There should be more facilities + things in the room when first coming - iron/ironing board. water in the fridge, shampoo and body soap (most people use these two separately)

We appreciated the lovely towel arrangements on the bed each day, the attention to detail everyone gave in the mornings during breakfast and at the bar in the evenings. • Kati (8/5): - Hommikusöögi valik hea, toit maitsev. Väga tore, et hotellil on oma kass :) Abivalmis personal. Bassein võiks kauem avatud olla. Joogid-söögid liiga kallid. Jookidele võiks olla "happy hour".

• Siivi (9/5): - Mõnus majutuskoht linnakärast eemal. Lennurada on küll otse maja kohal, kuid mind see ei häirinud. Parklas oli alati palju kohti, rendiautoga liiklemine mugav ja liiklus rahulik. Õhtuti restoranis teemaõhtud, n. reedeti Kreeka õhtu (toit + esinejad a' 25.-). Hotellis sai broneerida järgmiseks päevaks transfeerbussi koha Rhodosesse ja tagasi (8.-), teenus oli täpne ja mugav. Kõik teenindajad olid ülisõbralikud ja abivalmis. Koristati iga päev. Hotellikass käis ka uurimas, kas kõik on hästi :)

Ottima colazione Avevamo una stanza a piano terra sul giardino e purtroppo entravano formiche soprattutto in bagno. Abbiamo avvisato e hanno provato a risolverlo ma senza successo. Inoltre nel balconcino sarebbe stato utile avere uno stendino per i costumi e gli asciugamani.

Very close to the sea and pool save our lives. I can only say that everything is very good but you should bring your own shampoo which is not very common at 4star hotel. There is a half shampoo half shower gel kind of thing hanging on the showers, but not enough.

Looks stylish and modern, the Car Parking next to Hotel The Room itself, 1st level, above kitchen extractor. For me not a 4 Star Quailty and to small (family room for 4 ppl). It felt to small for myself. Quite old furniture bathroom not comfortable, small... but in General clean, for me, Breakfast boring (stayed 6 nights) and kind of "cheap" (for example instant coffee, instant juice, not produect like nuts for the Yoghurt). Definitely the people make the place there to me, thank you :-)

• Helen (10/5): Excellent little gem for a one night stay. Surprised at how good it was - Really friendly staff. Family run hotel and nothing too much trouble. We arrived on Greek night with fab dancing and Greek bbq buffet. Sheets were like satin they were so smooth. Very comfy bed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Greek and English food. Great cocktails. Only stayed one night as late arrival but really happy. Also went back as had left hat there and had lunch. Again great food and service Close to the airport so when outside a lot of plane noise but once doors shut pretty quiet.

• VeramsTeixeira (7/5): Barulhento - Os funcionários são super simpáticos. Zero insonorização. Há muito barulho no hotel. As senhoras da limpeza deveriam ter mais cuidados quando estão a limpar, uma vez que, às 7h e qualquer coisa da manhã, já há camas a serem arrastadas. Os outros hóspedes também não sabem estar porque fazem imenso barulho. Vi comentários aqui no Booking sobre este hotel relativamente ao barulho dos aviões por ser relativamente perto do aeroporto, mas acho que isso é o menor dos problemas. Pequeno almoço muito fraco.

• Ilia (7/5): Good for a short stay. - Good breakfast. Beautiful territory. Renovated hotel. Green surrounding. Local black-white cat living in a hotel :) Our room was https://www.matoulabeach.gr/maisonette/. It was good, clean and big. It was very cozy, but windows were directed to the road, thus it was incredibly noisy. Trucks, motorcycles, and buses were driving till night. We were forced to close windows and switch on the air conditioner, though it was not hot and we normally prefer to sleep with opened windows. If you travel with kids, definitely ask for another (pool) side.

• Saija (7/5): - Pitstop ennen lentoa, en tulisi tänne pidemmäksi lomaksi. Riippuu mitä hakee lomalta mutta itselle ei osunut ihan maaliin. Nurimikonleikkaaja aloittaa viikonloppuisin 08 aamulla metelin.. Lähellä oleva ravintola Pegasus kävelymatka 6min, om tosi hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen ja ruoka todella hyvää. Äänieristys käytävän ja huoneiden välissä olematon ja pelisilmää laittaa puutarhuri viikonloppuisin 08 aikaan tekemään duuninsa. Nurmikko ei ollut edes huonossa kunnossa 😀 mutta nää on näitä pieniä juttuja jotka itselle merkitsee..

• Evelina (7/5): Bella struttura, scarsa qualità del sonno - Bella struttura, abbiamo soggiornato qui per la nostra ultima notte a Rodi, scegliendo l'hotel per la vicinanza all'aereoporto. Accoglienza sorridente e cordiale, parti comuni spaziose e molto ben tenute. Buona pulizia in camera. Parcheggio disponibile accanto alla struttura. Reception 24h. Inoltre: bella piscina, bella zona pool bar, disponibilità di ristorante (non abbiamo usufruito di questi servizi ma sono decisamente un plus). Non abbiamo passato una buona nottata. Camera al secondo piano (sottotetto) un po' datata e con un soppalco (con due letti aggiuntivi) che ho trovato un po' opprimente. Impianto di aria condizionata debole anche se regolato al massimo. E' stato l'unico hotel a Rodi in cui abbiamo incontrato questo problema (abbiamo soggiornato anche in alloggi di categoria inferiore). Su nostra richiesta a metà notte ci è stato fornito un ventilatore che ha reso sopportabile il resto della nottata. Insonorizzazione scarsa, il rumore degli aerei era molto forte (ce lo attendevamo data la vicinanza all'aereoporto ma l'insonorizzazione potrebbe decisamente essere migliore, inoltre c'è solo una tenda oscurante che copre la porta-finestra). Forse altre camere hanno una posizione e un comfort migliore,

• Yassin (8/5): Sehr zufrieden. - Super Personal. Einfach freundlich und entgegenkommend, vor allem die Rezeption. Sonst Zimmer super und lecker Essen. Einplanen muss man Mehrkosten bei nur Frühstück. Aber das sollte jedem sowieso klar sein. Die Lage könnte näher am Strand seien bzw. Sonnenliegen am Strand vom Hotel wären schön.

• Shweta (10/5): Excellent very pleasant stay. - Exceptionally welcoming and pleasant staff and management! Felt very warm and welcome. Went the extra step to make each and every guest welcome despite this being a very busy time with full capacity. This is just to do with the policy rather than the staff or welcome- the policy is that the guest bring their own tea/coffee/shampoo/conditioner etc. One has to be prepared for this as 4 star hotels all over the world make this provision. There was no slipper/bathrobe as advertised on website.
