- ZILDETE BARBOSA (10/5): Um dos melhores hoteis que já me hospedei. - As instalações super confortáveis, tudo novo, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade (toalhas trocadas diariamente), os funcionários super atenciosos, bebedouro no andar com água quente, natural e gelada e uma localização boa. Dava para ir andando para a praça John Kenedy. Gostei de tudo mas, o mais fabuloso foi o café da manhã. Nem todo hotel 5 estrelas serve um café tão completo. Frutas em abundância e de primeira qualidade e a cada dia servia frutas diferentes, varios tipos de pães, vários tipos de queijos, sucos de 3 sabores, iogurte de 3 sabores, ovos mexidos, isca de frango feito com ervas (deliciosa), geleias, flocos de milhos e outros, etc., etc. Pelo café da manhã já vale cada sentavo pago. Super recomendo este hotel!! O ar condicionado não era split e fazia um pouco de barulho.

O porteiro nos deu ótimas dicas, de locais para conhecer, comprar e também quando fiquei doente (tive uma crise de amidalite) nos indicou uma clínica de ótimo atendimento e rapidez. A comida é muito boa! E quando realizamos o check-out de madrugada, o hotel nos disponibilizou um café da manhã, onde havia suco, misto, bolacha e fruta, tudo bem embalado, achamos de uma delicadeza imensa! Não há.

Die Luft im Flur und im Zimmer war erstickend und stinkend. Habe mir ein anderes Zimmer angeschaut und es hat genaugleich gestunken. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich. Im Restaurant wurde man nicht bedient. Vermutlich waren alle überlastet.....

- Ester (9/5): No volveremos - Bien ubicado y limpio. Les escribí por adelantado porque llegábamos muy temprano el día de nuestra entrada y nos íbamos también muy temprano el día de salida. Pagamos la tasa con desayuno y les pregunté si podíamos desayunar el día que llegábamos ya que el día de salida salíamos antes de que abriera el desayuno. Me contestaron que no, que lo que podían hacer era darnos una cajita con el desayuno el día que nos íbamos. Se lo recordamos en recepción, 2 vecesl, y aún así la mañana de nuestra salida nadie sabía nada de los desayunos y nos fuimos sin nada. Hemos pagado el desayuno, hemos avisado de sobra y no nos han puesto ninguna facilidad, nos hemos sentido estafados. Tenemos 4 noches más en Lima y no pensamos volver.
