- Ali (6/5): Abschließend muss man sagen, dass das Hotel Potenzial hat und die Lage wirklich top ist. Allerdings sollte besonders bei - Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – ganz klar 10/10. Außerdem wurden wir freundlich empfangen und besonders Olcay Bey war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und professionell. Nachdem Booking.com Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen hatte, wurde uns ein kostenloses Upgrade für den nächsten Tag angeboten. Das neue Zimmer war deutlich sauberer und insgesamt viel besser als das erste Zimmer. Mit diesem Zimmer beziehungsweise diesem Sauberkeitsstandard wären wir von Anfang an zufrieden gewesen. Direkt nach dem Betreten des ersten Zimmers waren wir enttäuscht, da wir als Ehepaar zwei Einzelbetten statt eines Doppelbetts erhalten haben, obwohl wir bei der Buchung ein Doppelbett gewählt hatten. Da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war, mussten wir die Betten selbst zusammenschieben. Dabei fanden wir eine dreckige, benutzte Socke zwischen den Betten. Zusätzlich war der Teppich schmutzig, es lagen Haare auf dem Bett und die Schublade des Nachttisches war defekt. Auch der Safe funktionierte nicht und musste erst repariert werden. Bereits bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt im Dezember mussten wir ebenfalls das Zimmer wechseln, weil es stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen hatte. Zudem hatte ich extra ein HDMI-Kabel gekauft, um mein Gerät am Fernseher anzuschließen, allerdings war der HDMI-Anschluss im neuen Zimmer defekt beziehungsweise gar nicht vorhanden.

- Inna (4/5): I wouldn't stay in this hotel again - Location is great, breakfast was decent and view from the restaurant is very nice. staff was somewhat friendly and helped us a lot with making our stay better I booked a standard room and it didn't feel like a standard of a 4 star hotel. furniture was quite old and dirty - same with facilities. We didn't have a window (there was a very small one opening inside the hotel so no air came inside, only noise and music). the bad is super small ~125 cm which is smaller than standard double. it smelled very badly from the bathroom. light in the closet was switching on and off all the time.

We chose the small room option, and it was too small to the extent that we couldn't even open up our suitcases. The bed was quite small for 2 people, and the room got very hot very quickly without turning the AC on, since the only very small window in the room was opening to the main hall of the hotel. You don't have any other options other than sleeping with the AC on.

- Luca (7/5): Esperienza positiva ma rovinata da una colazione povera e noiosa - La posizione è perfetta, la stanza (una suite) molto silenziosa e spaziosa, sempre pulitissima, un vero piacere. La colazione è una vera delusione, non parliamo come italiani che vogliono trovare sempre tutto il dolce del mondo, anzi amiamo anche la colazione salata, ma qui di dolce c'è proprio zero, il salato lascia a desiderare, la frutta si limita a sempre le stesse mele, il caffè è pessimo. Inoltre il servizio a colazione è veramente scarso, cameriere distratto, ambiente sciatto, insomma come inizio di giornata proprio non ci siamo, e sinceramente anche se tutto il resto è andato bene questa è una componente molto negativa, non si capisce perché l'hotel, che per il resto è davvero meritevole, tolleri una simile mal gestione delle colazioni.

- Laura (10/5): Increible! - Nuestra estancia en el Grand Hotel de Pera fue simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bienvenidos, y gran parte de esa experiencia se la debemos al equipo de recepción, que fue excepcionalmente amable y atento. Queremos destacar especialmente a Emir, Kadir y Sinan, quienes hicieron que nuestra visita fuera aún más especial. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos, con una sonrisa y una actitud realmente cercana y profesional. Su amabilidad y dedicación marcaron la diferencia, haciéndonos sentir como en casa en todo momento. El hotel en sí es precioso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado, pero sin duda lo que más recordaremos será el trato humano. Sin pensarlo dos veces, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado!

- Nikita (10/5): Lovely stay - We had an amazing 6-day stay at the Grand Hotel de Pera in a family room with a balcony. To be honest, we didn’t expect too much at first because of some negative reviews, but our experience turned out to be excellent from the very beginning. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. (I highly recommend booking a room with a view of the Golden Horn.) The breakfast selection was a bit repetitive, but everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel’s location is another big advantage: it’s right in the heart of the tourist area, just steps away from Istiklal Street. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Dirty floor in the room.

- Ezgi (7/5): - Ons hotelkamer was oke, maar vond het wel veel te klein, daarnaast personeel was goed betrokken, klantvriendelijk. Ontbijt viel tegen, dit is de 3e keer dat ik voor dit hotel heb gekozen, maar dit keer was het ontbijt niet vers en niet te bennutigen.

- Sandy (8/5): Bon séjour - 2 eme séjour dans cet hôtel , monsieur Émir s’était vraiment formidable le spa est super la piscine chauffée même en hiver les massages proposés sont très bien. Les tv sont anciennes donc pas de netflix après non ne prenons que des chambre offrant la vue sur mer donc je ne sais pas comment elles sont

- Muhammed (10/5): - 5 gün boyunca otelde konakladım ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Otel son derece konforlu ve güzel, konumu harika. Havuzu, üst kattaki terası ve kahvaltısı gerçekten çok başarılı. Çalışanlar ise oldukça güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Özellikle Olcay Bey, Emir Bey ve Kadir Bey’e ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer!

- Funda (1/5): Bon emplacement mais très basse au niveau de la qualité - Juste la distance du lieu d’intérêt Le personnel était très mauvais avec nous à part monsieur Hasan et monsieur Ismail çiçek. Il y’avait aucun respect, monsieur Dursun était très aigri ça été une mauvaise expérience pour notre part. Les chambres étaient très petit, sombre et les matelas des lits n’étaient pas propre.

- Mikail (1/5): A fuir. - Rien du tout Personne pas à l’écoute, photo mensongère, il indique un lit pour 2 personne, sauf que c’est un mensonge, et il y avait un trou dans le matelas et dans la latte ce qui fait que le lit pencher, Propreté a revoir, beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain, chambre petite, moquette sale, odeur de tabac dans la chambre, couette minuscule, La piscine était froide alors qu’il y avait écrit 30 degrés!! Et les prix sont de l’arnaque à touriste. 250€ pour 3 Nuit dans une cage à poule!!! Je vous conseil un autre hôtel si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances, À fuir !!!!!

Nooit meer - 2 pakken sigaret gestolen in mijn kamer door de housekeeping. ze geven drink water maar op het einde van je vakantie vragen ze geld hiervoor en dan zeggen ze dat wij als reiziger dit moeten weten terwijl ze zelf kunnen zeggen dat water niet gratis is. Prijs van water is mala 3 dan anders winkels echte afrippers. Laken wordt pas na 3 e keer zeggen veranderd. Ontbijt altijd zelfde. Ontbijt is tot 10:30 maar als je om 10 uur aankomt is alles bijna leeg. Nooit meer deze hotel. Ik hoop dat booking.com zulke reacties serieus neemt en contracten verbreekt met dit hotel

- Mehrdad (8/5): It's a good hotel and recommend it for tourists - The location, cleanliness and traditional hammam in the hotel was great. As it is located in a crowded and lively part of the city, the outside crowd and the 24/7 noise of the city was annoying sometimes
- Arlind (7/5): Hotel hat Zweck erfüllt - Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Hotel an top Lage. Das Zimmer war zu kalt für den Winter, das Wellness bestand aus lediglich einer Sauna (Dampfbad war mit Möbel zugestellt) und einen kalten Innenpool. Frühstück war nicht so toll. Wenn man die türkische Küche kennt, weiss man, dass es sehr gutes Frühstück geben könnte.

- Olivier (8/5): Un excellent emplacement pour visiter les quartiers anciens de la rive européenne d'Istanbul. - Très bon emplacement dans le quartier de Pera, à dix minutes de la tour de Galata et à peine plus de la place Taksim. L'appartement (une chambre à grand lit, une petite chambre à lits superposés, une "salle de séjour" et kitchenette) était très adapté à un séjour de plusieurs jours. Massage et hammam dans l'hôtel ont été très appréciés. Le chauffage n'avait pas été mis en route suffisamment à l'avance ; à l'arrivée le soir, l'appartement était encore assez froid et il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour que la température y soit agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était nettement moins attractif qu'attendu. Le changement de draps a dû être demandé par deux fois avant d'être effectué.

Le personnel est très disponible et bienveillant Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner : beaucoup de choix pour le "salé". Un peu plus de sucré aurait été génial Tout était bien. Petit déjeuner mériterait d'être amélioré.
