It was mostly full-time renters living there, the blinds were hanging in the window half broken, the blankets had holes in them, the room stunk of old cigarettes, and it was riddled with house flies! We have never, ever seen a simple budget-friendly style motel as bad as this. It was a total shock!! It was the first time we have ever demanded our money back and sought out another motel elsewhere. Keep away!

A girl was doing drugs right out our door, looked like a crack pipe.The room stunk was dirty, carpet was worn out, above ceiling fan ceiling was black, gross. A guy was overhauling his car in parking lot, parking was bad. Did not feel safe there, checked out in the morning and found different motel.

• A (1/5): It's not cheap enough to be a cheap motel. - Available short notice option Uncomfortable beds, bathroom door didn't close, poorly insulated and loud, not clean, cigarette burns in bedding of a non smoking room, open electrical box, hole in interior door and over priced.

• Vickie (8/5): Great price, good location, older hotel definitely needing some TLC, and Kathy was pleasant! - Location! They didn't/couldn't find my reservation (paid online 3 days in full before the stay) and almost didn't give me a room with two beds! After showing my receipt, I was given a room that is usually reserved/saved for the owner's family. Then, they called me the following morning and left a message stating I owed money as they didn't have any records of my payment. A few hours latter when I returned their call, Kathy at the front desk informed me that they found my payment! Kathy was pleasant, and I appreciated her giving us the room and walking tips even though they couldn't find my reservation!

• Stephanie (2/5): Horrible! This place should be shut down. Everything is extremely old and almost nothing works. - Nothing. The hotel claims they offer a free breakfast, but there is nothing laid out in the mornings. I had to find someone to ask for something. There’s no staff to be found. I knocked on a door to find somebody and they cracked the door open with the chain lock and would barely speak to me.

• Kuhrau (2/5): BAD.BAD.BAD. misrepresentation. - This place doesn't belong on Booking . Com. Worst ever. Paid for Continental breakfast....excuses...no breakfast. There is no front desk....try and find the operater at the back in one of the rooms Room electrics bad. Fire sprinkler broken Toilet seat disgusting. Pink blanket under suspect cover with cigarette burns. This place is drowning. Maintenance and management lacking. Book at your peril. I should demand money back. As above. Bad..bad bad. Save yourself from this.
• Christina (1/5): Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere. For the price of the roach motel you can get a cleaner nicer room. - NOTHING! Staff were horrible, accommodations were worse. Roaches! Dirty, out-dated, horrible neighborhood and area. Im pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal. Unsavory people lingering all over all night being loud and disruptive. I legit feared for my safety and the security of my vehicle and property.

• Angela (7/5): Good - We had a large room. Beds are comfortable. The sitting room with the TV is nice . Location is good. The TV in the sitting room is too low. No TV in the bedroom. The Dresser and stand for the microwave are too large. You have to walk sideways too get to the bathroom. If the head boards were not there it would be better. They need another step to get inside the room. They need a fan or air-conditioning in the sitting room. Need to remove the hanging light. It us old and dirty. The kleenex holder is badly rusted and needs replacing. Need to move the foot stools yo clean as there was a coffee cup.lud from prior guests.

• Matthew (2/5): - This property is held together with duct tape. It is tired, run down, and just sketchy. The bed is horrible and there is no room to even change your mind in that room. The ONLY saving grace is the staff was friendly, that it's clean, and the shower had great water pressure. Do NOT waste your money on this hotel.
• Michael (1/5): Stay Away - 1. The listing price. 2. The location. 3. Parking right in front of the room. 1. The staff didn’t charge me the price offered from booking.com, instead, they charge me some other price more expensive. 2. The mattress on the bed is so dirty and disgusting, looks like you picked it up from a dumpster. 3. Only provide 1 set of towel for 2 people. 4. The space between bed and cabinet… I have to walk sideway to fit through. 5. Towel have a piece of hair from previous owner. 6. The pillow is deformed. 7. The bed sinks on the side. You will roll onto the floor if you sleep on the edge. 8. Outlet position is horrible… far from bed. 9. The vent inside washroom sounds like an Apache helicopter. Make sure the property didn't charge you prior of your arrival. After I return home from the trip, I checked my bank transaction, figure out they already charge me before I arrived, even though I selected the option that I will pay at the property. Not knowing that and when I arrived at the property, I paid. So they double charged me for the stay and I tried to call them back to get my refund. For 3 hours I have been calling, they aren't picking up my phone, or they stay silent even when they picked it up. I will further update and see if this issue will be resolved.
• Fisk (5/5): You get a cheap room, so can't really expect too much. It is old but fine. - Good location. Good price. The bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't see the breakfast. I was in a non-smoking room and I could smell smoke coming from the next-door rooms. Maybe keep the non-smoking further away from the smoking rooms. The toilet was running water the entire time, even when I shut off the water.

• Alex (5/5): You are getting what you pay for when you stay here. - We didnt have the breakfast. We had to get on the road. Nice and close to the State Fair. Not enough pillows and the lady tried to tell us that we hadn't paid for two nights. Which we had through booking.

Tv wasn’t working. Service came to help and was very unkept; was not presentable and cleaned up for customers. • Joan (1/5): Bad - I lliked Nothing. This place should be condemned. Used for homeless people. Cleaning staff says bed bugs in every room. Owners didn't recognize my reservation. Took one look at the room and returned the key. Could not stay there! I cannot believe you would represent such disgusting accommodations. Now fighting to get my money back. The only thing that could make this place better, is t tear it down and rebuild. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! It is beyond gross

• Nestor (1/5): Don’t ever think of staying here. - Absolutely nothing. Tear the place down. It is a dump and very disgusting and and did not stay there. I asked for a refund and was told Booking.com would do it. How do I apply? This place should be removed from the booking site immediately to save others from this disaster.
• Donald (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very friendly and the rooms were like an apartment and very roomy The only complaint is the window ac unit. It took a long time to cool off the bedroom since it's located in the kitchen. But I sleep with a fan on even in the winter ..lol
• Cindy (1/5): You should not be representing this facility. - Arrived to check in around 6pm. Note on office said to go to Room 109. Knocked on door and was met by a female meth addict. Scrawny, dirty, brown jagged teeth, blank eyes. Told me they had no rooms. Said I had a reservation. She said she needed the conformation number. Pulled it up on my phone and after minutes of blankly looking at it, she gave me a key to a room. Went to the room. Door was wide open. Peeked inside and it was disgusting. In the meantime, more sketchy looking people began crawling out of everywhere. It was like something out of the Walking Dead. Went back and gave her the key, told her the circumstance and told her to cancel reservation. She said she couldn't. I then called the number for the motel and left a fairly scathing message. Did receive a call the next day apologizing and offering a free nights stay. Now I have to try to get a refund, because I was charged $92.80 on April 13 when I made the reservation.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - This was a bad choice to stay in. It was not clean, the bed was so squished by other cabinets in the room, you could hardly access it. The surrounding district was seedy, and there was no front-desk service. The lady at the desk told us she would be leaving after we checked in at 2:00 p.m. She had no record of us having a booking. It was a shoddy experience.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Dated - Got an odd room where kitchen is inside the room, next to the bathroom. Air-condition is in the kitchen rather than the bedroom.
• Muffin (2/5): Never again - This hotel was awful the room was dirty. The smell I realize it was a smoking room but whew over bearing. Hair from previous renters food under the couch cushion that stuck to the base of couch. Bed spread had brown stains all over and the blue blanket had some white marks all over. We went to a store and bought pillows and cases and disinfectant spray and wipes. Sprayed everything and when I wiped down the couch coffee table, regular table and remote control all wipes were black with dirt. Also wiped the white spots on blue blanket and they came off yuk. pillows were because did not want to put my head on those and they were about an inch thick. The room was paid for so there was no leaving for another because of the cancelation requirements. Floor felt grimy with dirt. Our door was hard to open with the key had to jiggle and push and pull to open, the other key would not unlock it at all.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible. - By far THE WORST hotel/motel we've ever stayed at. "Non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes, carpet was sticky with who-knows-what, sheets were badly stained, and spiders fell from the curtains. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere safe and clean. Or, better yet, keep driving and skip this town all together.
