiene puerta solo cortinas. La piscina estaba bien solo un poco más de mantenimiento aunque lo que estaba era llena de arena lógico por el salitre y la playa. La vista espectacular el a/c funcionó bien todo el tiempo. En el baño la gaveta del lavamanos estaba rota pero no se uso. Entiendo que le deben mejorar un poco las áreas de afuera por ejemplo la mayoría de las luces decorativas estaban fundidas pero de lo demás todo bien y volvería nuevamente. La hospitalidad y comunicación con los encargados fue bien efectivamente es importante seguir las instrucciones como te las envían por email. Junto con mis comentarios le incluyo fotos antes de irme de mi villa.

- Rosa (2/5): Horrible experience - My first day on the island and this hotel was a joke. Pillow had hair, mold in the bathroom, bugs, rust everywhere. Unprofessional, dont be fooled this is not a hotel. I have plenty of pictures to verify. I booked 2 nights and stayed only one.
- stephen (2/5): Great view stolen personal property.. - Great view and fun place, but don't leave anything valuable in the room when you go out. There is no safe and had back pack in a drawer and key with me.. No housekeeping came as room still a mess.. But when I got home I noticed my cheap Android tablet and ChromeBook got stolen why we where there.. Nothing you can do about it..

- Walter (2/5): - Horrible experience nothing looks like the picture , wholes on the walls with electrical wires exposed, the grill was awful didn’t even work the pool was getting maintenance at day time instead of doing it at night so it would be ready to use, basically we couldn’t use it , the bad room was nasty and no reception? Is this a 3 star hotel? It barely meets motel requirements ask for pictures of the Barth room or the floor , broken tile everywhere and wholes on the ceiling and the walls , this “hotel is so nasty”.

The bathroom was dirty, there were cockroaches, the shower doors were broken, there was not much water pressure and the tile was broken. The bed was made when we arrived but the room was a bit messy. The kitchen countertops were sticky, stained with rust and old oil stains. Disspointed

- MIKE (10/5): - THE VIEW WAS AMAZING, COFFEE ON THE DECK A PERFECT START TO THE DAY. THE BEACH FELT PRIVATE AND SERENE, THE POOL WAS AWESOME, AND ANGEL WAS A WONDERFUL HOST. PLEASE NOTE THE JACUZZI IS NOT HOT, BUT THE JETS ARE STRONG. OUR ROOM WAS NOT PERFECT, BUT IT WAS CLEAN AND MET OUR NEEDS WELL. THE AC WAS STRONG, THE INTERNET WAS GOOD. OVERALL, A GREAT STAY.
