- Bianca (8/5): Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. - Das Hotel ist ein kleine Hotelanlage, mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wünsche und das Wohlergehen der Gäste sind dem Personal sehr wichtig. Es wurden Angel-Ausflüge sowie Massagen auf dem Zimmer angeboten. Der Strand ist über der Straße, uns wurde angeboten die Sonnenliegen über die Straße zu tragen, zum Platz unserer Wahl. Ein toller Service. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für Zusätzliche Getränke an der Hotelbar und die angebotenen Speisen war super. Der Strand ist leider durch die einheimische Gäste teilweise verunreinigt, was aber vom Hotelpersonal auch weggeräumt wurde.

- Lucy (7/5): Fine as stop over for airport but check all doors locked - 15 minutes in cab to airport made it convenient. Interesting walk along the beach but you wouldn’t want to swim from it. Nice seeing the local families enjoying the beachside in the evening There was a second door out of the room into an alley. We were not shown this and it was unlocked so if we had not spotted it our room would have been unlocked. The gap around this door was significant ie well over the size for mosquitos. There was music from a party that lasted til 1 am. The bright external lights were not turned off until 1:30 am. Noise and light made it hard to sleep. There are not 3 restaurants as the website says- there are 3 places you can be served food from the same menu
- Jodie (3/5): Loud AC - Not too much. They were nice about not charging us $20 for airport pickup. But the hotel is really quite expensive for what you get. The staff were nice. The rooms AC was super noisy so hard to sleep. The hotel is across the street from a dirty public beach. The food is expensive for the quality, and the rooms are old, paint chipping, and need renovation.

- Clive (9/5): Pleasant spot in Sihanoukville - Rooms were big and the pool was a nice bonus on a hot day. It's location across the road from Otres Beach was excellent and it was far enough away from Sihanoukville to avoid the big city traffic, congestion & noise. Breakfast was good and the cook made us some excellent meals when we ordered lunch & dinner. The beach had a lot of litter from picnicking families and from rubbish washed onto the beach.

- Sue (9/5): Great pkace to stay. - We were looking for a place for a group of 12 to rest and relax after a busy 2 weeks in Cambodia with space to meet as a group and have space alone when needed. This was perfect. The pool and beach just across the road were a hit with all. Pool side massages and the island boat tour organized by staff were fantastic. Breakfast excellent. Ate some meals in restaurant and some at Happy Papa Pizza just a short walk away. Bonus - Browns Coffee a short walk or tuktuk ride away on beachfront. Nothing really

- Darren J (2/5): - Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours elsewhere to escape the chaos. The noise continued until after 11 pm, ruining our stay. We had an overnight stay here before our 17hr journey home. We strongly advise against this resort - the lack of consideration for guests and unsanitary conditions make it a place to avoid at all costs!

Old outdated rooms, the property needs an URGENT renovation. Rooms smelled of mould, AC needs URGENT replacement. No hot water unless requested. The worst buffet I’ve ever seen.

They immediately upgraded me to Oceanview room with a very nice patio, and later arranged a fast shuttle to Kampot. It was nice being at the slightly quieter end of beach. Hotel restaurant was good, with good service. Would not accept a credit card, and gave as much change back in Cambodian, not $, as you would accept (like most Cambodian hotels).

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Sehr ungepflegte Anlage, Sonnen-Liegen zerbrochen, am Strand genau 3 Stück, davon 1 zerbrochen. Frühstück sehr einfach, Kaffee kalt und ungeniessbar. Strand selber dzt nur über staubige Baustelle erreichbar, ganzen Tag vorbeifahrende Baufahrzeuge.
- Paul (2/5): - The property is not maintained and is in the centre of a building site. You should not have it as a hotel on your site until the building work is complete. The rooms were dirty, we had hot water and TV failures. The decking around the pool is dangerous. The hotel will be knocked down or renovated and renamed at some stage. You should not be offering this property to your clients at this stage.

- Angelo (2/5): Pessimo - Non è un resort. Un semplice albergo a tre stelle. Pulizia deludente. Lenzuola ed asciugamani macchiati o bucati. La camera enorme, peccato siano puzzolenti di muffa o peggio di fogna. La braga del bagno era intasata con frequenti rigurgiti fognari sul pavimento del bagno. Ho reclamato in reception: mi hanno mandato la donna a pulire e posizionato una candela profumata!!! A mio figlio di 21 anni, hanno assegnato non un letto ma una brandina con materasso inesistente. L’aria condizionata era rumorosa e dallo spilt usciva polvere. Ho dovuto aprirlo e pulirmi i filtri con acqua calda per elimare la polvere di tre anni!Non ci era la doccia ma una vasca stretta priva di tenda e così si allagava il bagno costantemente. Non ci sono i quattro ristoranti descritti sul sito e mi meraviglio che Hotels non abbia controllato prima di scrivere che questo albergo abbia servizi inesistenti. Sauna e bagno turco erano spenti per risparmiare!! Dovevo chiedere di accendere la sauna ed aspettare 1 ora per raggiungere una temperatura di 70 gradi. Mancavano teli x la spa ed l’angolo doccia invaso di insetti e zanzare!! Se volevi un massaggio, il servizio era eseguito in pubblico davanti alla piscina e alla reception. La spiaggia è costituita da 12 ombrelloni con relativi lettini: mancavano i teli mari e la reception ci ha dato due teli doccia da camera e non tre, perché non ne aveva!! La colazione monotona e ripetitiva: spesso mancava cibo e dovevano chiedere. CHIEDO IL RIMBORSO DI QUANTO SPESO
- HISAYUKI (4/5): 断水で最悪 - バスルームの換気扇が壊れていて換気ができないせいか部屋が黴臭かった。チェックアウト直前に断水となり、ホテルの受付にクレームするも「No way」の返事。海水浴から戻ったがシャワーを浴びることができず。ベトベトのまま空港に移動せざるを得なかった。最悪。。。

- Dyllan (8/5): Nice sport - Great staff, nice location :) Always remember to use Passapp to order transportation, 2-3 times cheaper than what the driver want you to pay. Then showed what the app says it should be, drivers usually do not say anything back.
- ＭＡＣＨＩＹＡＤＥ５ＪＩ (8/5): - 部屋は中庭のプールに面し、ホテル自体もビーチの目の前にありますので、のんびり過ごすのに最高です。 ただ宿泊した部屋が1階（地上階）だったせいか、排水がちょっと悪くて慌てました。また、部屋によるのかも知れませんがエアコンの風がベッドを直撃するので何故か熱帯で風邪をひいて帰りました！
- Jana (4/5): Mutter Tochter Urlaub - Sihanoukville ist eine einzige Baustelle auch der ruhigere Teil, wo sich das Hotel befindet. Das Hotel und der Zugang zum Meer ist in desolatem Zustand, überall Müll und kaputte Häuser, Liegen, usw.. Unser Zimmer lag am Pool (für den Pool ein Pluspunkt), mehr Positives kann darüber nicht berichtet werden. Es roch nach Zigaretten und die Toilettenspülung hat nicht funktioniert. Im zweiten Zimmer funktionierte die Spülung irgendwann auch nicht mehr und es roch nach abgestandenem Wasser teil Urin. Die Strandlage macht nicht viel her, weil sich der Hotelteil in schlechtem Zustand befindet. Positiv war noch das Frühstück. Das Hotel befindet sich wohl unter chinesischer Leitung. Es schien so, dass der chinesische Besitzer da war und beim Frühstück die Anstellten von oben herab behandelt hat. Das war mein Eindruck. Sehr schade für die Kambodschaner. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen. Am besten man nutzt Sihanoukville nur als kurzen Stopp um auf die Inseln zu gelangen. Schade für die Einheimischen.

Our phone was broken. Be careful with getting a tuktuk through the hotel. They didnt tell me the price when I asked and I had to pay for 25$. I used Passapp and had to pay only 8$ when going back to hotel. But their private beach was nice.

Our only complaint is that the toilet, tap and shower water smelled and was a dirty colour, we didn’t really know what to do about that. The pool was nice and there was a little town to walk to with shops and restaurants.

- Johanna (8/5): The beach forgives everything... - Was pretty nervous about our booking here due to reviews we had read. Overall our visit was good, but there were a few things that could be improved. I had arranged a hotel pick up from the airport, and when we arrived at 10pm no one was there to pick us up so we had to negotiate our own taxi and hope our driver took us to the right place. When I advised the staff they didn't organise the car they didn't respond and/or care. We were taken to our room, which wasn't the room type we had booked. No explanation was given until I questioned the staff member who told us to sleep in this room, and they would sort something out in the morning. He then promptly left. Anyway, everything else is quite nice, the beach is beautiful, the breakfast is pretty tasty, the staff leave a bit to be desired. I would love to come back to Otres Beach, but woould probably look at other hotels on the strip before booking here again.
- Sandy (10/5): Fantastic stay at the Mary Beach hotel - We were really happy with our hotel room which was facing the beach directly. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The only con is the water pressure in the bathroom was not that great. It was only about a 30 second walk to the beach which was like staring into an oasis and there were plently of restaurants. We will definetly be back
- min (2/5): Waste - I’m Cambodian living abroad my Khmer might be limited but my understanding of the language is not, I know when I’m being insulted and I know when I’m being talked about behind my back. The staff at this hotel is Rude, and all are obnoxious. The room was terrible, it had dead insects and animal faeces all over the floor and looked as if it had never been cleaned. The bath room was disgusting it had human faecal matter splattered on the wall and urine stains behind and around the toilet bowl, not to mention the plumbing issues of both the dirty bathtub and toilet. The hotel is falling apart and The staff don’t seem to care. Don’t get sold into the amenities that Expedia advertised with on its website, don’t get sold on the fact it might be heavily discounted as this is no better than living in a hut with a hole dug for a toilet, and personally I would have rather paid $80 odd dollars for that per night. This hotel is not for families, nor would I recommend to house animals. I fear there maybe health risks attached to staying here.
- erin (10/5): Lovely quiet beach front hotel - We had a wonderful time here. The staff were amazing and pretty much dropped everything if you asked for something. The rooms were great and cleaned daily. All mod cons but i guess your not staying in your room the whole time!! The restaurant for breakfast was good (be ready that the local dogs amd cats roam or sit at your feet but they are clean amd friendly) The facilities were good..mainly.pool ans sauna..the gym.needs to be updated but i guess you have a 8km beach front to run/walk along. Theres plenty to do here and its at the quiet end of the beach but still walk around and you would be amazed at how many little hotels are there and people. Bring insect repellent!!! And slip slop slap as the sun is deadly Great hotel amd if i come again ill stay
- Brenda (6/5): - As much as I want to give a positive review, I can't do so. While the staff responded courteously to all of my concerns, the property is not a 4 star. The first room I was in had a gap in the door panel large enough to insert a finger and the A/C didn't work. Room #2 had a lock that the key got stuck in, hair in the tub (not mine), bathroom tub didn't appear clean and urine smell and stains streaked down the commode, stains on the towels and seating cushions, and hot water worked only sporadically. After our first meal in the restaurant was underwhelming, we opted for dining options at other boutique hotels down the beach, which were amazing. Even after being notified of my concerns and being assured room would be cleaned better, the bathroom condition didn't improve. On a positive note, the bed linens appeared to be clean. Realizing this is in a developing country, I don't expect the Ritz but I do expect the description of the property to be accurate. Unfortunately, I can't give this hotel more than 2 stars at best.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - My experience would have been much better if the rooms had been maintained properly. As soon as I entered the room it smelled moldy and musty. The shower had a lot of black mold and the linens also did not smell fresh. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the pool is good, breakfast selection was excellent and the beach is really nice.

- Paul (2/5): We left as soon as we could - The place has been let go. The staff seem to not care. We had the same experience as previous reviews. Had to ask for towels after the room was cleaned (I use the word cleaned loosely) The bed sheets were stained, so was the pillow cases and doona cover. The shower ran all over the bathroom, there was mould in the room. I was attacked my mosquitoes in the room.... Honestly the staff just seemed to really not care about anything. The area is run down and rubbish everywhere. We left a day before we were supposed to, we were supposed to be there for four nights but after the second, we couldn't put up with it. We only stayed one more night as the driver couldn't take us that day. With a little bit of effort, this place could be so much more.
- Michael (10/5): My stay at Mary Beach Hotel - I enjoyed my stay, it is a great location. I found the rubbish on the beach somewhat disappointing also the road at the front of the hoteliers in very bad repair. If I had more time I would have cleared the plastic from the beach. I feel a voluntary input by all the hotels could result in the road being repaired and the beach being kept clear of rubbish. It is a unique part of the world and deserves to be bee protected.

- Robert (8/5): Clean and great location - Lovely location set back from the beach. It has it's own restaurant on the beach serving breakfast, lunch snacks and dinner. However it is a bit soulless so we preferred to dine at The Secret Garden, only a few metres away. Also the manager offered an airport transfer for $50 - don't bother. Use the local TucTucs who will do it very efficiently for less than $20. A TucTuc ride into town will only cost $7
- edwin (8/5): - We came here for the purpose of having some clean/quite time away from our busy city-life in China. Even though the weather wasn't perfect we still had a great time on the beach, in the hotel pool or at the other hotels close by. The limited developed stage of Otres 2 makes it perfect for a family stay with young kids (3yr+) There is absolutely no noise of late night parties, or loud visitors. But the availability of supermarkets is as underdeveloped as the whole of the Otres 2 area, so you'll have to travel to town if you don't like the food or for other shopping needs. We just enjoyed the calm, clean and pleasant surroundings in Sihanoukville Otres 2 Beach (again).

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great hotel - Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Room was great with a massive bed. Bathroom well equipped with nice shower. In general rooms are very spacious. They could just be a bit more cosy with pictures or any other art. Otres beach is nice to relax - but not as amazing as the island beaches around. Breakfast in the hotel is good with a variety to choose from. I just had food in the restaurant once which was great. It was a bit more expensive than the other places around - but therefore the quality was better. If you just want to chill out for a few days this hotel is great.

Staff was very helpful in all aspects of our stay. local transportation was a fair value for the area. Dinning at the hotel was very good so we did not venture out for our meals. The free breakfast was great with a good selection of food. We had a very relaxing stay!

Lovely pool and right across from the beach.we stayed 6 nights and would certainly return. We have been to Cambodia several times and to Sihanoukville itself. Being 5 km out of the town it is much more tranquil perfect for complete relaxation .
- Debbie (8/5): Great stay in Otres 2 - Throughly enjoyed our time here. Right on the beach plenty of lounge chairs and towels available. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful, some didn't understand or speak English very well but we didn't have any problems. Breakfast great served right on the beach, lovely pool which we didn't use. Furniture in the room rather uncomfortable for sitting but we didn't use it much so it didn't matter. Great place to stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): Wonderful hotel, average service - This hotel is beautiful. Right on a gorgeous beach. Soft sand, warm shallow waters and plenty of sun beds. The room was massive. Everything we could have needed, including a beach bag so we didn't have to get our bags sandy. We ate at several of the hotels along the beach and the restaurant here is undoubtedly the best, albeit a dollar or two more expensive for meals and bottles of water. Worth it for the food though. We found it a challenge to communicate with the staff at the front desk, who gave us massively inflated quotes for onward travel. Almost 200% of cost price. We also returned to our room to find that the door had been left wide open by the cleaners. Not even closed and unlocked – completely wide open. Luckily, we were the ones who found it as anyone could have helped themselves to our stuff. Sort these issues out and it would have been perfect.

- Paul (10/5): Leave the world behind - The area was great to get away from the world. There are several hotels with restaurants along the strip of beach which cater for all your needs. The city is about a 20 minute tuk tuk ride but you have everything here. The staff were always happy and went out of their way to please. I highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
- Doreen (10/5): Fantastic holiday - New hotel right on Otres 2 beach...most beautiful beach in Snooky. Very tidy and clean. Comfortable, good size rooms with small balcony and sea view. Fantastic location, very peaceful surrounding and clean beach. Safe swimming for kids. Breakfast served in restaurant right by the beach. Breakfast buffet was sufficient with fresh fruit, nice bread, various spreads, cereal, egg station as well as cooked food (pancakes, noodles etc)...would love to come back one day..
- lola (8/5): Great hotel! - Was a bit worried about my trip to this hotel as it only recently just opened, however I needent have worried as it was amazing. The room was huge, location was right on the beach, food was great and all staff were generally very attentive. The only downsides I would say to this hotel were that staff are still learning the ropes and sometimes seem like they aren't actually doing anything and that the food was over expensive (doesn't matter their around 15 or so other places on the beach where u can eat).
- Rupert (8/5): Great New Hotel - My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Mary Beach Hotel. It is a modern new build hotel that offers good value for money and makes a change from primitive bungalows on the beach. Proper room safe and clean. Good friendly staff too.
- Trang (10/5): Pleasant. Good service. Location was remote - we had a shaking start when we first arrived. The hotel told us that the rooms I booked weren't available and it turned out that the hotel is on trial run and it would only be opened on October 1st. To compensate, they arranged 2 smaller rooms and refunded us half of the money in cash, we then spend it on another small room which luckily was available. On top of that, they also offered free car ride to the main town at night. The flooring in the bathroom was quite a disaster, water flooded all over the floor when we took the shower, it would be fine if the room had a bath tub. Otres beach is quite remote, there is only a few restaurants around and the food is only average. However, it is a really nice beach. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the service
